On time and very helpful.

It's terrible to know that Lennar charges other items including excesive fees that buyer was never notified or aware of. I am upset that I used them to purchase my new home. I do not recommend them.

Very happy with the whole process from Kim in sales who was the best sales agent so professional , knowledgeable and sweet to Sasha in construction who was on any issues that came up and rectified them so fast . I have to name some people who helped me so much marion, jennifer, brianna were such a joy to work with . I am so grateful to have a beautiful solid home for a great price in a beautiful development . thanks for everything

The unit is a quality build, but trying to find out information on HOA matters is very confusing. There’s like 4-5 different contacts and I can’t figure out who to contact. Leland Management gave me the wrong information.

The virtual closing was a disaster and if we could have pulled out of the deal we would have. The communication with the agent Michael Berrons ( not sure of the spelling because he never gave us a business card) was n on existent! He was not there for the closing and never even acknowledged us after the initial signing. I highly recommend that you have an in person closing for buyer in the 55+ communities. We like the house but the communication after the sale is non existent! Lennar could get recommendations if they spent a little more time on follow-up after the sale. A list of what accessories manufacturers that are used for fixtures would be invaluable. Follow-up after the sales is a must! Great value in a Lennar purchase. One criticism is the appliances. Need better products.

Takes too long to get your account number to fully participate in websites

There so many hidden fees, then the quality of work is subpar. Water pressure, sewer backup, windows rattling, hot water issues, no stucco on parts of house, stucco braking on outside both sides.

Although the home buying experience was pleasant and the people professional, the quality of the home is unsatisfactory. The fire alarms had old batteries and went off several times, resulting in the fire dept coming to our house. An outside irrigation line was broken underground and resulted in a completely soggy back yard. Chinch bugs destroyed our front yard and Lennar simply plopped new sod directly in top of the bad grass.The back yard is comprised of more weeds than good grass. Our trees were not tethered and leaned over badly in a wind storm. This is the fourth new house we have owned and, by far, the worst home we have purchased, regardless of builder. Lennar was great to work with from the time I started looking and continues to be very responsive to requests and needs. Brandon found the home for me and helped get it closed quickly. Marco walked me through lending all the way to closing, standing by every thing he promised. Miles and Guillermo have been most helpful on any repairs or requests after moving in. Quality of construction appears to be great, no issues so far! I do wish they would change the source for appliances. Overall they work but if I had to rate the appliances would be a low rating. The home is beautiful, I love the openness of the kitchen and family room in one area. The whole house is well put together

Overall a pleasant experience with the builder. The process was smooth, communication was clear and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.

Our sales person, Kimberly, was wonderful. We felt comfortable with her and that she was giving all the information we needed. Mortgage was another strory and that has been a big problem for Lennar for years. This is our 3rd Lennar home and the mortgage dept. is always a issue. Closing for the most part was good. We were told we would get our $5000 deposit check back at closing, we didn't receive it for about 2 weeks later and 20 phone calls. Also, no deed in the package and no real introduction to obtaining services at the amenties center. Warranty with Guilmero is the best Lennar has done in years. He know his business, responds as to what needs to be done and how to address it. Right now, we have a issue with warranty and they want a virtual phone meeting. We find that totally unacceptable. I believe working with your sales person Kimberly was great as she was very helpful and understanding. I had a medical issue and your area concierge and title personnel were also very helpful and supportive. So the overall buying and closing process was great. My disappointment now is with the Lennar decision to use Fision and Hotwire which is overpriced for the service received and the stupid HOA billing process.

My Realtor at Lennar Mr. Brandon Hopay was great. The Finance Team was great to work with and I closed early on the house (Super Effort). The Club House the Pool and Jacuzzi have been great along with my house. The Gentleman taking care of the poolside amenities, chairs, tables, umbrellas and cleaning everything he was amazing. He cleaned up like it was his own house very detailed and through. Thank you, that really it means a lot to me. My last house purchase was a Lennar house in Winchester, Ca.

Vanessa was awesome. Couldn’t ask for any better. Dennis was great. Everybody was great besides the loan the loan service people very bad never been treated like that before. condescending narcissistic talk down to me all the time told me to shut up once I almost told him to kiss my butt, but I stuck it out. I’m not gonna say his name. I’m sure you know he is. There’s been a lot of complaints. I’m guarantee it and I know somebody is not using me anymore because of it so he will lose his money for being so condescending and narcissistic and talking down to people all the time third time buying a house which would be my last enjoy the home. ... We are thrilled with our home and the community. It is absolutely gorgeous! The home buying process was fairly smooth and short -- we had about three weeks from purchase to close. The only disappointment was our salesperson in the site's sales office, who gave us several pieces of misinformation about the property and community. She was not very helpful and our realtor had to do a lot of the work.

Everyone was very nice and helpful through the buying stage. We had a few punch list items that took a little while to get handled, but they were completed. We are pleased so far, and the community is great!

We are happy with the home itself and we appreciate the prompt responses to maintenance issues during the first thirty days. What we did not enjoy was the homebuilders process where everything had to be uploaded to a portal and then there was a separate portal for closing.

The initial experience with the sales associate was pleasant and he was extremely generous with his time in showing us what we wanted to see. The homes are impressive at first, but lack everyday storage space where needed. After we started the paperwork portion it became somewhat of a nightmare. Everything was done on the computer and it seemed like we had to continually redo everything we signed online. I did receive extensive help from the administrator and he was patient and understanding. I also appreciated the extensive promotions we received and hand holding through the grueling computer process we were put through. If I had go do it over, I would have taken more time in choosing the house we picked and where it is in the community. I am disappointed in the overall layout of the home and the noise factor that comes from having a major highway in my backyard. I hope they will build a wall soon. ... More

Easy process from beginning to end

buying and closing were stress free. Got to walk house before closing and get problems corrected. one item not able to correct was that the hose bibs are in wrong locations. the front hose bib is on the opposite side of the house from the garage.

I have recently purchased my second home with Lennar, one in SC and now in Florida. I had both homes inspected prior to purchasing and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased with the home and the community and would recommend purchasing a home with Lennar.

Overall this home is very well built. Good trades did the work. Floor plan is wonderful (Paris). Landscaping is really nice. Grass is thick and healthy. We are in exactly the type of lot we wanted with a pond and a generous back yard. It’s big my first new house so I know there are hiccups and expect to work through them to success. Finishes are average in Lennar homes. Quartz countertops are thin. The back half of two counters is not polished - it’s still rough. I’ve put in a request to repair. Joints are not tight in molding but have been caulked at my request. By final walk through minor things were well repaired. But…..it’s hard to get support through the app and though some support has been excellent the need to rely on a difficult website is disappointing. Manager and web interface help is great. Major disappointments: pavers in driveway and edge of walk way are collapsed and bricks crumbling with normal activity. Back screen door only closes half way and it was once fixed. Cabinets are cheap and door closures flimsy. Paint inside is watered down, flat and chalky. I understand the need to spray everything requires thinning the paint. But this is very thin. On the “good list”: Tile and floor work is excellent. Walls are square and even. Ceiling texture is great. We love the house and we have great neighbors. ... More
