The process to submit documentation for our mortgage was tedious. We had very few issues with the building process, although we are in the process of getting a tile repair done. We wish the windows were of better quality because there is a lot of condensation on them with the cold outside and heat inside. The appliances are very basic and we did replace all of them. We are very happy with the "bones" of our home and feel it is sturdy and of quality construction. We are overall very happy with our new home.

I wish the laundry area was bigger not In front of the garage door. Also fridge door doesn't open all the way because of WALL ,that is not something you usually see when you tour home. When we bought home was very confusing because there is too many people to deal with. Also I don't remember anything about a second fee MASTER ASSOCIATION FEE, if we were told it sure wasn't made clear to us. Also we bought in NOVEMBER Still NO mailbox key so that has been frustrating, Wonder if anything will be done for the inconvenience ? Overall it's a solid home and we like it .

It was quite overwhelming during the initial process because of a ton of emails! Difficult to keep track. Once we signed, response to needs was great! AJ was great and took care of needed repairs quickly!

I’m sad to say that Lennar’s business model has changed and not for the better. We had a new build Lennar home in California years ago and was a more than pleasant experience. The quality of workmanship during building is poor. Seems to be an industry standard these days throughout the industry. Just A few examples include while on our final walkthrough, nearly all cabinet doors when opened hit the wall, other cabinets,refrigerator, etc.. I brought it to the attention of the construction team, and was told “ that’s on the homeowner”. There are tons and I mean tons of paint problems on ...

The lack of response by Lennar and its staff. I close on 2/28/22 and the home was not ready. Until now 04/19/the repair is not done yet.

I was forced to to close by 2/28/22 and there are list of 22 pages long of repairs are taken until now are nit repaired yet. The home did not have hot water and no appliances until a week ago.

Buying an unfinished home

This has been my worst experience buying a new home. This is my 3rd. I closed the house because the bank told me that a delay will raise the Interest rate. In that moment I was trapped. I moved to a house with no bath vents, loose floor tiles, no windows sills or painting completed, wavy drywalls, and a long etc. after 2 months and a half living here lennar haven’t repaired a single screw. Oh yes, they repaired the main entrance door because I lived there with no door lock for the first 3 days.

Lennar is the worst. Zero accountability from top to bottom. Everything needed extra work or repairs and when problems were reported it took multiple calls and complaints to get any work done. NEVER close unless everything is 100% done and checked with a fine-tooth comb.
