Great property. Buying experience went well and had assistance all along the process. Everyone was very attentive to guiding us through the buying process. House does have some issues to address so proper/thourough inspection recommended. Good thing there is a 1 yr warranty coverage because still dealing with open tickets.

As a first time homebuyer I must say the process was very smooth. My loan processor was amazing!!!!! She made the experience heavenly. She stayed in contact while my home was in construction and even after to say congratulations. The targeted closing date was pretty much on target from loan origination and delayed by 2 weeks. That is pretty phenomenal. I’m happy with the home. Only item I wasn’t totally happy about was the video rendering showcased a beautiful staircase with a banister. The finished home has a wall built. Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

I would not say it was outstanding but our experience was very good. Improvement in your process could be made by far!!

I think the home buying process was very smooth.

The overall process was great I just wish more options were available to wrap into the house (i.e fence, gutters, other flooring options) versus having to do them afterwards. You spend so much buying and then more afterwards. The community thebuilt is very nice.

For first time home buyers Lennar is a an excellent option, as the process is a streamlined process, easy to follow and efficient tailored for new homeowners. entering the market. I would certainly recommend Lennar; and have recommend Lennar my friends that are looking to purchase. I plan to purchase from them again in the future.

The quality of the final product is above average. Multiple issues are showing up due to the poor job provided by contractors. The responsive time to resolve issues is also poor. It takes weeks before your problem is taking seriously. I was expecting better from a company like Lennar.

Be prepared to get a garage door motor opener . No screens in any windows. No blinds in any windows. No gutter around the house.

1. Did not like revealing that we need to cough up 20% way before closing instead of just usuall deposit and closing was delayed multiple times. Cost us major financial hardship due to the 20% insistance. 2. Hushed up fist and final inspection, They did not address legit yard issues as they know we have paid 20% down. Barriers to 3rd party inspection. House unclean not even builder level clean. Multiple closing dates and workers still doing bath tile works hours before closing. Rescheduled to hour before closing and cleaners doing cleaning while we had a hush hush inspection. TOTALLY unsatisfied Overall: Sales: V GOOD Mortgage: They dont care as we are locked in. The buying process was smooth and easy, but I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the home. We’ve run into several issues, especially with sand in the pipes, and were told this will always be a problem unless we install a filtration system—which isn’t exactly cheap. Honestly, that seems like something that should have been included from the start. On top of that, the carpet quality isn’t great, and one of the rooms has something melted into it, causing a bad odor. It’s been frustrating to deal with. It was disappointing to see that my friend purchased the same house at a lower price just three months later. Our investment decisions are based on anticipated future value appreciation.

Notified less than 5 days before closing that move-in was would be delayed due to cabinetry not available. This notification came after I resigned from my job, sold my home in Atlanta, and just before the drive to relocate to Florida. I stayed in a hotel for 3 weeks until unit was ready for move-in. Lennar did take care of the costs.

Materials, readiness of subs. Low quality installations around the house. Low cost materials and cheap insulation(not expected at this point in technology. Everything included home??? Yes like in comunism.

Too many issues upon delivery of the home. Good bones but finishing touches and appliances are subpar. The response from some members of the customer care team is timely. The service to correct the issues can, at times, take a few days.

The initial process with paperwork is very chaotic. Every Department has different portals and it does not seem that the communication between Departments is fluid. Cassandra was AMAZING but it seems that others handling our account may have been new. I can appreciate a learning process but when time is critical, the mortgage process can not be a learning process when time is of the essence. If they clean this portion up and make one location for the buyer to upload and access documents/status, these would have made all the difference. The craftsmanship of the home is quite an embarrassment. After replacing our kitchen sink the plumbing was not sealed properly and the caulking around the sink was used with painters caulk. This is just one of many examples of the poor construction. For the price you get very cheap materials. We are gradually replacing these now. I knew Lennar construction was cheap or sub-par but this is really an aspect the company should rectify. ... More

The buying process was smooth, Lennar was involved in every aspect of the buying process, including getting a Mortgage and the closing. From that part I am happy on how everything worked out. In regards to the house, we were told a date when we would be able to walk the property to see if everything was in good shape. They said that we could bring a home inspector so we hired one for the date Lennar told us. A few days before the inspection Lennar told us the date was postponed 1 day so our home inspector couldn't come with us as he could not accommodate that last minute change. We then were told by Lennar that the inspector could not come at a later date even though it was due to their last minute change. Once we entered the property we understood why they preferred a home inspector not to come because the property was clearly unfinished, we spent many hours marking tens of defects everywhere and obviously without the help of a home inspector we missed many of them. The most important ones where related to missing insulation in the living room and scratched windows that don't close/open properly. During the tour they said don't worry anything you don't catch now it will be fixed using the 1 year warranty but that is not completely true, some thing are indeed fixed afterwards and we actually had to fix lots of them but some of the most important ones are not covered under the warranty like for example the missing insulation. Other issues we have had are with the dishwasher which stopped working after only a few uses and Lennar was unwilling to replace it. We are still waiting on having it fixed after months without dishwasher. The quality of the materials used is low and all the appliances are basic or entry level. We asked to upgrade them but they denied that possibility. The only thing it is good quality is the Ruckus AP they install which is high quality (even though is the entry level Ruckus of course). The quality of craftsmanship is very poor, you can feel how the rushed everything and don't have any attention to details. In my opinion the value we got for the price we paid is low but we are still happy because we like the neighborhood and the location of our house is really good. The house itself is beautiful and the layout works perfectly for our family. It would have been perfect if not for all these issues regarding construction. My advice for future owners is to be very careful and very thorough on the inspection. Don't trust them when they try to convince you everything will be fixed in the future because some items will definitely not be fixed and don't let them push them to sign the acceptance till every issue has been resolved. ... Very ship materials are use to build, finishes are really bad.

The workmanship and attention to detail is subpar to say the least. Drywall 2-3” short of the floor, hidden by the base boards/warped plywood underneath the carpet/everything painted over from the floor to returns to windows and doorknobs. Little to no insulation in the attic after being sworn to that it met standards. I could go on but you get the point. Pretty embarrassing to turnover a home like that.

Very disappointed. Lennar reputation proceeds them.
