Too many issues upon delivery of the home. Good bones but finishing touches and appliances are subpar. The response from some members of the customer care team is timely. The service to correct the issues can, at times, take a few days.

Bad Very bad finish and the representatives do not respond and take a long time to solve the problems.

We were excited to purchase our townhome and to get in on the first offering. We had a positive experience with our salesman and patiently waited several months as the finish date was delayed over and over again. Lennar’s fiscal year ends end of November. While we were on Thanksgiving weekend with our family, we were told that our CO was approved Thanksgiving day. (Nov28). Lennar’s sales manager forced us to close remotely Saturday the 30th. He threatened to find us in breach of contract if we didn’t. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday on the computer with a remote notary. It spoiled the experience for us. We lost all trust in Lennar. ... I was kept informed in every aspect of how far along the house build was going and when was the home closing happening.

All the process for the sale was very good! The Lennar representatives were excelents offering ingormation and folllowing during all the process of buying

Anytime I contact Carlos of any issues, he is very polite and a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly and follows up to make sure your needs have been resolved.

Overall my experience was downhill since the moment we decided to buy with Lennar. I could write an essay about everything that went wrong. Employees are poorly organized and departments do not communicate between each other at all. I felt like they were always trying to pull one over on me. Once I moved in and I thought the nightmare was finally over within the first week of living here we had to make 4 warranty claims. Even paying my mortgage has been a hassle. Literally could not say one good thing about this experience.

The house has a lot of details, is like if they are giving you the house for free, we are still waiting for a part of the refrigerator that hasn’t arrived and it’s been 2 month since we moved in. Very cheap built houses but really expensive cost

The initial process with paperwork is very chaotic. Every Department has different portals and it does not seem that the communication between Departments is fluid. Cassandra was AMAZING but it seems that others handling our account may have been new. I can appreciate a learning process but when time is critical, the mortgage process can not be a learning process when time is of the essence. If they clean this portion up and make one location for the buyer to upload and access documents/status, these would have made all the difference. The craftsmanship of the home is quite an embarrassment. After replacing our kitchen sink the plumbing was not sealed properly and the caulking around the sink was used with painters caulk. This is just one of many examples of the poor construction. For the price you get very cheap materials. We are gradually replacing these now. I knew Lennar construction was cheap or sub-par but this is really an aspect the company should rectify. ... More

Notified less than 5 days before closing that move-in was would be delayed due to cabinetry not available. This notification came after I resigned from my job, sold my home in Atlanta, and just before the drive to relocate to Florida. I stayed in a hotel for 3 weeks until unit was ready for move-in. Lennar did take care of the costs.

Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

I would not say it was outstanding but our experience was very good. Improvement in your process could be made by far!!

The buying process was horrible. Worst experience ever. I’m active duty military and I would steer anyone from buying from Lennar if possible.

Materials, readiness of subs. Low quality installations around the house. Low cost materials and cheap insulation(not expected at this point in technology. Everything included home??? Yes like in comunism.
