WORST Customer Care & expierience EVER. Mom & Pop Operation.

The purchase, closing and Walk Thru process was excellent. Amazing, smooth and professional experience. However EVERYTHING after has been a stressful, time consuming, unprofessional, unfair, disrespectful nightmare. If I am exaggerating, PLEASE I would welcome your feedback. I will not go into ALL the UNRESOLVED ISSUES at my new LENNAR Home; just going to give you a few examples. There is currently an OPEN Customer Care Ticket for LOTS of water leaking in our garage thru the Front Door pavers. I first reported this on the VERY FIRST DAY I actually moved in (JUNE 8, 2019). Extremely poor, cheap appliances, bad construction materials. No back-splash in the kitchen, guess bathroom is a sink w/pedestal (no vanity). Tile badly installed, plaster/grout on tile everywhere. This community is closed to a Land-field and bad odor is everywhere.

The worst nightmare

It was a really a Nightmare . The only can see a little concern for their mistakes was the Eagle Financial personnel. The res , include , Mr Carlos Gonzales , the president, were very careless about me as a customer Also I recommended another customer who both in Aquabella but never again. I will not recommended anybody else again

For the price paid for my house, the workmanship is terrible. I’ll never buy another Lennar home or recommend anybody else to do so.

Construction is horrible for the price, they take a long time to fix issues and give you the run around. I am extremely disappointed. I expected more from Lennar.
