We love our home. We have had to have many things repaired or replaced, however creating a Waranty ticket and getting the correct person out to do the repairs has been painless.

We were originally told that our closing date was mid March 2026. Sales Mgr moved it up to end of Feb. My husband was recovering from a neck fusion surgery and was not going to be able to be cleared for travel until first week of march. Lennar pushed us anyway stating that they would keep our deposit and could cancel. While we understand the contract terms, this left a very bad taste with us. At final walk through there was paint and caulking debris throughout the house on the floor. We were told at that time that the floor would be acid washed before we closed. It was not. They eventually sent the painter in and cleaners weeks later but we had furniture in by that time so not a complete fix. The pool heater was causing the breaker to trip and we were told at final walk through that it had been corrected. After move in we discovered it was still tripping. It is almost the 1st of May and we are still trying to get that breaker replaced with Lennar service. Sloppiness of workmanship on things like paint and caulking were very obvious. This is a production builder but we have touched up several things ourselves as it looked very sloppy. ... More

The quality of the appliance’s is terrible the cheapest on the market at least offer a upgrade??the finish work of the condo is not acceptable. Cement stains on the tile defects in the windows that should have never been allowed. No one is doing a good inspection to many issues with appliances issues with AC air handler issue’s with garage door opener and on and on Sloppy work and not a proper inspection by Lennar look up my calls to the warranty people .as a licensed Realtor I would have issues bringing my clients to a Lennar community. It’s way to much about making a good profit and leaving the customer to fend for themselves. Slow down hire better subs and don’t pay them u til all their work is accepted. Finally you collect $1000 Lennar fee for what ?? Use that money to hire a good inspection company I don’t like to complain but this is deserving. ... More

Salesman was excellent and helpful beyond initial sales effort. He was the best. Some items from walkthrough weren't addressed before settlement but since my time was limited, I had no choice but to proceed. They could've done better but it's acceptable. Online process might have been helpful but was burdensome, confusing, and poorly conducted when timing was short. And there was no support so buyers have to work through it via trial and error, repeat, repeat. It was awful.

Sales staff and mortgage agent were excellent. The workmanship leaves much to be desired. Much sloppy workmanship and did not feel so many things should have needed to be fixed/repaired.

Rod was super helpful and caring. He went the extra mile to reassure us that things would get done quickly and safely. We feel like we made a great investment! Thank you!

Its a beautiful home. A few kinks that are getting resolved. I recommend getting a home inspectors before 1 year warranty is up. Its actually better to get one before you close on the home. Things get done much faster before closing. Over a give a 4 plus rating

The Ease to buy our home was smooth, had access immediately to all our documents. My only complaints was that home was dirty from the dust, behind fridge and stove was never cleaned even when building. You saw all the residue. And 3 weeks into moving in a had a plumbing leak. Had taken over 3 weeks to be completed. Although it’s being done the fact it’s taken so long is what I’m not ok with. I wish since they and I mean Lennar made big home I wish they considered when building that there would be a big family and to put and have room for larger items. ie bigger fridge more room in laundry for double washer and dryers with a sink. From down payment to closing everyone at Lennar were professional, helpful and courteous in a quick and easy process.

I would not recommend this builder. Throughout the process, they were unwilling to discuss or accommodate any changes, even reasonable ones. Several mistakes were made during construction, but instead of taking responsibility or working toward a fair solution, they refused to acknowledge them. The closing process was extremely difficult — they pushed to close three months before the original commitment date and showed no flexibility or willingness to work with the buyer. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

I was very surprised to get a great price for the size of a newly constructed home. However, after just the first week of moving in, I had to place 7 warranty claims on defects for certain materials. For example, it has been over a month and I am still have not received a new lock for my front door!

So far so good. Closing on line while in another state was made extremely easy. I do feel like my home didn't get the final touches before I closed. Maybe because I wasn't here. I have some minor issues under warranty but so far they have been very responsive.

Contractors work quickly and not very well. Lennar should build their own homes. There were so many work orders. This was frustrating. I didn't expect to become a construction manager after buying a home. We should get a discount. It's unfair to put that on the home buyer with all the stress of moving.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The build quality exceeded my expectations, and the team was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Another HUGE attribute is Lennar New Home Consultant Matt, who is an absolute pleasure to work with — responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have some complaints for the poor job and I don’t see any auction yet

Lennar Homes needs to be investigated for shady unethical business practices. They sold me a home that they appraised at $545,000 and 2 days after I closed they reduced the sales price for the same exact home for $495,000, $50,000 less than I paid 2 days prior. Not only that the quality and workmanship is so bad that I'm not sure its safe. The first night I went to turn the bathroom light on and the plate/cover came off and then got hit with a bolt of electricity that didn't feel good to say the least. House was infested with mice both dead and alive because every door had gaps.. Gutters that weren't attached. Bathrooms without lights, mirrors, towel racks. Settlement cracks etc etc. I'm not happy ... More

The place was painted with half dried up paint Walls look terrible. Make me send poor quality workmanship to warranty when it should be sent to contractors. They rush the sale should have done a proper inspection before closing

Lennar made it so easy and helped us through the entire process!! I am so grateful for them and that we got our dream home!!!

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.
