We were originally told that our closing date was mid March 2026. Sales Mgr moved it up to end of Feb. My husband was recovering from a neck fusion surgery and was not going to be able to be cleared for travel until first week of march. Lennar pushed us anyway stating that they would keep our deposit and could cancel. While we understand the contract terms, this left a very bad taste with us. The quality of the appliance’s is terrible the cheapest on the market at least offer a upgrade??the finish work of the condo is not acceptable. Cement stains on the tile defects in the windows that should have never been allowed. No one is doing a good inspection to many issues with appliances issues with AC air handler issue’s with garage door opener and on and on Sloppy work and not a proper inspection by Lennar look up my calls to the warranty people .as a licensed Realtor I would have issues bringing my clients to a Lennar community. Salesman was excellent and helpful beyond initial sales effort. He was the best. Some items from walkthrough weren't addressed before settlement but since my time was limited, I had no choice but to proceed. They could've done better but it's acceptable. Online process might have been helpful but was burdensome, confusing, and poorly conducted when timing was short. And there was no support so buyers have to work through it via trial and error, repeat, repeat. It was awful.

Its a beautiful home. A few kinks that are getting resolved. I recommend getting a home inspectors before 1 year warranty is up. Its actually better to get one before you close on the home. Things get done much faster before closing. Over a give a 4 plus rating

The Ease to buy our home was smooth, had access immediately to all our documents. My only complaints was that home was dirty from the dust, behind fridge and stove was never cleaned even when building. You saw all the residue. And 3 weeks into moving in a had a plumbing leak. Had taken over 3 weeks to be completed. Although it’s being done the fact it’s taken so long is what I’m not ok with. Very Disappointing Experience

I would not recommend this builder. Throughout the process, they were unwilling to discuss or accommodate any changes, even reasonable ones. Several mistakes were made during construction, but instead of taking responsibility or working toward a fair solution, they refused to acknowledge them. The closing process was extremely difficult — they pushed to close three months before the original commitment date and showed no flexibility or willingness to work with the buyer. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

Good price for home but issues on materials

I was very surprised to get a great price for the size of a newly constructed home. However, after just the first week of moving in, I had to place 7 warranty claims on defects for certain materials. For example, it has been over a month and I am still have not received a new lock for my front door!

Contractors work quickly and not very well. Lennar should build their own homes. There were so many work orders. This was frustrating. I didn't expect to become a construction manager after buying a home. We should get a discount. It's unfair to put that on the home buyer with all the stress of moving.

Lennar Homes needs to be investigated for shady unethical business practices. They sold me a home that they appraised at $545,000 and 2 days after I closed they reduced the sales price for the same exact home for $495,000, $50,000 less than I paid 2 days prior. Not only that the quality and workmanship is so bad that I'm not sure its safe. The first night I went to turn the bathroom light on and the plate/cover came off and then got hit with a bolt of electricity that didn't feel good to say the least. House was infested with mice both dead and alive because every door had gaps.. Gutters that ...

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.
