The villa that we had some issues with workmanship! When they contracted a lot of work out and rush in doing the work it come out sloppy. So a lot of my issues is with the paint.

House is great as far as space & layout but the workmanship is awful. Attention to detail is very poor and many things needed fixed and still do! So many things equipped in home with no box, no instructions, and setting up items is virtually impossible with no one willing to help! Why install a ring camera when you don’t have the box, screw tool or instructions? Hurry up & purchase & goodbye is how I felt. Sales people are great but builder, PM’s & work orders are a nightmare. House wasn’t clean upon move in & just overall disappointed in the lack of anyone helping get resolution to problems.

I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....

Its a beautiful home. A few kinks that are getting resolved. I recommend getting a home inspectors before 1 year warranty is up. Its actually better to get one before you close on the home. Things get done much faster before closing. Over a give a 4 plus rating

The sales agent who we worked with did a great job getting us through the purchase process, and was at all times available and helpful. The mortgage manager went above and beyond helping us with some unique issues relating to the purchase, and was instrumental in completing the deal. The pre-move supervisor was also very helpful in insuring that everything was clean and complete before move-in. The negatives had to do with the disorganized manner with which info was presented; there were half a dozen entities reaching out to us, and it wasn't always clear what each represented, and how they impacted the process. walk thru too fast. not all of the issues listed during walk through addressed issues sent to lenner have been taken care of. really like our new condo. believe lennar will continue to respond properly to our various issues

I am very happy with my new property acquisition; however, after the walkthrough I experienced some disappointing scenarios in regards to what is shown in the model home, the Coach-Condo features list at the moment of signing a pre-purchase contract vs. what is finally delivered by Lennar. Unfortunately, the more units are constructed, the more noticeable is what Lennar has cut down in so many features. Perhaps, trying to reduce some construction budget is generating a huge unsatisfaction in the purchasing experience, such as quality of materials, eliminated features, and miss delivery of things impacting the whole purchasing experience. In general, the concept sold by Lennar is great but the overall quality of the process shows a "Big Rush" to finish construction ruining a big portion of the purchasing satisfaction. One good side is "Lennar Title Company" and the Customer Care Representative, Suzanne Whitty, who has faced a lot of unattended issues during construction. Little details in construction that could be resolved by attention to details or by a little more of investment by Lennar (which might represent a cost of ~approx. $2K to $3K) may make the difference to avoid disappointed customers. Great relationship and process with Lennar after my 2nd home purchase with them. The process took time for a new construction but I was very happy and satisfied with the new home investment. Highly recommended!

Over all a good buying experience. This is our 3 condo we’ve purchased, but 1st through Lennar. We’ve heard horror stories from other buyers and that has not been our experience. We’d put a ticket in for a problem and it was addressed quickly with the warranty department and solved with the corresponding trade within a week or two. But apparently this varies from unit to unit,as our neighbor next door and above us, told of multiple problems with their units. We’re beyond grateful ours was a favorable outcome.

We were highly impressed with the quality of building materials in our new home and with the beautiful landscape plantings.

Salesman was superior in every aspect. Painting was sloppy and I cleaned it up myself. Overall follow up on punch list items was excellent. Overall very happy to be in our home.

House is nice but had a long list of punch list items not completed at time of purchase. Seems like someone should have been supervising subcontractors a little closer. When items were submitted to warranty department, response to coming back has been quick

Matt was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. He's continued to help us to resolve issues after the closing as there have been several uninstalled and incomplete items to be fixed. The overall experience with our Lennar home is mixed. The basic structure, exterior and pool area is excellent. However, the interior building materials, accessories, and appliances are low quality. Some examples of poor workmanship include: 1) ceilings painted with primer only, 2) miss-wired electrical outlets, 3) bathroom towel bars and paper holders literally hanging off the wall and holes in the wallboard from botched installation, 4) Missing doors, 5) missing mirrors, 6) missing base board trim, 7) missing cabinet toe kicks, 8) oven installed with large gap between it and the cabinet--pushed into the cabinet and crooked. We were told all the above items would be resolved prior to close; that did not happen. All items have fallen into the warranty process which can take months to resolve. In fairness, some items have been repaired, but many have not including the oven, missing door and toe kicks which are scheduled to be installed in Feb, 2023. Not acceptable. ... More

I had a pretty good experience, especially with the Sale associate Morgan. She was very experience and friendly. Also at the walk through Nate the construction manager was very informative on every aspect of the house and explaining with detail the function of all that is required.

Your project manager never once returned a phone call after he gave me his phone number

I think that Lennar has worked hard to integrate the supply chain of items needed to help with the delivery of items needed to construct the house.

The Hidden fees at the end of purchase.... you guys really don't pay the closing costs.....I came in move in my Master room, garage door, and my 2 bathroom have problems....seems like no one double or even tripled check. Even when I did the walkthrough, seems everything was fine but when I moved in. The Hoa fees doesn't make sense at all.... said I was supposed to pay a certain amount and then boom I'm paying more than I was supposed too. This whole thing was just crazy at the end of closing.

I was very surprised to get a great price for the size of a newly constructed home. However, after just the first week of moving in, I had to place 7 warranty claims on defects for certain materials. For example, it has been over a month and I am still have not received a new lock for my front door!

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.

I recently purchased an apartment with Lennar and overall, the experience was positive. The process went smoothly, and I appreciate the professionalism of the team during the transaction. However, I do want to mention one concern. I referred a friend, Sherry, who also purchased a property through Lennar. While I was happy to receive the referral commission, unfortunately, it was issued under the wrong company name. Despite a few emails requesting a correction, the matter is still pending. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would appreciate a little more follow-up and support to resolve this properly. I truly hope Lennar continues to take good care of its customers, as the overall experience deserves to be fully positive. ... More
