excellent support during construction once I closed there is no support or dates when the open issues are going to be resolved I am not sure to whom to talk to which makes me really disappointed.

Construction began 9/9/21 moved into incomplete unfinished home 8/15/22 with assurances that quality control issues would be completed in a timely manner. Communication as to expectations has been none to weak today is 9/27/22 still have no bathroom mirrors or glass for an example. Stay calm be patient.

Still waiting for things to be fixed under warranty because Lennar wanted to close and so many issues that needed to be fixed. If things were fixed correctly and in a timely manner, I would have given better marks. My advice for future owners would be to make sure the house is up to your standards. Make sure its clean. Things that need to be fixed, get them fixed before closing because they are slow at responding to your concerns after you close. It wasn’t a terrible experience but once you close, you are an afterthought.

Construction superintendent was absolutely unresponsive. In fact he never showed up for my walk through.He made nine commitments and never met one.I closed on the house on April 27th and did not receive house keys until June 19th. Still don't have closet doors.I intend to caution every new owners of what to expect when they move in.On the other hand the sales personnel were outstanding.They were responsive and really tried to assist in getting things done. Other then the sales person I used who was terrific, other issues were very difficult to have addressed. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unreturned until you threaten to go to corporate. The house overall is very nice however there were several repairs that had to be made that were mostly cosmetic in nature. I would be hesitant to buy from this builder again. Sorry Lennar but you asked for it!

Closing was in November 2022 after two months and I'm still waiting for kitchen and bathroom cabinets to be fixed, broken bricks in driveway, broken tiles in bathroom, broken walls, broken front door, missing garage remote, house is dirty and with spiders etc etc.. I talked to the construction engineer and he laughed at me

I understood the quality of Lennar construction when I entered into my sales agreement 6 months prior to closing. A new home construction had MANY issues all of which could have been addressed with better project management. When I brought issues to their attention, I was "yessed" and none were fixed prior to closing. Lennar rushed my home into closing as it was the last day in their fiscal quarter. I closed at 9pm that night because they couldn't get a certificate of occupancy and once they got conditional approvals, they closed clients. I HIGHLY recommend NOT rushing the walk through ...

We just closed on our condo , we have so many issues from the poor general contractors hired they don’t care and it shows! I worked for a large builder and we would never deliver products like this to our client’s! I would have never purchased a Lennar property knowing this now! So sad we are still waiting on issues to be resolved

Overall, house is solid. However, towards the end of the build, a person could tell it was rushed. Windows not shutting right, pocket doors rubbing against screws, kitchen faucet not retracting, a bent bar connected to garage door to the garage opener, etc. The good news the warranty’s service people are quite prompt and very professional. Truly appreciate their completeness of at least 12 items needing to be corrected.

Overall we are very pleased with our new home. COVID-related issues caused delays and unexpected changes but I don’t fault Lennar for those. The home is well built. External issues should have been avoided. Our home is on a cul de sac and was positioned such that the driveway has to be curved. The issue is complicated because utilities and a street light are located adjacent to the driveway. Lennar is working with the county to improve access, but this should have been addressed long before closing. The same issue affects other nearby homes on our street and the next street with a cul de sac.

The sales, loan and closing experience was excellent. The inspection has well over a dozen issues open some that were just poor attention to detail on installation. An example here would be a dishwasher installed but insides not assembled installer ran a test and melted parts, Window that you could not open, someone installed it and had to close it but did not fix the fact it took 10lbs of pressure to close. As for the closing document this was a 1031 transfer and lennar sent 35k back to the intermediary post closing rather than reducing the loan. Now I get to pay taxes on the funds returned. ...

We had multiples issues that needed to be resolved and still waiting to be... -Missing sliding doors -Walls with holes unpatched -Doorbell not working -Missing cabinet moulding -Still no key for main front door -Missing kicker in the kitchen -Master bathroom with defective faucet They should improve the PDI a little bit. We were expecting a fully finished home!

Communication between the different departments during the home buying process is an area of growth. The overall craftmanship quality varies as there are so many different people and companies working together with poor coordination between them. I believe this interferes with getting a higher quality and thoroughly completed end product. With this said, I do have to say that I have moved in and do really enjoy the home. My new home consultant and construction manager (Patricia and Doug) were extremely helpful during the whole process. They both were exceptional in their service and for that I am very grateful and pleased. However, Lennar's workmanship is lacking and their lack of flexibility in customizing certain items in the home is frustrating and disappointing. Also, some of the materials used in the home are of poor quality. On a brighter note, their Customer Care Service Team is extremely responsive and helpful!

Employees did the best they could under completion pressure at year end. Magnified by hurricane and materials shortages. Recommend a customer service department independent of other departments for quality control of closing issues. I do not see any evidence of a local customer service department. Again, it's not the employees, its the large number of closings without a customer service department to handle preparation for a successful walkthrough at closing. My wife and I were happy with our Lennar buying experience until we found mold behind our kitchen cabinets. We only discovered this because we decided to upgrade the kitchen on our own after purchase. Lennar was good about fixing the problem after the fact and checking the vanities for mold, but the moldy kitchen cabinets were never replaced even though they promised to do so. Even though we remodeled the kitchen, we had plans for the original cabinets elsewhere in the house. We paid for them, so we should have been reimbursed. We had a mixed experience with our apartment purchase. On one hand, Bryan (our agent) professionalism and communication skills were commendable throughout the buying process. On the other hand, the condition of the apartment was unsatisfactory, with unaddressed issues from the walkthrough, such as an unconnected dryer exhaust duct, an unsecured washing machine drain hose, a subpar paint job, and a missing kitchen cabinet shelf.
