We enjoyed the entire process of purchasing our home. The sales agent (Matt) was EXCELLENT!. As was the warranty follow up on a few issues we needed addressed. It is a beautiful home with a very nice bundled package (absolutely love our spa and pool). we are pleased with the warranty follow up as well as the trade that has performed the work. The best way to understand how we feel is - We recommended this home to a couple we golfed with and they purchased a home. I was disappointed my home had no glass front door no light fixtures in master bathroom. It seems Lennar keeps cutting corners.

Awful experience after close

We just closed on our condo , we have so many issues from the poor general contractors hired they don’t care and it shows! I worked for a large builder and we would never deliver products like this to our client’s! I would have never purchased a Lennar property knowing this now! So sad we are still waiting on issues to be resolved

was 2 days before closing and cosmetic issues were still not completed after i reminded them 2 wks in advance , they probably wouldn't have done anything if i had not been proactive , there was also 2 electrical issues that i didn;t find until after closing , unfinished wiring for the attic light the switch was never installed and 3 outlets would trip immediately when used , where is quality control ? How did this pass the county electrical inspector ? It took them at least 5 months to repair one of the 2 hot tubs , absolutely no excuse for that other than poor managementm , had to wait one ...

We are very thankful to have finally closed on our new home in Ave Maria. It has been quite an adventure, but I do have to say we love where we live! The neighbors and people within the community are so friendly and awesome! With everything there are ups and downs. I paid more than $585K for my home and very disappointed. Very bad quality, walls and ceiling was very rough and unprofessional done. Very dirty doors knobs, that not clean before closing. Many undone left before closing because I was from out of town and don’t have time to come back a day before closed. Totally disappointed about their house built and warranty service was a nightmare. No one care.

We’re misinformed by Lennar how Warranty works. Pit supervisor told us not to worry just moving three days after we move them. I told him that 75% of their repairs was never done and we would like him to send repair people to take care of the problems.. he’s answer was after you move in he cannot help us. We got to use the form from the website to let the repair people come in and start repairing a brand new house that was never billed, right

My biggest issue was the low skill level of sub contractors with paint and chalking of trim. Over paint on door hinges was ridiculous! The chalking was applied in a haphazardly method Low quality level of appliances, especially washer/dryer and dishwasher! Issues presented were not attended to by construction manager. I literally had to chase him down around the development! Overall, it was a very poor experience.

As an out of state buyer it was not a pleasant experience! I would never do this again! I should have never continued with the closing when things were not completed in my home as promised but I did on good faith. Promises after promises to get things done but as of yet it was not completed! Voicemails, calls ,text messages all ignored! When you have a home in another state and you reach out to the sales rep and the head of construction just to be ignored it beyond stressful! I will be arriving to my home in Naples in November and will have to deal with warranty still not a happy buyer!

After you sign the papers, there is no communication on the progress of your build. The attention to detail is none. Callbacks have to go through a warranty program, which can be a nightmare.

The price you pay for the product that you’re buying is adequate. But if you’re looking for just adequate no perfection or even close to a building standard, you’re wasting your money. No communication skills during the build process. Attempting to get the punchlist fixed is a nightmare. Due to the fact, you have to go through a warranty service as they put it to get things done. I cannot in good faith recommend Lennar to anyone that’s purchasing a property.

I went with Lennar because I was under the impression it was a reputable company. The mortgage department is extremely unorganized causing a lot of unnecessary time, work, and stress. At closing, the end of June, there was a list of items still not complete. I was promised the items would be promptly addressed. As of today, 8/23, not one item has been taking care of. Would not recommend Lennar.

This our 3rd time buying a home, 2nd time buying a new build. We had to extend the closing date three times because the home wasnt finished. We did a walk-through before closing and gave a list to the builder of all the things that needed fixing. Some were cosmetic, but some were big deals such as the sofit was missing by the front door, the outside of the house needed to be painted (still gray with stucco), and the some doors didnt have hinges or locks. Orange Blossom Ranch a great community

I purchased the Trevi Moldel a single family home for investment. Four bedrooms 3 full bath with pool spa and lake view. It was rented by the time I closed on it. Great value for the money. The sales person Jordan was great. The mortgage company very easy to deal with. The superintendent was very nice got the punch list done within a few days.

Buying the home at Orange Blossom was relatively simple, but getting any kind of response or accountability after closing is a completely different issue. Punch out items remain outstanding months later & the home is full of blue tape. Damaged fittings and poorly finished features detract from the pleasure of buying this home. Never assigned a Customer Service contact point, I find dealing with Lennar frustrating & unsatisfactory.

Overall Lennar team was good to work with. Our salesman Jack was great, as were Ally and Angela in the mortgage department, once people stopped changing. They need to do a better job of quality control on the finalized construction, many tradespeople had to return to finalize discrepancies, although it was nothing major.
