Salesman was superior in every aspect. Painting was sloppy and I cleaned it up myself. Overall follow up on punch list items was excellent. Overall very happy to be in our home.

We purchased in late April with being told a September finish//close. We sold our house and figured we would stay in an AirBnb from August until the September close. After relocating, the closing moved then to October, November, December, and then an actual close at the end of January. The contracts are written air tight to not cover any expenses from a “good faith estimate” of closing even when they have actual close dates given to you. I closed on a townhouse on Dec. 30 and there were many problems (interior bifold doors missing, missing bath vanity, missing trim pieces, ants and spiders everywhere, etc) Plus, the overall job was extremely sloppy and unacceptable. I have spent the last two months trying to get the multitude of issues corrected so I can rent out the house. To date I have lost 2 months of rent. I had a guy come over to fix the weather strip on my front door and the door fell off because the two screws he used in each hinge (instead of 5 screws) were only half an inch long. Lazy and did the bare minimum when it came to supervision of subcontractors. It definitely shows in the final product. Quality and schedule both suffered. The quality is a C- at best and the schedule was non existent. Lennars best quality is the community that’s all, as far as a builder the peopl from start to finish do no justice for the brand. First I will start by saying that after talking to other buyers in the neighborhood, we are not the only one that feels this way. Multiple delays on our closing date with promises that were never delivered. We dealt with an absolutely rude construction manager that had do desire to listen or get anything accomplished, but was argumentative. We appeared to be more of a hassle to her. Once we finally moved in there was a long list of things that were not acceptable and poor craftmanship. Lennar is about quantity not quality, this is why they can claim to be #1. Closing was in November 2022 after two months and I'm still waiting for kitchen and bathroom cabinets to be fixed, broken bricks in driveway, broken tiles in bathroom, broken walls, broken front door, missing garage remote, house is dirty and with spiders etc etc.. Still waiting for things to be fixed under warranty because Lennar wanted to close and so many issues that needed to be fixed. If things were fixed correctly and in a timely manner, I would have given better marks. My advice for future owners would be to make sure the house is up to your standards. Make sure its clean. Things that need to be fixed, get them fixed before closing because they are slow at responding to your concerns after you close. It wasn’t a terrible experience but once you close, you are an afterthought.

Employees did the best they could under completion pressure at year end. Magnified by hurricane and materials shortages. Recommend a customer service department independent of other departments for quality control of closing issues. I do not see any evidence of a local customer service department. Again, it's not the employees, its the large number of closings without a customer service department to handle preparation for a successful walkthrough at closing. We have been given 6 different closing periods. We finally closed after being offered an incentive because you needed to close out their year end books. We still only have a TCO but no CO due to a list of 20 items that need to be fixed: we have no shower in the master, electrical switches that don’t operate anything, half the doors are missing, moldings are missing, it had to be replastered and needs painting, cabinets need to be fixed, tiles are chipped, front door needs to be sealed, plus other issues. I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....

Initial Real estate person, Suzy, was incredible! Knowledgeable and helpful in every way -- very patient and personable. Second/third real estate person, Patti, was just as kind and helpful -- always pleasant and great at solving monumental "problems". Ozzie is simply the best! Can't give him enough Kudos -- always helpful and willing. Whole buying experience was "a piece of cake"!

Our sales person Jordan was great at getting us to contract and rude, pushy, and disrespectful as we got closer to closing. Our construction manager was friendly and responsive before closing and then dismissive and ignored us even in person after closing. Promises were made all around that have yet to be fulfilled. Very disappointing. After talking with neighbors, it is apparent the company's goal is to close on incomplete homes and move on to sell more rather than selling complete product. Customer service and client satisfaction are evidently not priorities.

We have had several issues like no mirrors or shower enclosures installed until nearly 2 months after settlement, finally got them last week day before Christmas. Still have electrical issues with outside outlets as they click 24/7 unusable, and light switches within the home that are incorrectly wired. Since settlement, I have found out via outside Sales guys that Lennar, installs proprietary features like extermination inside wall device, and a smart home water device that allows monitoring via a smart app. Was never told about either of these options, had to find out from neighbors or ...

We closed on our home in November at the National in Ave Maria. Our final walk-through was scheduled with Stephen virtually as we are from out of Country and couldn't be in town on the closing date. We lost connection part way through the call so had decided via a phone conversation that we would do the walk-through in person after the closing when we were going to be in town. Almost 2 months later and still no walk-thru. We left multiple messages for Stephen that were left unanswered. Matt was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. He's continued to help us to resolve issues after the closing as there have been several uninstalled and incomplete items to be fixed. The overall experience with our Lennar home is mixed. The basic structure, exterior and pool area is excellent. However, the interior building materials, accessories, and appliances are low quality. Closing delayed three times because house was not ready for occupancy. Punch list items promised were not completed. Still do not have water hook up to refrigerator two months after closing. Poor workmanship and no follow through on quality of work by construction superintendent. Disconnect in communication between sales team and construction team. Given our experience, would not buy another Lennar home.
