I bought my home at Ave Maria and paid a large premium so we could move in September 1st. We signed papers on January 31st and moved in February 1st

Our sales person Jordan was great at getting us to contract and rude, pushy, and disrespectful as we got closer to closing. Our construction manager was friendly and responsive before closing and then dismissive and ignored us even in person after closing. Promises were made all around that have yet to be fulfilled. Very disappointing. After talking with neighbors, it is apparent the company's goal is to close on incomplete homes and move on to sell more rather than selling complete product. Customer service and client satisfaction are evidently not priorities.

Many basics to my transition were unattended such as Comcast not yet connected to my building unit. Then a 45 minute drive to Naples to pick up my equipment. There was garage door remote nor a pad outside for Manuel use. The sliding door wasn’t secure and couldn’t be locked for several days. The same for the garage back entrance door. The electric outlets were confusing since some couldn’t be activated without a wall switch.

At this time what is standing out is the fact that no one is taking care of the halls, stair, entrances, elevator. Calls to Tropical isles Management have resulted in telling us they are not yet responsible,.talking to Icon have also not brought results

I would tell them to make sure to do a walk through before closing, the virtual walk through we got was useless as the building manager was not able to show most of the condo due to not getting good showing from iPhone this resulted in a lot of unresolved issues (hole in cabinet door in kitchen, pantry door not working , hole in wall in guest bathroom.) some of these issues not yet resolved and we close two months ago.

I was asked to close quickly to enaure Lennar got the closing done by the end of their fiscal year. I did so with the promise the punchlist founding during the walkthrough would be done by closing. It took over a month to have complented and cost me a month of rental imcome.

Lennar is more focused on closing your deal than delivering what was in the contract. Deficiencies are met with excuses and not solutions. Lennar wants the hime buyer to deal with all if their trades and suppliers so they are not involved. Very disappointing experience

If I had to do it again I don’t know if I would purchase another Lennar home. Several little issues, terrible finishes on the walls lots of drywall mud globbs they were just painted over. Tape on all the roller ball catches never removed. Gutter on lanai still leaks , lanai floods everyone it rains, neighbors house amd lawn are higher then mine so all his water runs to mine . Who did the survey for these houses did they know how to use a transit . None of these houses should be low at all every home should be set at 6” min above finish grade . Also the drip pan on the condensate is not ...

I paid more than $585K for my home and very disappointed. Very bad quality, walls and ceiling was very rough and unprofessional done. Very dirty doors knobs, that not clean before closing. Many undone left before closing because I was from out of town and don’t have time to come back a day before closed. Totally disappointed about their house built and warranty service was a nightmare. No one care.

Everything from Lennar Mortgage to closing was very Subpar at best

To Start was not happy with Lennar Mortgage, wished I had used a different company. The communication for closing was non existent. Nobody showed us anything on how to operate pool and other features like the ring camera etc. We had to hunt down our keys and garage door opener. the Sheet rock and walls were poorly done and a lot of the holes for lights and outlets were cut too big and one light above kitchen Island was buried and had to be found and cut out after. Overall communication was just not good. Talking to the neighbors they have had the exact same bad experience.

Homeowners have been waiting 2 years for a pool. We can’t rent out or enjoy our vacation home without a pool. Prompt response to fix issues. We are happy with our unit and appearance of community.

Buying the home at Orange Blossom was relatively simple, but getting any kind of response or accountability after closing is a completely different issue. Punch out items remain outstanding months later & the home is full of blue tape. Damaged fittings and poorly finished features detract from the pleasure of buying this home. Never assigned a Customer Service contact point, I find dealing with Lennar frustrating & unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately the quality control of their homes is non-existent. I have found issues with EVERY SINGLE TRADE!! I am an engineer by trade and run a construction company so I do know how good work should look like. Flooring / Tiles: Floor in general is off level. Had to add shims to almost every piece of furniture in the house. Very poor quality installation. Also found a couple of broken tiles as well. Grout stained with compound and tiles stained with lines from the framer, Bathroom tiles were never properly grouted on the top edge on all 3 bathrooms. Tiles poorly grouted and poorly ...

Good Sales but average to poor delivery and buying process management.

Only good experience was the sales consultant. After that it was very bad. At Lennar Mortgage I had numerous different contacts throughout the process, they did not know where the other left it off. Same for home delivery, concierge and other unaccounted number of individuals. You try to make it buying a standardized process with specialized people in for everything. But eventually humans buy your product and they want to be cared for by humans. Your process resembles very much to calling big corporations' customer support line and being handed over to multiple departments through a menu ...

As an out of state buyer it was not a pleasant experience! I would never do this again! I should have never continued with the closing when things were not completed in my home as promised but I did on good faith. Promises after promises to get things done but as of yet it was not completed! Voicemails, calls ,text messages all ignored! When you have a home in another state and you reach out to the sales rep and the head of construction just to be ignored it beyond stressful! I will be arriving to my home in Naples in November and will have to deal with warranty still not a happy buyer!

After you sign the papers, there is no communication on the progress of your build. The attention to detail is none. Callbacks have to go through a warranty program, which can be a nightmare.

The price you pay for the product that you’re buying is adequate. But if you’re looking for just adequate no perfection or even close to a building standard, you’re wasting your money. No communication skills during the build process. Attempting to get the punchlist fixed is a nightmare. Due to the fact, you have to go through a warranty service as they put it to get things done. I cannot in good faith recommend Lennar to anyone that’s purchasing a property.

from a purchase point of view, our experance with Ricky in sales was amazing, very detailed and accomedating, however, dealing with corprate closing / title team is less then desirable and needs major attension in future with new home owners

At the end of the experience, I do love my home, but it was not easy going through the process. There were multiple mistakes made along the building process. Fixes took way longer than they should have and many of these were not performed to the standard that I would have expected for a new home. There were multiple delays during the build process - 5 weeks went by with no progress being done on the home and we closed on our home 2.5 months late. Further, when Lennar did close on the home they did so when they were not finished with the home and it has been a painful process getting things ...

To this day the houses front entrance of the house is still no painted. Part of the driveway is broken. And the other part is covered in stains. We also have to add water to the pool every couple days because the overflow system is not working properly and the water level gets too low for the cleaning systems to work. One of the sides of the kitchen cabinets is damaged. And part of the wooden trim in the kitchen is missing.

Home is cheaply built, as you walk the floor non stop creaking. Things that should have been completed as promised before us moving in still was not. Opening in the attic, the house dirty with insects, slide door can't open n sooo much more. I have certainly learned my lesson about Lennar and their construction managers.

Terrible closing experience!

I was pushed to close when the house was not finished and ready for closing just because Lennars only priority is to meet their monthly sales numbers, not client satisfaction, service and quality. There were multiple unfinished things in the house … the punch list at walkthrough had over fifty items that needed to be done or fixed. Then as soon as we closed and Lennar got paid in full there were no responses or support to get things fixed. Multiple emails and visits to the sales center to try to get any attention. It has been 2 months from closing and not all things are done or fixed to ...
