Construction began 9/9/21 moved into incomplete unfinished home 8/15/22 with assurances that quality control issues would be completed in a timely manner. Communication as to expectations has been none to weak today is 9/27/22 still have no bathroom mirrors or glass for an example. Stay calm be patient.

We had multiples issues that needed to be resolved and still waiting to be... -Missing sliding doors -Walls with holes unpatched -Doorbell not working -Missing cabinet moulding -Still no key for main front door -Missing kicker in the kitchen -Master bathroom with defective faucet They should improve the PDI a little bit. We were expecting a fully finished home!

Overall, house is solid. However, towards the end of the build, a person could tell it was rushed. Windows not shutting right, pocket doors rubbing against screws, kitchen faucet not retracting, a bent bar connected to garage door to the garage opener, etc. The good news the warranty’s service people are quite prompt and very professional. Truly appreciate their completeness of at least 12 items needing to be corrected.

Not only was my house incomplete, but the work that was done was very poor quality. I was told workers would be back to complete the construction and never showed. My roof leaked and ruined a bedroom the second night I was here. I’m still trying to get repairs a month later. Absolutely horrible experience so far!!!!!

Very bad experience, when buying the house the construction Manager Bob when to do a walkthrough in my house we did a list of what we need to by finish and repair, one moth later he says is not going to do the list that I have to do everything thru guarantee, I’m been living in my house for over a moth and my driveway is missing paver is not done yet the sidewalk is broken cracks all over, my shower enclosure is not installed, all the appliances are broken I have to call Frigidaire to apply guarantee because lennar don’t want to replace my appliances, I can’t use my dishwasher, microwave, and ...

My experience with the builder was not good especially since they want to close before the home is complete and for someone that is a buyer from out of state is hard to check all the details of the final construction and in my home, there are lots of issue like paint, hold in the upstair stair broken or defected doors and for the high price that the home has the material, users is very low quality and the same that is listed on the home model .

We had bad experience with lennar mortgage that at the last minute we closed with a high mortgage rate when we had months before to get paperwork all finished and a lower mortgage rate also we took off work to fly in for a final walk through but they didn’t know we were coming in and wasted our time and money to fly into town and hotel

The overall experience was good. The responsiveness from the Lennar team was good. It seemed like the corporate office was looking to close on many homes that they could. A lot of supply chain issues with materials and seemed like they were rushing to complete. The on-site team did their best to address issues that came up. During the walkthrough the house was a mess and still under construction. There are still items that need to be addressed even after the closing. The lennar team is working to resolve the issues. From the beginning to well after closing (1 1/2 months now,we received no occupancy permit,but forced to close!) It's been crazy busy with contractors in and out fixing all of the obvious problems that were not addressed, I would never recommend this to anyone, the horror stories are too many and such long stories, I hope this helps someone with their decision.

The whole experience was terrible. It was supposed to be a happy experience. We paid a lot but yet the quality was sub-par. It was a fight to have them get anything done and things were promised to get done that still haven’t. We will never buy from Lennar again.

Our home was not delivered on time not anywhere near the date that was told to us when we purchased it. When we did close and moved in we found at least 40 plus items that needed to be addressed which we have submitted tickets for repairs. Our construction manager promised he would deal with them and disappeared then we were given another contact and they disappeared. We have lived in our home for over a month and still do not have mirrors. When you submit tickets for repairs the contractor just shows up without scheduling with us and we have to work we can’t just sit around every day ...

Construction superintendent was absolutely unresponsive. In fact he never showed up for my walk through.He made nine commitments and never met one.I closed on the house on April 27th and did not receive house keys until June 19th. Still don't have closet doors.I intend to caution every new owners of what to expect when they move in.On the other hand the sales personnel were outstanding.They were responsive and really tried to assist in getting things done. Positive experience with some significant issues

Overall we are very pleased with our new home. COVID-related issues caused delays and unexpected changes but I don’t fault Lennar for those. The home is well built. External issues should have been avoided. Our home is on a cul de sac and was positioned such that the driveway has to be curved. The issue is complicated because utilities and a street light are located adjacent to the driveway. Lennar is working with the county to improve access, but this should have been addressed long before closing. The same issue affects other nearby homes on our street and the next street with a cul de sac.

Lennar Excels in Zero Ownership and Poor Workmanship

In the four homes we have had built in our lifetimes, this was the worst experience from start to finish with having a new home built. It took over 15 months to complete the home. This was a subdivision 1 level 1850sf cookie cutter home nothing custom. It became very apparent that Lennar was overcommitted and had to much WIP (work in progress) open which basically paralyzed productivity. For the entire duration, we had to be the ones to prod and ask for updates, which were vague and usually a bunch of excuses. At the end of the experience, I do love my home, but it was not easy going through the process. There were multiple mistakes made along the building process. Fixes took way longer than they should have and many of these were not performed to the standard that I would have expected for a new home. There were multiple delays during the build process - 5 weeks went by with no progress being done on the home and we closed on our home 2.5 months late. To this day the houses front entrance of the house is still no painted. Part of the driveway is broken. And the other part is covered in stains. We also have to add water to the pool every couple days because the overflow system is not working properly and the water level gets too low for the cleaning systems to work. One of the sides of the kitchen cabinets is damaged. And part of the wooden trim in the kitchen is missing.

I had a pretty good experience, especially with the Sale associate Morgan. She was very experience and friendly. Also at the walk through Nate the construction manager was very informative on every aspect of the house and explaining with detail the function of all that is required.

The whole experience was a struggle from the start. The house was started and then sat for 2 months while nothing was done. I was given bogus reasons, like the lumber was stolen. Only to confirm later that wasn't the case. A manager had order the wrong lumber, instead of fixing it try to cover it up. Which led to further miscommunication and further delays. Two windows were installed completely broken. I pointed this out months in advance, the week of closing it was still unrepaired. Lennar turned what should have a been pleasant experience into a nightmare! If I had known then what I know now about the Lennar process and the agonizing efforts to get things fixed, I would never have bought a Lennar home in this community. I only hope that once the community is completed my experience becomes more positive.
