Lennar turned what should have a been pleasant experience into a nightmare! If I had known then what I know now about the Lennar process and the agonizing efforts to get things fixed, I would never have bought a Lennar home in this community. I only hope that once the community is completed my experience becomes more positive.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail has been poor. Many sloppy errors and work left unfinished. Follow-up has been terrible. I am two months past closing date and nothing has been resolved. Appointments made and not fulfilled.

Many basics to my transition were unattended such as Comcast not yet connected to my building unit. Then a 45 minute drive to Naples to pick up my equipment. There was garage door remote nor a pad outside for Manuel use. The sliding door wasn’t secure and couldn’t be locked for several days. The same for the garage back entrance door. The electric outlets were confusing since some couldn’t be activated without a wall switch.

I understood the quality of Lennar construction when I entered into my sales agreement 6 months prior to closing. A new home construction had MANY issues all of which could have been addressed with better project management. When I brought issues to their attention, I was "yessed" and none were fixed prior to closing. Lennar rushed my home into closing as it was the last day in their fiscal quarter. I closed at 9pm that night because they couldn't get a certificate of occupancy and once they got conditional approvals, they closed clients. I HIGHLY recommend NOT rushing the walk through ...

Since day one sales representative was great and the whole process was fast track. After closing Lennar Customer service was very attentive to complete a few pending item. Lennar Customer service need to do a better coordination with their contractors to complete work orders on time during warranty period.

The work progressed more slowly than was promised. Our finish date was first set at 9/30/21, and we did not close until 2/28/22. There was a great deal of expense we incurred as a result of those delays (storage fees, rental fees, etc) and Lennar has thus far not addressed compensating us for almost $25,000 in added expenses to us. That was very disappointing.

The house overall seems to be well built. However,the response to punch list items is almost non-existent.We have been here seven weeks and still no working dishwasher.Also,some closet doors not installed,missing lights in lanai,stucco damage in summer kitchen,cleaning issues in summer kitchen and another half dozen lesser items on the punch list.

I have owned over 20 homes through out the years and this is the worst experience thus far . I have been in the home over 6 weeks and still with a lot of unresolved issues . The last issue that happened yesterday is that they came to replaced the masters bedroom carpet and in the process they damaged the frame of the closet door and even forgot to put it back in it’s place . I will have to spend another day from my business schedule to wait for work men again. This is just not acceptable and the list goes on ….

Communication between the different departments during the home buying process is an area of growth. The overall craftmanship quality varies as there are so many different people and companies working together with poor coordination between them. I believe this interferes with getting a higher quality and thoroughly completed end product. With this said, I do have to say that I have moved in and do really enjoy the home. At this time what is standing out is the fact that no one is taking care of the halls, stair, entrances, elevator. Calls to Tropical isles Management have resulted in telling us they are not yet responsible,.talking to Icon have also not brought results

I would tell them to make sure to do a walk through before closing, the virtual walk through we got was useless as the building manager was not able to show most of the condo due to not getting good showing from iPhone this resulted in a lot of unresolved issues (hole in cabinet door in kitchen, pantry door not working , hole in wall in guest bathroom.) some of these issues not yet resolved and we close two months ago.

These has been a nightmare for me. The apartment was not ready at the time of close but under threat of losing money they forced me to close. 60 days after not a single Lennar employee has come to fix the 26 issue that I have in the apartment. Do not trust Lennar Sales team or you will pay the consequences.

We were and are excited about moving into the community of Ave Maria. Our purchase of the Ariaballa not so much! The quality and workmanship of this build has alot to be desired. Lennar was quick to take our money and when we notified them of the several issues it seems to have landed on deaf ears. From garage overhead doors that don't function, to missing trim, missing shower doors, several damaged and marked cabinets, and a long list of other items. Our suggestion would be to run as fast and far away from Lennar as possible!

My experience with Lennar was outstanding. I’m a real estate professional and I’ve worked with many builders. This builder team including salespeople, construction managers and customer support members were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The sales team (Greg and Paul) for Valencia Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make the process as seamless as possible. I was asked to close quickly to enaure Lennar got the closing done by the end of their fiscal year. I did so with the promise the punchlist founding during the walkthrough would be done by closing. It took over a month to have complented and cost me a month of rental imcome.

We bought early, great value. We are new to condo living, had some initial issues that should have been resolved BEFORE we closed... took some time, but finally got done. Would appreciate a list of fees and the companies BEFORE we bought and closed... still unaware of who and how much to pay and when. Overall, I would defiantely buy from Lennar again !
