Other then the sales person I used who was terrific, other issues were very difficult to have addressed. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unreturned until you threaten to go to corporate. The house overall is very nice however there were several repairs that had to be made that were mostly cosmetic in nature. I would be hesitant to buy from this builder again. Sorry Lennar but you asked for it!

Everyone was very nice and showed us the different options we had for the square footage and type of home we had in mind. The house was done couple of weeks sooner than we expected. Also met a realtor at the office that listed our house for sale. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and he was very helpful in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Crew chief made sure any problems we found in the new build were taken care of quickly. We worked with a great bunch of people and we love our new house.

I went thru 3 loan officers and each time had to resend my requested documents. So far my loan has been sold twice. We are on the 2nd company we pay our HOAs to. And a third construction manager, who is responsible for taking care of our warranty work. And I have only been in my house for 4 months. I love my house but as pretty as it looks, the quality of construction stinks. For example, came home to a flooded bathroom after a rain because the roof was leaking, they use a cheap flat paint that can’t be washed and gave me a coupon to get a gallon of matching paint for touch up but that paint ...

The Hidden fees at the end of purchase.... you guys really don't pay the closing costs.....I came in move in my Master room, garage door, and my 2 bathroom have problems....seems like no one double or even tripled check. Even when I did the walkthrough, seems everything was fine but when I moved in. The Hoa fees doesn't make sense at all.... said I was supposed to pay a certain amount and then boom I'm paying more than I was supposed too. This whole thing was just crazy at the end of closing.

The villa that we had some issues with workmanship! When they contracted a lot of work out and rush in doing the work it come out sloppy. So a lot of my issues is with the paint.

It is a real shame that inside such a good construction and a really nice community, Lennar does not assist as much as they should with some issues you may have with the house. Eventhough most of the items in the (smart home) that they set up are fairly new, the wifi repeater is a 3rd gen when currently they are out with 8th gen. Does not preform as they advertised. Everything else has been really nice.

Quality of workmanship is horrible. Materials used are cheap and very low quality. Every issue I have brought to their attention to be fixed has been answered with a response of " that's just how it is" or "there's nothing we can do about that now" or "if we fix it, it could create even more problems or make it worse". Would not recommend Lennar as a builder to anyone.

This is my fourth home that I have had built and it has been by far the best most problem free home of the four. Lennar has the process of building homes down to a science which allows better results.

Kitchen cabinets had mold

My wife and I were happy with our Lennar buying experience until we found mold behind our kitchen cabinets. We only discovered this because we decided to upgrade the kitchen on our own after purchase. Lennar was good about fixing the problem after the fact and checking the vanities for mold, but the moldy kitchen cabinets were never replaced even though they promised to do so. Even though we remodeled the kitchen, we had plans for the original cabinets elsewhere in the house. We paid for them, so we should have been reimbursed. It has been over five months and we still have yet to see ...
