The whole experience was terrible. It was supposed to be a happy experience. We paid a lot but yet the quality was sub-par. It was a fight to have them get anything done and things were promised to get done that still haven’t. We will never buy from Lennar again.

Our home was not delivered on time not anywhere near the date that was told to us when we purchased it. When we did close and moved in we found at least 40 plus items that needed to be addressed which we have submitted tickets for repairs. Our construction manager promised he would deal with them and disappeared then we were given another contact and they disappeared. We have lived in our home for over a month and still do not have mirrors. When you submit tickets for repairs the contractor just shows up without scheduling with us and we have to work we can’t just sit around every day ...

These has been a nightmare for me. The apartment was not ready at the time of close but under threat of losing money they forced me to close. 60 days after not a single Lennar employee has come to fix the 26 issue that I have in the apartment. Do not trust Lennar Sales team or you will pay the consequences.
