We had a very smooth experience with Lennar from start to finish. The process felt easy and stress-free. I also did a home inspection, and Lennar quickly fixed the small items that were found. The only suggestion I would give is to improve some of the finishing details. Overall, a great and seamless experience.

We bought a new Lennar build in a great neighbourhood, the response time for Lennar to come deal with issues was spectacular. I never had to wait very long for any issues to get resolved. I am truly enjoying my new home!

Everything but the experience with this salesperson Zenaida was awful.

Very easy to work with all the Lennar representatives. The few changes we requested were completed in a very timely manner. A very pleasant experience and would recommend working with Lennar directly.

This is a second home and we decided to purchase this house, as it was a "quick sale" by Lennar. The finishings were less than I expected. Everything became an "extra". Could have nicely finished the houses as in the surrounding subdivisions by DR Horton & Adams homes The on site agent was adequate, we had our own agent, the title company was responsive and Lennar's lender was AWFUL.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and responded with great professionalism.

our home was completed slightly ahead of schedule, our initial walk through found several cosmetic items that were all taken care of before our final walk through. Since moving in we found a few items that needed attention all of which were taken care of in a timely manner. For us the customer service has been great, everyone we have dealt with has been super nice and easy to deal with. For the money I believe that our home has been a great investment and would recommend Lennar to everyone.

Everything went great during the home buying process. I have two mortgages with them. One was for the main mortgage and the second was for down payment assistance. Both mortgages were supposed to be transferred to the servicing company at the same time. However, they screwed up on the first mortgage which delayed sending it over to the servicing company. For my first month's payment, I had to pay the first mortgage with Lennar and the second mortgage with the new servicing company. Lennar now says I didn't make the payment for the second mortage. They have dinged my credit as a result by telling the credit bureaus that I am 2 months past due. I event called Lennar before this showed up on my credit and they said it would be straightened out and not to worry. A bunch of liars and idiots. ... More

I trusted Lennar for providing a carefree house, however please get your own inspector.

The teams have been responsive and helpful, although because of the size of the company getting to the right person can require persistence and asking the right questions. The workmanship is reasonable, materials are generally contractor grade, and the attention to detail is mediocre-particularly the painting.

The buying process went fast and the Lennar craftsmanship is well known for its quality for example Moen brand bathroom faucets, porcelain tiles and quality cabinets, Lennar homes offer more in their built homes versus the competition when comes to price and good quality products. I would like to mention Spencer for his outstanding customer service and Chris from Lennar mortgage for his expertise and Linda also Michelle from Lennar title for their hard work.

Great experience from the salesperson to the loan agent to the builder

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. When you move they supposed to give you some things that come with the house for example a tile box , that’s another thing, no one cares. So when you are buying everything is great, but after that, good luck if someone listens to you. I move here because my family are moving from up North and we all wanted to be together. The home buying experience was nice. Everything worked well. Now that we're living at the house we started noticing how crappy some things are. After a month and a half living here, yesterday we were able to use the dishwasher. We couldn't use it because whoever installed it didn't put a part for the water to work on the appliance. And everyone at Lennar instead of swapping the dishwasher, to look good with us, simply told us to call warranty. Warranty for something brand new that didn't performed correctly from day one. Can you believe that? Bathroom's have no accesories at all. Not even for putting the toilet paper and bath towels. Things that you don't look at the wall through because, simply, you are looking into more important things. ... More

There were some issues with the process that needs attention. First there needs to be a time schedule in which phone messages should be returned. I will say that of all the different people I spoke with during the process, Dalton was the best. He would answer messages within a few hours. Secondly, there is too much repeat documentation going on. We had to submit the same documents more than 3 times to different departments as though we were going to get caught sending in the wrong or fraudulent documents which makes the buyer fell a certain kind of way. Then there are too many of the same emails with the same information which makes it seems like there is another document that must be sent, but come to find out it's a repeat email asking for something already sent, which goes back to the point of phone calls not being answered to clarify what's going on. The process online is a great way to handle home buying in the 21st century, but it needs to be streamlined and the Lennar employees must do better with customer service. ... More

Overall good in the beginning, towards the end many issues came up and very big misunderstandings towards the end that made this process frustrating to the point we wanted to cancel everything and were holding our deposit hostage so we had no choice but to move forward with it and issue was never addressed. Besides that we like the house overall… Would like to see the street lights at some point…

Spencer was the best sales person we met at Lennar. We would not have made the deal happen without his great help and knowledge. Also, Alex and Chris from the loan department were just as good at making this deal happen with their great help and knowledge.

Get it in writing because once the paper are signed you are TUFF LUCK!

Overall we are happy with our home, some issues with the appliances ( refrigerator) that we are still navigating through. More than likely will have to replace it.
