Lennar delivered a solid home within the time frame expected. We were very happy with the interior finishes as well as the landscaping. Our construction supervisor, sales representative and the legal/closing team were all terrific with communication throughout the process and after the closing. We have had a couple of minor warranty issues that were taken care of right away. Would definitely purchase another Lennar home if we were to relocate.

My home was finished well ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated. I didn't have to move in with my sister for two months. Everyone is so respectful in Florida!

We had a great experience in purchasing our new home. Due to certain circumstances we have not moved in yet and were unable to do the final walkthrough but did get an inspector and things that needed to be fixed were done so and in a timely fashion!! Would highly recommend Lannar builders!!

Buying a home is never easy, especially a newly built one, but with jack working tirelessly on my behalf it was very doable.

Lennar adherence to closing date was exceptional. While various builders were slipping by months, Lennar was precise to the week.

some of the vendors, during the building, did not do acceptable work. I.E. stucco, caulking

Overall we are happy with our home, some issues with the appliances ( refrigerator) that we are still navigating through. More than likely will have to replace it.

We bought a 4/3 Trevi model from Lennar in Williston/Country Lane Estates in April. The buying experience was very easy and we received a very good deal. A lot of home for what we paid, great incentives including closing costs and a great VA interest rate. The quality of work could be better on the finishing - we had the whole exterior essentially repainted as whoever did the touch ups didn’t really match the paint and there is some paint drips inside. But we plan on, and already started, repainting the interior so didn’t stress on that too much. The big thing is everything works, nothing is out of place really, and we are happy with our home. Sabrina our sales agent was great; Chris who took care of us during the walkthrough was also great; and Chase has been super responsive with post close concerns/issues. After making the decision to sell our home in PA, we decided to purchase our new home in Ocala, FL direct from Lennar, strictly on-line without ever visiting the location, something we thought we would never do. Great communication, great sales representation and thanks to Bryan G. for sending pics throughout the process, so far workmanship appears fine, hopefully will remain without any major issues over time. Wish we could have customized a few things, but overall, we will make it our own over time. Thank you for a great experience!

Response time to issues is not good.

The finance team purchasing team, all extremely responsive very happy with Lennar financing and purchasing. The only letdown was a little bit maybe a newer Construction rep walk-through person should be a little bit better polished on customer service. The overall responsiveness when we have had any issues has been fantastic and very very quick Jorden has been great.

The home buying experience was nice. Everything worked well. Now that we're living at the house we started noticing how crappy some things are. After a month and a half living here, yesterday we were able to use the dishwasher. We couldn't use it because whoever installed it didn't put a part for the water to work on the appliance. And everyone at Lennar instead of swapping the dishwasher, to look good with us, simply told us to call warranty. Warranty for something brand new that didn't performed correctly from day one. Can you believe that? Bathroom's have no accesories at all. Not even for putting the toilet paper and bath towels. Things that you don't look at the wall through because, simply, you are looking into more important things. ... More
