I didn't realize how bad this really was but the concrete work and trim work I have seen in this house is some of the worse I have seen. Holes in the concrete were sloppily patched. There is sloppy touch caulk all over the base boards. I think it also would have been beneficial to offer at least blinds. A new house without any privacy until you get the time to install them is really annoying. This would have been a minor addition for a builder as big as Lennar.

We love our home but the home buying process was arduous at best. We have now been in our home for 5 weeks and we are waiting for repairs from the initial FaceTime walk through. All of the things that were supposed to be fixed were not. I am not sure if it is a corporate issue or just the local office. We have reached out and have not been contacted back. There is clearly a disconnect from the sales to lending to closing process. Very poor communication from the sellers. The materials used for construction look and feel low quality. They should improve the materials they use. The complex does not have lighting, for the safety of the community this is something they should take into consideration.

Opinion solicited by Lennar and in no way intended to libel or defame anyone. Initially our sales representative Michael verbally floated us pricing that garnered our interest. Somehow they seemed to vanish. I eventually negotiated a price that at least was close to the prices I had heard in the beginning. Then I was informed that he had no authority to sales purchase pricing and would submit my offer but thought it would not be acceptable. There have been numerous issues with the home. Nothing major and nothing that has been responded to. The main pain point with moving into the home is the the cleanliness of the home at move in. We have spent hours scraping and cleaning paint splatters on all the floors with hard surfaces. This can be easily corrected by Lennar by using drop clothes when painting.

Customer service is second to none. Marisa was very helpful with purchasing process and between her and Jordan all issues were taken care of asap. Now for Chris he has been helpful in every way from day one, we are an older couple and he will check every now and then to make sure all is good.he treats us more like a friend than a customer. This is my first time buying with Lennar, would I do it again ? NO the quality of materials used are the cheapest they can find. As I watch the new builds down the street, I see unskilled day labor being used. They break a door and toss it. No care is given to the quality of work or workers! To be honest, they really need to find good at least half skilled labor. Mostly I see unskilled illegals working. A lot of promises to get us in the house. No one knows what the right hand is doing through the whole process. Lack of communication with sells people to loan officer to contractors! Signing day shows up and no one from Lennar was there, called them and they said it’s normal for us not to be there for signing day that the title company will walk you through everything you need to know! Promise us some of our closing cost back and said, oh in the middle of your contract the state changed your closing cost and we can’t give you back your money! Should have had an attorney with us!

I love my Lennar home and lot. Eric guided me through the planning process. Neil met with me weekly at the home site to review construction progress. I knew that Lennar had problems because all builders do, but I didn't realize how bad it is. These lower rated reviews never get seen on the site. I checked. The only reason I gave two stars was because at least the "construction manger" gave me an online tour before purchase. Since then, it's been one problem after another- flooding, cupboards falling down, tile issues, electrical issues. dead palm tree,, half painted woodwork. just total crappy workmanship all around. Great People from my initial contact with Sany to finance to Jake and title with Michelle and the follow up with Nate. The quality of the home exceeds that of other competitive builders by far in my view with details included that are not offered by other builders and even at a lower price. Overall, the BEST value is with Lennar.

Home has a lot of small imperfections that are being taken care of but the one issue I have is a dead palm tree. This issue was mentioned at all 3 walk thrus with the construction manager. When Lennar was questioned about replacement, they said there was nothing about the tree and that the construction manager did not recall any of our conversations regarding the fact that the tree was dead.

The overall experience wasn't all bad, but it wasn't up to my expectations. The garage in the home shouldn't be called a double-sized car garage space. In the garage, only one car fits. There was a water leak in the main line of the home, which they fixed in 24 hours but never fixed the landscape on the property. Also, I had to pay for the water bill because the letter that Lennar gave me for the bill didn't work. Nails are sticking out of the carpet, and the house was not being fully cleaned before closing.
