Great experience. Excellent sales agent. Builder explained the house clearly.

Lennar mortgage, the customer care team, the guy doing your walk through and the people who close with you are top notch. Lennar sales rep was completely worthless. Threatened us that we were going to lose our condo multiple times, gave no updates on status of our condo, why there were delays. And would only call with news two weeks after we got news from other people second hand. The only reason we stayed was because it would have cost us money to get out. Only showed up at our residence for literally 2 seconds after our walk through even though they told us they would be there hours before.

The finance team purchasing team, all extremely responsive very happy with Lennar financing and purchasing. The only letdown was a little bit maybe a newer Construction rep walk-through person should be a little bit better polished on customer service. The overall responsiveness when we have had any issues has been fantastic and very very quick Jorden has been great.

Would never purchase another home from them ! Poor workmanship and very cheap materials !

We bought a 4/3 Trevi model from Lennar in Williston/Country Lane Estates in April. The buying experience was very easy and we received a very good deal. A lot of home for what we paid, great incentives including closing costs and a great VA interest rate. The quality of work could be better on the finishing - we had the whole exterior essentially repainted as whoever did the touch ups didn’t really match the paint and there is some paint drips inside. But we plan on, and already started, repainting the interior so didn’t stress on that too much. The big thing is everything works, nothing is out of place really, and we are happy with our home. Sabrina our sales agent was great; Chris who took care of us during the walkthrough was also great; and Chase has been super responsive with post close concerns/issues. I moved here about a year ago and it took me so long to find the house that was built in such a unique and beautiful way. Trust me I had seen other builds but none of the others had such a great quality and the lennar realtor and the loan processors were very informative every step of the way. I understand that they do not want me to say the people who had helped me… I will continue to send the people who helped me from the lennar my family, friends, colleagues, and clients. Who are looking for a new home.

Poor quality of the general construction material of the house and the trees are installed too close to the structure of the house, causing the concrete to break in future years and also the concrete they use is very poor quality than the entrance floor of the house, garage breaks down in the first days of living in the house and also the HOA is very expensive $ 90 a month, they offer absolutely nothing.We do not have swimming pools or a place to exercise to justify such an expensive payment.

Lennar delivered as promised, it was an overall very good experience buying a home from them.At this point its been a great experience working and dealing with them.

Great experience so far. In my home about 6 weeks and love it.

We bought our house on a specific lot because we fall in love with the model and the yard space, and the only notice prior buying was that in the corner side we couldn’t placed nothing heavy(pool, boat, truck) because of utility easements, but we were going to be able to place the fence up to 1 to 2 feet from the sidewalk. After closing, come to find out that because of the easements, we are losing 10 ft from the sidewalk on a side that has over 75 ft long (thats yard that cannot be fenced and kids won’t be able to enjoy) yet we have to maintain it. Did a walkthrough with Corry, he open a box for the smart home kit and showed me a marked paper supposedly stating all the sensors were in place. He stated that all I needed was internet to set everything up once closing is done. We did the closing, waited two weeks for the internet company to install the internet, when box is opened, one sensor is incomplete and 2 others are missing. When questions were raised to office staff, answer was “there is nothing we can do since it was brought to our attention after closing and who knows what happened with that equipment “ . The least they could have done (since they do this every day and know what to look for) is to make sure customers are not being taking advantage of. Great service no complaints whatsoever

I could not have chosen a better Lennar realtor- Aaron. He kept me sane through the entire experience. While the financing did work out in the end- the Lennar mortgage side of things did leave me wishing for better communication and a more seamless experience.

The team at Lennar has been great to work with. The are very responsive to all request and handle issues in a timely fashion.

From the beginning to my closing was a Great Experience. The Lennar team, especially my sales person were the Best, Responding to my texts right away, no matter how small they were. This is my second Lennar home, because of quality, service, and price. I highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family, and they all are very impressed with my model. THAT THE CHEAPEST WATER BILL IS $500.00 A MONTH REDICULOUS LENNAR NEVER MENTIONED THIS FRAUD TO ANYONE BUYING A HOME AT THE BEGINNING NO ONE WORRIES ABOUT A WATER BILL UNTILL THEY GET THE BILL .

Nate the construction manager was great. Rachel did my walk through and made sure all was completed by closing day. My sales consultant kept me up to date all through the process as well.

Entire process was easy and technologically to date (remote closing). Staff was extremely helpful and kept me informed and up to date on all aspects

Lennar mortgage need improvement in their mortgage process and have some experience underwriter.

Frank blew me off as soon as he lost the sale. Sandra was to the point of being rude. Didn’t speak to me nicely, wasn’t at closing due to illness, never heard from her again. Michelle at closing was very nice. Walk thru and warranty work with Myles is spot on.

My first home buying experience. While everything mostly went smoothly, I would have appreciated a little more flexibility. I had told the salesperson from day one I would be out of state by the time the closing date came, and absolutely intractable for 3 days difference - over the holidays at that. That being said, they have been responsive to any issues that have cropped up from internet, to occasional plumbing things. Overall, I am still very happy with my house. :)

We had a great experience in purchasing our new home. Due to certain circumstances we have not moved in yet and were unable to do the final walkthrough but did get an inspector and things that needed to be fixed were done so and in a timely fashion!! Would highly recommend Lannar builders!!
