the construction manager was helpful with taking care of the articles' that needed attention, however the driveway is shorter than realized ,the property is somewhat undersized, specifically the backyard, the home is attractive and comfortable. i would suggest that all new buyers ask questions about the HOA, and all fixtures located within and on the home and as well as the grounds.

Home is wonderful. However, the sales agent was terrible. Answers to questions changed from day to day. No clarity. You CANNOT trust sales agent. Please, read that contract carefully before you sign it. There is NO going back with Lennar. Sales agent had all the wrong utilities listed on sheet she gave us. When we trried to contact her to get the correct information: No answer- even going up the chain. How can people be so ignorant of the service they are suppose to provide! After making the decision to sell our home in PA, we decided to purchase our new home in Ocala, FL direct from Lennar, strictly on-line without ever visiting the location, something we thought we would never do. Great communication, great sales representation and thanks to Bryan G. for sending pics throughout the process, so far workmanship appears fine, hopefully will remain without any major issues over time. Wish we could have customized a few things, but overall, we will make it our own over time. Thank you for a great experience!

I purchased my home after visiting a girlfriend back in May. My husband and I had the pleasure of our sales representative Neil H. to enlighten us on all the qualities and benefits of owning a Lennar home. Although may not deter from owning another Lennar home in the distant future but move-in experience after buying process did not go as well. Too many defects unnecessary deficiencies for a new home. Process of getting them corrected was transferred and had run smoother than it started.

I had an excellent experience with Lennar sales and mortgage associates purchasing the home. The salesperson was very helpful in keeping me informed during the nearly four months until the closing. However, everything turned into a very disappointing experience on the closing day. The experience of purchasing the house was terrible. The project manager was never around, wouldn't return calls and didn't even make the final walk through of the house before my closing. I contacted My Lennar and put in the paperwork to have the problem corrected. After a virtual visit, they stated they would contact the contractor.The contractor said it would be about three weeks before we could have someone look at the problem. I said this could be expensive on my electric bill. A man came out and found the thermostat was wired incorrectly. He said the heat was trying to run with the a/c. This resulted in a 720.00 dollar electric bill for the month.

First walk-through brand new home: no running water, workers left feces in each toilet (no water to flush). Cracks & holes in cabinets. Large patch of dead sod front yard. Caulking poorly done. Foundation painted in batches. Hole near roof. Scratches on mirror & kitchen sink, etc.. Final walk-through water ran for 5 seconds & stopped. Few repairs done, orange tape still up, no door on linen closet, etc… Closing day, final final walk-through with construction manager who quickly went over my list of repairs with the superintend. 1st and second walkthrough before closing consisted of the customer/buyer performing quality control of drywall texture and paint. Both were a complete waste of time. Lennar should be able to do their own paint QC long before closing. Painters have no idea what an edger is when painting near a ceiling. Painters and stucco workers have no concept of using a drop cloth to protect floor or pavers bellow. Drywall and paint all over wall switches. Carpet glue and grout all over ceramic tile. There is really not much good to say about this experience with this Lennar home. This is my second Lennar new home. I purchased the first in St. Augustine (Winward Ranch, Princeton). It had a few minor issues, but overall was a nice home. This home, first community for Lennar in Ocala FL, is a workmanship nightmare. From the curb appeal (lawns are substandard St. Aug grass full of weeds and different varieties) to the concrete work (just go for a walk in the hood and look, including mine!). The salespeople were nice, and the lending department was great. But when you buy a brand new house, you expect things to be like new with no issues. We've had issue after issue with this home - from floor to ceiling, exterior & interior. The "warranty" office lies to you, takes forever to get anything done, and does not follow up. We loved the layout & the neighborhood seemed nice- but the work quality is not good.

The sales guy was not truthful about having the house cleaned and painted before we got there. He told us what we wanted to hear. We had to get the building manager involved. We did not have keys to our new home when we arrived either. It was a bad experience

Initial walk through issues were numerous. Sloppy workmanship in many categories. Very poor exterior paint coverage. Some areas do not have paint on the siding. Paint splatter on floor in many areas. Not what you expect from a brand new home

This home was not clean, poor painting everywhere especially the area above the baseboard. This means that semi-gloss was painted above the baseboard in some cases at least 5”. This was noted with both walk throughs, but was not corrected. Paint splatters on sliding doors not cleaned off and the tracks for the sliders were not cleaned. We have NEVER moved into a brand new house that was supposedly cleaned but needed through cleaning, by us, before we moved in.
