They build great homes but i just would like to add that they need to let the workers know that the home they are working on is someone else's dream home so they should put more attention to details so home does not need to have corrections noted on the final walk trhrough

Tessa has been very responsive, but there were still a couple of issues that had to be suspended because of Covid 19. Hopefully as our community resumes every day life, they will get back with us to finish up.

Bad stucco craftsmanship; repeated corrections and still looks bad. Customer service is excellent but sub contractor lacks commitment to quality.

Base in our contract you suppose to pay for my HOA for the next 3 years, being trying to get this done for the last 3 months, everybody in customer service all they do is keep my phone number and just say that will call me back and nothing. HOA keep calling and sending bill with late fees. Who suppose to take care of this??

The reason we chose Lennar is the next gen home plan.There was a frequent turnover of who is responsible and what papers are needed that could make you give up. I feel that we have a new person every time we call, one would say we need this the other would say we don’t. My 1st home when I bought it was brand new,it was solid built, craftsmanship is good.floors were easy to clean. Our new house feels sloppy. It was not built with care.craftmanship is poor- lines on the wall crooked as well as cabinets,airvents facing the wall. Floors are are to clean.my laundry room is too small putting a stackable washer/dryer is hard,with circuit breaker shutting off. Home buyers work hard to have a home that is ready,welcoming especially with this price, you expect a little more- even a soap holder in the bathroom would be appreciated. ... More

1) We don't like kitchen cabinets without handles; 2) There is no gutter to receive rainwater from the roof, causing erosion in the garden of the house; 3) Some of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets are stucks. WE HOPE YOU SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS SOON!

Going from a custom build where I got to pick every last detail, to this type of a build where I get no choices was hard. We knew what model we wanted, we knew what development we wanted but after that we really didn’t get any choices. Colors, what lot, front patio or not and the timeline; there are zero choices. Also on paper the development looks great. But once you’re in you’ll find the garages are barely big enough for your car, let alone extra space for storage. A full size truck does not fit on the driveway without blocking the sidewalk, so everyone parks at least one car on the street. The street is now so full emergency vehicles can not get down the roads. Then they plant trees, right in front of stop signs. How the city approved this design is mind blowing to me. ... More

We never once met the construction:site manager and was never once asked if I’d like to visit the property during construction, so I just went myself many times on my own. Past homes we have always met and got to know the person responsible for our new home. Lennar- never. The sales associate was great but we had to ask her things that really were not her job because there was no other contact. For price paid more upgrades would have been good- no fridge freezer or washer dryer. After our inspection it took a few visits for them to fix some but not all. No body ever communicated to us about what would and wouldnt be repaired. More of a guessing game. Closing was not ready- house was not clean and doors not placed although we had noted these on walk through. Just seemed like we were unimportant. The fence policy was not given to us - this was a long fight to win. Positive- the house is nice and survived the hurricane without damage. ... More

Beautiful house, everything was done very well

Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

Additionally, the response from the plumbing contractor to our concerns was dismissively humorous, rather than professional or constructive. These experiences indicate a prioritization of speed over quality and attention to detail in Lennar's construction process. While I recognize the efficiency of their operations and the appeal of their locations, I advise potential buyers, particularly those without prior homebuying experience or a knowledgeable advisor, to proceed with caution. Engaging an independent inspector during the buying process could mitigate some risks and ensure a more satisfactory outcome. In conclusion, while Lennar successfully delivers on its promises of prime locations and timely construction, the post-purchase experience may fall short for those expecting thoroughness and quality craftsmanship. As a first time buyer my experience was really good.

The home buying process with Lennar has been an overall success. My family and would say there were som ups and down from inception. We do understand nothing is perfect. Communication during underwriting could have been somewhat better but once again we do know that this is a process that includes many persons and parts to complete. I do believe the finished product could have been of better quality. From a cost perspective, the sub contractors should pay more attention to quality control verses quantity production. This will benefit Lennar through the warrantee and punch out time period as well as the customers having to potentially complete repairs or changes on their own. Nice house with great materials, however we missed in the living room one eletric spot instead of a sprinkle.

Leah was our sales rep and She was absolutely amazing! She always updated us with any new information and always answered any questions we had throughout the purchasing process. One of the negative things was that the closing kept getting delayed, but I understand its something that happens a lot in new construction and it’s something Leah warned us about. I would say that the main thing that I’m disappointed with is just getting items fixed in a timely manner with the builders warranty. Still waiting on several items that I submitted weeks ago. Overall it was a good purchasing experience but I will recommend they have a better system scheduling warranty issues after closing. ... More

This is our second time purchasing a new home and I have to say this process was a little more difficult. The lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. We were giving three different completion dates. And now that we are all moved in there are still things that need to be fixed inside the home. Everyday we're finding something that was not complete. I will say these are beautiful homes but you can tell they cut corners on certain things in the home. For instances there are no real towel racks in either of the bathrooms. The shower door does not close all the way. Our refrigerator didn't even have a filter. And you can pretty much tell these homes are rushed in the building process. Need to finish some of the work.

It’s really hard to communicate with the office staff, once closing came they didn’t care about multiple issues included those mentioned regarding the house. Response times are extremely high, with people having to follow up multiple times to get a response.

Communication from Lennar was excellent all the time. Sales contact Jeff was excellent. Very poor quality on house finishes compare to previous new homes I bought.

Good experiences,but purchase prices are more higher

Me and my wife were very excited to buy this house until the day of closing, there were a lot of issues that weren’t done and they are taking a long time to resolve issues. I have been in this house for a month and a half and still having things that need to be corrected.

Builders need workers that care about the work they do.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.
