Overall good experience! Nice community.

Absolutely love the house, great layout, perfect size, great location! Some workmanship issues that are taking a significant amount of time to resolve. Seems like once closing is done, Lennar writes you off...takes an act of God to get anything repaired! I closed on 12/23 and STILL have items that aren’t fixed. Customer service is not responsive! To say the least.

Whilst we were generally happy with our purchase we found the process to have repairs and snagging dealt with somewhat difficult and the issues raised at closing were not dealt with for several months.

As if this moment in time , house is six months old, Lennar has been very responsive to our concerns. I have owned Lennar homes in the past, as long as you hire a home inspector at pre drywall and for the final walkthrough, Lennar has been cooperative in making any necessary repairs.

I believe all patios should have the screen offered/given unless refused by Tenants

Lennar is a big company and will push you around if you let them. Don’t let them. Workmanship is ok, it’s goibg to depend on the contractors they hire. Just make sure you keep track of things and don’t let them get away with poor workmanship. Full disclosure: Our house was prebuilt so we didn’t get that chance and your mileage may vary.

House is made of goof products but Lennar tends to rush some of the construction in which now warranty has to get involved and that is a never winning battle. Overall the house is good, the grading is bad, but we are happy overall.

As a first time buyer my experience was really good.

It’s really hard to communicate with the office staff, once closing came they didn’t care about multiple issues included those mentioned regarding the house. Response times are extremely high, with people having to follow up multiple times to get a response.

Builders need workers that care about the work they do.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.

Great quality and floor plan. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, however, the buying and closing processes were not easy. It took several months to resolve issues that were identified at the pre-closing walk-through.

Lennar is very responsive prior to closing, after closing I have discovered many issues with the house and the response has been slow. The quality and workmanship is not the best and the HOA management company, employed and controlled by Lennar, is very picky and intrusive.

The sales process was painful. I lived out of town and responses were poor. There was no flexibility during purchasing phase. The construction manager “Henry” was phenomenal and provided answers where he could. He insured all of my concerns were addressed and directed me to the appropriate person if it was out of his jurisdiction.

I added a request but never received a response.

The home buying process with Lennar has been an overall success. My family and would say there were som ups and down from inception. We do understand nothing is perfect. Communication during underwriting could have been somewhat better but once again we do know that this is a process that includes many persons and parts to complete. I do believe the finished product could have been of better quality. From a cost perspective, the sub contractors should pay more attention to quality control verses quantity production. This will benefit Lennar through the warrantee and punch out time period as well as the customers having to potentially complete repairs or changes on their own. Communication from Lennar was excellent all the time. Sales contact Jeff was excellent. Very poor quality on house finishes compare to previous new homes I bought.

Me and my wife were very excited to buy this house until the day of closing, there were a lot of issues that weren’t done and they are taking a long time to resolve issues. I have been in this house for a month and a half and still having things that need to be corrected.

I pretty much knew what I was getting from a track home before purchasing it. The one thing that I thing was exceptional was the sales representative Melissa She was fantastic she send me pictures throughout the process of the build. Kept me up to date on where the construction was and was overall a huge help. She is a very sweet person. My family just loves her.
