The dialogue is very bad, when you want to clarify doubts, especially for a foreigner, you do not have a clear interlocutor. Nobody takes charge, you have to go to third parties to help you. The electronic means provided for communication do not work. Many interact and finally no one clears up your doubts.

Home buying experience was as bad as it gets. Delays, LACK of commutation to no communication. Closing date got pushed multiple times. Sales Rep was terrible. Only one person who interacted with us during final inspection was good and as professional you would expect when you are making biggest purchase of your life. Due to the delays in closing, my interest rate went up, spend much longer in rented apartment, could not plan for the move. Had to rent extra storage for Furnitures we brought. I bought my house at the end of January 2022, and I was told it would be ready in 6 months, which I thought was extremely ambitious. I visited the property 5 months later and only the structure was ready. I started to get a little anxious. I visited the property 3 months later (end of October) and it had very good progress. On November 11 I was informed and confirmed that the closing would be on November 28. Honestly, the communication from Lennar has been disappointing, chaotic and unprofessional. From the complete lack of a response for weeks regarding delays in closing to the 50+ list of "punch out items" that reflect poorly done and rushed workmanship, I could not recommend Lennar less to any future buyers.

The disorganized nature of your closing process and miscommunication was unparalleled. Never had a more frustrating experience in my life. Unresponsive. Rude. Disorganized. Lack of knowledge etc. I could not get keys but finally a woman who was a manager took time 7am on a Sunday morning to let me in. She was really helpful, annd fantastic , and an exception the the rule.

I think Lennar should have a program where then can solely help with First time home buyers who know nothing about the ins and out of purchasing. This Corporation is so big one they could afford to have a program where they assist with first time home buyers step by step starting with any and all that is hidden in the fine print. From a choice of pant color to know whether your Front door opens in or out.

I will never recommend or purchase another home from this company. These people are a joke unresponsive poor workmanship failure to perform repair, show up without materials. I had to remove my own tub and replace it because they failed to do that. Remove my own cracked tile and replace them, I would never recommend you to build a dog kennel for me or do anyone else

This is our second time purchasing a new home and I have to say this process was a little more difficult. The lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. We were giving three different completion dates. And now that we are all moved in there are still things that need to be fixed inside the home. Everyday we're finding something that was not complete. I will say these are beautiful homes but you can tell they cut corners on certain things in the home. For instances there are no real towel racks in either of the bathrooms. Our experience started with the new home seller, Natasha. She was extremely rude, even stated to us, “if you don’t like it, then don’t buy here” when we inquired if there were options for solar panel manufacturers. We ended up buying do to limited homes available in the area. The closing Process was extremely rushed do to the end of the fiscal year for Lennar on 11/30. We had to have a walk through and closing the same day which is not what Lennar advertises on their website as the closing process. Not so happy with Lennar anymore,If it wasn’t because I found a lender at the last moment I would’ve lost my deposit , and not to mention the value of the townhouse too high along with a high interest interest rate. And to make it worse a high HOA 250.00 monthly with no amenities still waiting and taking forever to make the poolside. But yes we still have to pay HOA high fee just to perceive blocks and dust . Not fair at all .

I will never ever go with Lennar again! If you’re looking for a home, don’t ever go with Lennar. Save yourself the hassle and certainly save your money invested somewhere else. once I started the process with them, we faced absolutely endless problems. Even after we moved in the house nothing but issues( leaking dishwasher, plumbing issues where they had to cut the drywall all over again, electricity issues, air-conditioning unit doesn’t work…..etc)

Post closing attendance has been poor. Problems has not been fixed after two month from closing. Special electrical problems and finishing problems. My experience has been that there is not a person from LENNAR that follows the solution to the problems. The responsibilities are avoided by appointing some other departments and the end nobody follows up.

Hands down the most dreadful homebuying experience. I've lost years off my life with the stress and frustration of working with Lennar. 10x worse than a colonoscopy cleanout, and a root canal with no anesthesia being done at the same time. My house was barely completed, I was forced to close with a laundry list of issues, and I'm still chasing them down to fix things, having to take time off of work for items that should have been completed correctly in the first place. We purchased an Executive level Lennar home. The Kennedy III model. That being said we expected to close on an absolutely beautiful new home. The workmanship & building supplies in this home are beyond disappointing. The cabinets are a disgrace, huge gaps were left where the floor meets up with the cabinets, the outside of the home is not truly painted, it is more like whitewashed, the built in pest control system was “forgotten”, no hot water to the master tub, crushed cable wires, broken kitchen faucet sloppy molding/wood work, weak A/C unit, etc, etc, etc. We purchased a Lennar home as ...

Once I closed, it became almost impossible to get the construction team out to complete the home, all items found and documented before closing. While I like my home, it doesn’t feel like home with all of the pending, incomplete items (including missing trim and tape on drywall/paint issues).

The homes themselves are nice. Overall, the build seems sturdy. There are minor issues with quality and craftsmanship of the individual trades. ie. Paint is not top-shelf. Tile installation was "hollow" in parts and broken. We fixed at our expense despite warranty due to lack of builder response. (More to follow on that). Garage door was slightly misaligned. There were issues that were sub-par on Lennar. Firstly, Communication was horrible. In fact, my closing day was only found out when I asked late afternoon one day.
