Nice house with great materials, however we missed in the living room one eletric spot instead of a sprinkle.

Leah was our sales rep and She was absolutely amazing! She always updated us with any new information and always answered any questions we had throughout the purchasing process. One of the negative things was that the closing kept getting delayed, but I understand its something that happens a lot in new construction and it’s something Leah warned us about. I would say that the main thing that I’m disappointed with is just getting items fixed in a timely manner with the builders warranty. Still waiting on several items that I submitted weeks ago. This is our second time purchasing a new home and I have to say this process was a little more difficult. The lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. We were giving three different completion dates. And now that we are all moved in there are still things that need to be fixed inside the home. Everyday we're finding something that was not complete. I will say these are beautiful homes but you can tell they cut corners on certain things in the home. For instances there are no real towel racks in either of the bathrooms. The shower door does not close all the way. Our refrigerator didn't even have a filter. And you can pretty much tell these homes are rushed in the building process. Need to finish some of the work.

It’s really hard to communicate with the office staff, once closing came they didn’t care about multiple issues included those mentioned regarding the house. Response times are extremely high, with people having to follow up multiple times to get a response.

Communication from Lennar was excellent all the time. Sales contact Jeff was excellent. Very poor quality on house finishes compare to previous new homes I bought.

Good experiences,but purchase prices are more higher

Me and my wife were very excited to buy this house until the day of closing, there were a lot of issues that weren’t done and they are taking a long time to resolve issues. I have been in this house for a month and a half and still having things that need to be corrected.

Builders need workers that care about the work they do.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.

Good value compared to what else is out there. Surprisingly poor workmanship in certain areas. Some issues are taking a long time to resolve. Closing could have been better with funds owed due with wire transfer difference

Great Experience of purchase !

I pretty much knew what I was getting from a track home before purchasing it. The one thing that I thing was exceptional was the sales representative Melissa She was fantastic she send me pictures throughout the process of the build. Kept me up to date on where the construction was and was overall a huge help. She is a very sweet person. My family just loves her.

The house designs and final build are attractive but you start noticing where corners were cut and how cheap some materials are. Buying in 2021 was uncertain and the lack of communication from the selling agent made the whole process feel like a gamble. I feel that under different circumstances (not COVID, not 2021 buying spree, not material shortages) Lennar is a good company and the people are for sure really nice but the final product was “okay” when you start noticing the details. Compared to dealing with 15 person auctions for most homes, this buying experience was great and the homes do look great, I guess I’ll find out how durable this all is in the coming years. ... More

Great price for the all inclusive concept.

Excelent Time to finish de Unit.

Cheaped out on paint quality and carpet quality. Besides that, excellent job.

I am VERY disappointed in the time it takes to get warranty claims taken care of, some we have been waiting weeks for. That is not much of customer service!

Absolutely love the house, great layout, perfect size, great location! Some workmanship issues that are taking a significant amount of time to resolve. Seems like once closing is done, Lennar writes you off...takes an act of God to get anything repaired! I closed on 12/23 and STILL have items that aren’t fixed. Customer service is not responsive! To say the least.

Whilst we were generally happy with our purchase we found the process to have repairs and snagging dealt with somewhat difficult and the issues raised at closing were not dealt with for several months.

Great quality and floor plan. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, however, the buying and closing processes were not easy. It took several months to resolve issues that were identified at the pre-closing walk-through.
