The homes themselves are nice. Overall, the build seems sturdy. There are minor issues with quality and craftsmanship of the individual trades. ie. Paint is not top-shelf. Tile installation was "hollow" in parts and broken. We fixed at our expense despite warranty due to lack of builder response. (More to follow on that). Garage door was slightly misaligned. There were issues that were sub-par on Lennar. Firstly, Communication was horrible. In fact, my closing day was only found out when I asked late afternoon one day. I was told it was the next day at 1pm. And it's a 4 hour drive from ...

Alot of issue were found in the house, because they rush trying to build it. So we could close on the house. I would have rather waited then have our house rush.

Hard to evaluate and list is all, basically sales team overall was great, builders and trades did not provide a make ready home at close and still trying to get items finalize and fixed 4 months later with no type of compensation for all the miss work and wasted appointment where the trades didn’t come prepared for the work needed having to reschedule the same repairs in some cases many times over.

The workers dump trash everywhere including bottles filled with urine. Find these things when digging in garden. Takes forever to get them to repaint our side wall outside which is at least 2 different colors of white. The plumbers who came from problems were rather derogatory until they found that AT&T had drilled through our sewer. Also we are hooked into neighbors sewer before draining to city sewer. Both bathtubs had holes which took 2 months to get fixed. Workmanship is poor.

I read many reviews about Lennar prior to moving forward with the process and most of them were negative but I was naively optimistic that my family wouldn't have the slew of issues others had. We purchased in early June and it was 10 months later that we finally moved in. The sales rep was very attentive and very friendly but after that the experience consistently deteriorated. Our house would sit for weeks with no work done to it, I checked on the house every other day. The buyer ends up purchasing what Lennar wants you to purchase and not necessarily what you want to because of their restrictions on color, location, model, interior finishes, etc.. In our case, the closing was sloppy and not very informative, the washing machine crapped out right after we moved in (the included GE appliances are extremely bottom of the line), the Lennar Warranty link was consistently broken each time we attempted to file a claim, and the only people that seemed genuinely interested in helping were the salesman (Ryan) and the Construction Manager (Ed). Definitely not an Executive Level Home

We purchased an Executive level Lennar home. The Kennedy III model. That being said we expected to close on an absolutely beautiful new home. The workmanship & building supplies in this home are beyond disappointing. The cabinets are a disgrace, huge gaps were left where the floor meets up with the cabinets, the outside of the home is not truly painted, it is more like whitewashed, the built in pest control system was “forgotten”, no hot water to the master tub, crushed cable wires, broken kitchen faucet sloppy molding/wood work, weak A/C unit, etc, etc, etc. We purchased a Lennar home as ...

Home builder has defects, that take many visits from their contractors to repair, over the course of several months. Our counter has been repaired over 6 times, and still needs more work as they can never get it right on the first visit. Damaged closet hardware has been months to get repaired, still waiting on parts for over three months. Front door still is beat up from construction, and still waiting on a replacement. Do NOT close until you have every single detail taken care of. After you close, Lennar will disappear and your issues will go without a response for a very long period. (to be fair with Lennar, I also bought a house from them in North Texas previously, and they were very effective, courteous, and prompt in dealing with any issues. My recent experience in Orlando, FL though it's almost like this is a completely different company. Night and day...

The process of selling me the house was ok could have been better the loan officer was efficient enough but indecently rude and abrasive at times. The home itself has multiple issues with workmanship quality both structural and cosmetic. Very poor quality and we find for what we paid Lennar is very cheap and making an exuberant profit while overcharging for bare basic minimum and cheap product in the home. I would not recommend

We initially loved the home as we settled in we seen more and more imperfections, laziness pure laziness. Take your time why push and try to get the house done I’m spending money on a house ALOT of money! Just do it right. Very frustrating all the walls you can see the imperfections you can see the joins where the next wall meets. My garage floor was cracked how In the world do I buy a brand new home a week old and they don’t fix anything, poor customer service don’t let them treat you like they treated us.

A lot of things left undone or inoperable. Many things overlooked or ignored. Your people cannot be this blind. One gal stopped by here and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. She should be fired for her conduct. Some to most of your people are third rate at best. The backyard is even incomplete with relation to the entire property. You’ll be surprised when you get the list I send to have fixed or finished. It’s not a short list

The house was sloppily put together and there were a lot of issues that took months to fix after I moved in. I had to take too many days off work to address all the issues. Grout work was sloppy, there were painting issues and issues with my ceiling. The garage cement had too many holes and looks poorly constructed. The house was also never cleaned and there was dirt all over when I moved in.
