Hard to evaluate and list is all, basically sales team overall was great, builders and trades did not provide a make ready home at close and still trying to get items finalize and fixed 4 months later with no type of compensation for all the miss work and wasted appointment where the trades didn’t come prepared for the work needed having to reschedule the same repairs in some cases many times over.

Although the home is beautiful, you can tell the work is rushed. Lots of things that arent done correctly because Lennar just wants to make their money as quickly as possible. The issues we did get fixed took months to get done. It's really sad because it could be better if they took the time to try.

The workers dump trash everywhere including bottles filled with urine. Find these things when digging in garden. Takes forever to get them to repaint our side wall outside which is at least 2 different colors of white. The plumbers who came from problems were rather derogatory until they found that AT&T had drilled through our sewer. Also we are hooked into neighbors sewer before draining to city sewer. Both bathtubs had holes which took 2 months to get fixed. Workmanship is poor.

I read many reviews about Lennar prior to moving forward with the process and most of them were negative but I was naively optimistic that my family wouldn't have the slew of issues others had. We purchased in early June and it was 10 months later that we finally moved in. The sales rep was very attentive and very friendly but after that the experience consistently deteriorated. Our house would sit for weeks with no work done to it, I checked on the house every other day. Horrible customer service and responsiveness to fixing things

Do NOT close until you have every single detail taken care of. After you close, Lennar will disappear and your issues will go without a response for a very long period. (to be fair with Lennar, I also bought a house from them in North Texas previously, and they were very effective, courteous, and prompt in dealing with any issues. My recent experience in Orlando, FL though it's almost like this is a completely different company. Night and day...

Poor workmanship

The house was sloppily put together and there were a lot of issues that took months to fix after I moved in. I had to take too many days off work to address all the issues. Grout work was sloppy, there were painting issues and issues with my ceiling. The garage cement had too many holes and looks poorly constructed. The house was also never cleaned and there was dirt all over when I moved in.

Just bought because the view

workmanship and materials used on construction are very poor, we need to talk with many guys to solve small issues in the house and it´s take a lot of time. at the end we also have problems to install our fence as lennar didn´t let the metal pins installed.

Second time buyers not happy this time

This is our second (and last) Lennar home. Our first experience was excellent, good quality in all aspects. This time has been totally different, poor quality of frames, finishes and details. Two months after moving we’re waiting for many details to be addressed by the quality department. So sad to realize how a company like Lennar has decreased its quality in such a dramatic pace. If you decide to buy Lennar be sure to do the inspection before closing.

We’ve had numerous issues, please keep your eyes peeled for lackluster workmanship. We have over 100 lose, broken, chipped tiles and have a damaged cabinets, doors & door frames. Do not allow the CRM rush you through the walk thru.

Once you close your house, they dissappear. Issues take them forever to get to. I ended up fixing things myself. Also lied to me saying they changed things on my house yet the houses under construction now have what was missing. They just didn't want to spend the time to get it right.

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.

First of all, I would't brag about "having around 200 closings in one day" if everything you guys do is terrible. Terrible customer service. I don't get why we had to wait like 8-10 hours in the title house to get our keys EVEN when we presign the documents 3-4 days in advance. The finish in our house is terrible and I keep submitting tickets and my CM is not doing absolutely anything about it. Right now, I have a 24 pages long list of things that needs to be fixed.

The homes are built too quickly. After moving in you have to continuously call the service center for repairs which makes no sense since this is a newly built home. I am out of $450 because a pipe broke out in front of my house, the city came out and deemed it was my responsibility to fix and they turned my water off. Leak was caused by a piece of concrete that was sitting on the water pipe that caused a crack in it. Well I called their service to submit a request a repair, and the customer service representing acted as if she didn’t know what I was trying to explain to her, I got frustrated, ...

I love my new hose, but way too many issues before, during and after closing, the biggest one was I was offered a house next to an empty lot, mains reason I peak this house, right on the day after closing, Lennar start building a new house right there. Very tricky sales strategies. Disappointed as well with Lennar mortgage, waiting more than 3 hours on closing date, because paperwork wasn’t ready.

The week of closing was the most stressful week of my life. When I came for my walk through it was clear that no one on the Lennar side had even went inside for a minute to check things before I arrived. I was there for two hours pointing out issues. I have two young children and I was on my hands and knees feeling the stairs and felt dozens of exposed staples. If my daughters were walking on the stairs they would have gotten hurt.
