Our experience purchasing a Lennar home was disappointing and frustrating. The sales and closing process lacked organization and clear communication. We were passed between multiple representatives who did not appear to be on the same page. Our primary realtor was frequently slow to respond, and on our scheduled move-in day he was extremely difficult to reach. We were informed he was assisting another family while we were actively moving into our home, which added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the home itself has also fallen short of expectations, especially given the price. Several features that should be standard were not included, such as ceiling fans, window blinds, a screen for the back door, and a shower door. The guest bathroom has black streaks in the tub and sink that are impossible to remove. Appliances advertised as brand new arrived with visible dents and marks prior to move-in. The exterior landscaping was poorly executed, with low-quality mulch placed without a liner, resulting in ongoing weed and insect issues. We will need to redo the landscaping ourselves. Additionally, the garage is undersized at 19x20 rather than the standard 20x20, which feels like another cost-cutting measure. Upon move-in, there was still red builder tape throughout the home, indicating unresolved issues. An eye to detail was missing. But the responsiveness to the issues was great!

My home is very beautiful and great work done for me. I’m not struggling for anything right now. I’m able to move around any were I need to go. No stairs for to climb due to my back injury I’m very happy with the great work done for me to enter the house. I have 3 bedrooms plus a master bathroom and two bath rooms. I have a kitchen and so many closet for me to pack something. I have pantry space and closet space for extra storage and 2 car garage. Every thing is intact in place

The reason we chose Lennar is the next gen home plan.There was a frequent turnover of who is responsible and what papers are needed that could make you give up. I feel that we have a new person every time we call, one would say we need this the other would say we don’t. My 1st home when I bought it was brand new,it was solid built, craftsmanship is good.floors were easy to clean. Our new house feels sloppy. It was not built with care.craftmanship is poor- lines on the wall crooked as well as cabinets,airvents facing the wall. Floors are are to clean.my laundry room is too small putting a stackable washer/dryer is hard,with circuit breaker shutting off. Home buyers work hard to have a home that is ready,welcoming especially with this price, you expect a little more- even a soap holder in the bathroom would be appreciated. ... More

My worst experience buying a home! I can’t even have a shed because the HOA said so. I’ve had to fix two doors because they don’t close. When I replaced the carpet with LVP, the amount of trash and debris swept under the trim was unbelievable! I have pictures. My yard looks like a construction site with the trash left in it. My vehicles need to be washed every 2 days because of the dust. Vouchers should be given for car washes. I don’t understand why when the sod is laid that that the good sod is in the front of the home and the crap sod is in the back. The sprinkler system only does the front and side of the home. I added additional rain bird sprinklers and fought through construction debris to get it installed. I’m fed up the Lennar and the price we paid for our home. My recommendation is don’t but unless you want and are able to deal with bull crap. ... More

Worst, irresponsible, immoral builder in the US! Run away from their lucrative offers, before you end up in the trap and realize what a mirage it was.

At the end of the day we love our new home. Terrible caulking job. Lots of chipped tiles. Major scratch on the shower tub combo. Slow response to questions post exchange of initial deposit. Everyone we worked with was very nice. As someone who has been in the trades for 25 years the tradesmen weren’t skilled.

I had a great experience with Lennar on my Florida property! Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, attentive, and diligent throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team when purchasing a home.

The condition of house was bad. Until yesterday I had toilet seat issues. I dont mind them charging me couple thousands more and give better quality. I have had so many issues but they were prompt to resolve. I should not have had the issues in the first place to begin with. You can check my request history. I still have to raise another request as the door does not get latched properly near garage. I felt this house was rushed to close rather than spending time to provide the quality. Irina, Lennar sales person was amazing, and the whole process was pretty good.

The process of selling me the house was ok could have been better the loan officer was efficient enough but indecently rude and abrasive at times. The home itself has multiple issues with workmanship quality both structural and cosmetic. Very poor quality and we find for what we paid Lennar is very cheap and making an exuberant profit while overcharging for bare basic minimum and cheap product in the home. I would not recommend

They lied about HOA price. When I try to get answers they all hide like cockroaches. Try to play the dumbest game with me. I still waiting for an answer.

1) We don't like kitchen cabinets without handles; 2) There is no gutter to receive rainwater from the roof, causing erosion in the garden of the house; 3) Some of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets are stucks. WE HOPE YOU SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS SOON!

Excellent quality homes very comfortable prices.

First off there was no model to look at! There was no shower door in master shower; no towel racks in any of the 3 bathrooms. No grab bars for us seniors. We had to purchase our own garage opener for the small garage. The patio out back - you can’t even put a chair on it (it’s too small). I wasn’t allowed to change the carpet in the bedrooms to tile unless I paid for it after closing. We had to get the plumber out for the water heater and washing machine

Will NOT recommend Lennar to anyone. From start to finish it was the most expensive mistake we made

The representatives I worked with during my homebuying experience were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Bobby, Samantha, Jessica, Adonia, and Esther were AWESOME, they made purchasing my home easy!

Working with the sales team was great. They were attentive, helpful and responded to inquiries promptly. Quality of work was very good. Primarily due to the thorough quality checks. They didn't miss any details. I love the Next Gen feature in the Discovery model. However, please note space is taken from the master closets and kitchen in order to accommodate the Next Gen apartment. Closets in the Primary bedroom and kitchen cabinets are small. Also didn't like that there were no options. Color choices and materials were all selected by the builder, with no opportunity for upgrades or changes. I'm having to add additional cabinets in the kitchen. Garage is also smaller. ... More
