I hate this home. I will never recommend a Lennar home going forward. I was strong armed into closing when I should not have. This house is still being repaired from the original punch list. The little compensation I was provided dors not suffice the aggravation, the frustration nor the quality of work for the price I paid. more compensation is deserved for my personal time in waiting around for someone to show up, not show up or cancel at last minute. This is not our first new home purchase, but this was by far the worst. There is not enough room here to describe everything and I do not have all night, but I'll start by saying that we were rushed to "close" the purchase on November the 29th last year and it is today, almost 2 months later to the day that we received the key to our home after multiple attends and visits to their office from our realtor. We still do not have any documents what so ever that show that we purchased a home. To this day there is still work to be done in our new home as everything was rushed, but nothing done ...

Customer experience worst i ever received.I close at the end of Nov 2021 i still have a bunchs of things they never finish.Cheap materials and a lot of bad things on construction.On the financing was not to bad.I dont recommend to anybody to buy Lennar.

House was rushed to be finished for builders financial year end and it is very noticeable. Responsiveness to repairs are still not completely resolved after 4 months.

Lennar is not ready to be a semi-custom builder

Our home was built in a guinea pig of semi-custom home neighborhood at a luxury price point. The Lennar project managers and subcontractors do not understand how to complete a home of this nature that isn't their traditional entry level home offer with only A, B or C options. The timeline was well beyond what we were promised, the sub-contractors created so much havoc that Lennar had over 200+ items to fix at close, and fortunately, we did not use the Lennar financing team, so we were able to not be forced to close with 200+ issues wrong with our home. I had such high hopes when I put my downpayment on my new townhome. I loved the idea of something that was all mine and that no one had ever lived in before. My experience has been very bad, the customer service people are not responsible, the do not care about the client, they never fixed anything or to complement the commitments to fix the property, they make appointments and do not go they do not respect the client's lost time, they do not solve problems it really was one of my worst experiences buying this property, I would never recommend them.

Company reps had no concern about customers, only keeping on schedule and selling a house. Build quality was not very good. Final cleaning was non existent. Company did not respond to issues we brought up on our final walkthru, only their own. Would never recommend them to anyone else

Delays due to missed inspections, poor workmanship, rude and dishonest customer experience reps! Nothing about this house or our experience was worth half the money we paid for it. Lennar reps constantly lied and tried to cover up their mistakes and those of their subs. We were forced to close before the house was complete and every worker we've had in since then have commented on the poor work that was done. I'm ashamed to own a Lennar house.

Questions with new home consultant were never actually answered, they were ‘danced’ around. Had 9 pages of fixes to be done after initial walk through. Upon the ‘final walkthrough’ there were workers still in the house fixing things. I left explaining the final walkthrough should mean everything is done and ready for review. Still not all things have been corrected almost 2 months after move in. Very disappointing as a first time home buyer. Don’t recommend.

The experience was and still has been so bad, I would not recommend anyone this builder sadly. The service has not been good, still after 2 months of moving in to the house I still have things that have not been fixed, things that should have been done before the closing date.

Did not have a great experience. I am a first time homebuyer and it felt like the entire process was very rushed and the craftsmanship of the finishings is poor. Even before the home was completed, they forced a closing date and promised all cosmetic finishes would be complete within the next week. During this 6 months Journey our house practically build itself without any concerns or diligence from any of the construction managers. Outstanding issues like the shifting of our entire foundation was never even recognized unless I physically came over to the construction site and made them aware. Don’t try to buy a home around the fiscal year end or any fiscal quarter because your home will be slapped to get it off their books and try to show a good profit. So many problems from rushing through a NHO to closing that problems and issues were not fixed or prior to closing due to doing a “Pre-sign” for closing.
