Hello Lennar, everything is good now.

This was not a good experience as I am still dealing with issues 5 months later. The salesperson and closing agents did a great job with the buying process and tried to help me as much as possible. Communication with them to get things repaired that their vendors created is terrible and seems to be eventually forgotten and erased. If I don’t follow up, they will not and then the process starts all over again. I am truly disappointed. This is just my experience which is very stressful.

It's my first time buying a new construction home and Irma Almodovarnieves was there every step of the way. She always answered my questions via text or email no matter how late in the day it was. She even answered my questions on her vacation and on weekends. Irma is a great asset to the Lennar and I am so glad to have met her.

We decide to buy at this location after looking in several other places, including Lennar locations, Danielle F. was a great motivation for our decision, she was extremely attentive and patient. going inside to constructions sites with us, wearing beautiful high-heels and not afraid of getting them dirty, she is amazing. the whole process was very self-explanatory, and easy, and if any question arises, Danielle was there for us. When was time for to us starting visiting the house for the final walks we only met great people JP and Keene, they explain everything we need to know about the house and give us great advice. Our house is beautiful, we are making all we can to make the most of that. The downside exists, maybe is not the same for everyone, for us was the fact in the kitchen there is no extractor, the one from the microwave is not enough if you cook every day. The kitchen cabinets need to be more functional, to upgrade after it is almost impossible unless you are in the conditional to pay a reasonable of money to do so. the attention and support at all times of my purchase was excellent

For my first home buying experience the process was simply and quick.

Every issue large or small has been taken care of immediately. There is nothing like being treated as though you matter to a company.

Love the community and how is becoming. Unfortunately still dealing with issues my house have no empathy at all to fix issues

I love my new home

House was rushed to be finished for builders financial year end and it is very noticeable. Responsiveness to repairs are still not completely resolved after 4 months.

I have had a really good experience with Lennar being a first time home buyer. The worst thing about it was the closing which was done in a parking lot so i didn't get that "closing" experience I've always dreamed about at the t table signing papers but COVID is to blame for that, not Lennar...they are very responsive to any issues i have via the ticket process set in place.

I feel that service is good!

They build great homes but i just would like to add that they need to let the workers know that the home they are working on is someone else's dream home so they should put more attention to details so home does not need to have corrections noted on the final walk trhrough

Do not sign contract until all details are discussed and written in the builder's contract. Because all my upgrades were verbally promised to me by Sales Consultant, I believed him and signed contract within 3 hours of viewing the model. FYI, if it is not in writing....IT DID NOT HAPPEN!

That the house includes electronics and appliances

Quality of workmanship is lacking. Lots of shortcuts taken. Promises made and not delivered or had to remind several times. Closing day was a fiasco.

Don't trust never in lennar

The first steps were amazing , easy and I’d say almost fun. Our tour guides were super and wonderfully helpful and informative.

The team was great with answering questions and getting back to us on information. It was a great experience from signing the contract to doing are final walk through on our new home. Now if they can just help us unpack it would be a dream come true.

Very bad quality issues with this builder

This is my second time purchasing with Lennar and it seems that departments are not connected and do not talk to each other.The best part of this experience was working with Irma in Arden Park. She was amazing and made everything ok. She should be commended for providing exceptional service!

It was an excellent experience, the whole process was easy and smooth, everything was perfect at home. Anna did an excellent job.
