Until today I am trying to change the door of the house entrance because it is a shame and nobody is responsible and I never really through that I would have such a bad experience for different reasons at home

Unethical/Uneducated Sales tactics

Salesperson Daniel and Sales Manager Chad both told us repeatedly that we can have a privacy fence. I advise that you request and read the HOA bylaws before purchase as it states we can only have a 4 foot aluminum picket fence. If this wasn’t our first home, and first HOA we would have known to check this beforehand. Leaving this review since I reached out to Daniel and it’s been radio silence. We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue. This is my wife first time a brand new house with a lot of defects.. The first week we found a lot of insects in the house even our dog got bite with this insect…So dirty our front garage driveway till now… all our door frame was so much issue from the front to all bedrooms…No manager was try to tech us they keep saying make a work order which not even six months we been sending work orders. I didn’t not know we bought a lemon house…

The whole experience was stressful and not up to regular standards. I do not recommend anyone to deal with Lennar, Lennar Mortgage or Lennar Warranty nowadays

The truth is that I felt cheated after moving to a new house and I started to discover that they used the worst possible finishes on the inside of the house, because I didn't inspect the outside. The paint on the inside is ridiculous, they used the worst quality paint. In short, everything they used on this house was the cheapest thing in construction. Now we have to live with this horrible thing here or spend a lot of money to improve it. I don't recommend anyone invest in these Lenar houses.

Briana was awful . She was not responsive to emails or phone calls. She didn’t know the answers to mortgage questions and told me inaccurate information. I had to get her boss involved because it was impossible to deal with her. She wanted me to sign documents that were inaccurate. Up to the day of closing, the down closing costs were still unsure. I literally was so stressed out that I ended up in the hospital the following day for tightening of my chest. I’m young, with no issue of the heart. The Dr said it had to be stress related. Builder steal/removed curtains from this model home. Sent refund check very late, with buyers and realtors total five payee name in a check, how can we cash this check? Took Lennar 2 months to correct purchase number in ALTA, two months add correct name to deed.

Random Fees start to show up at closing

Builders are charging a builders fee at closing which was supposed to be included in the original price . That’s another random $3,000 just inserted in there with no mention of it, very fraudulent. Not happy with Lennar at all.

I was extremely disappointed with my whole Lennar home buying experience. My NHC Steven was horrible. I would constantly reach out for updates/status of my home multiple times before I would receive a response. It was always the same answer no change this is post COVID times and it takes a lot longer to get things done. My previous property manager from a rental I was living at told me to get a new NHC because Steven was horrible, and I should have listened to them. Lennar title. Same exact thing. Constant requests ignored and I was 2 days out from closing and still did not have a closing ...

Lennar was absolutely the worst home building experience we’ve ever been through. Extremely unorganized. Quality of work was horrendous. Lack of communication. Cleanliness was horrible. We will never build with Lennar again and will do everything we can to get others to avoid this builder.

I will never ever go with Lennar again! If you’re looking for a home, don’t ever go with Lennar. Save yourself the hassle and certainly save your money invested somewhere else. once I started the process with them, we faced absolutely endless problems. Even after we moved in the house nothing but issues( leaking dishwasher, plumbing issues where they had to cut the drywall all over again, electricity issues, air-conditioning unit doesn’t work…..etc)

Lennar takes no pride in assuring craftsmanship in their home building. During my NHO walk through, in every room throughout the home, there was drywall, painting, and baseboards that were damaged, in need of repairs/repaint and/or replaced. Closet doors are stained with dirty hand prints from installers not wearing cloves or washing their hands. Floor grout was not cleaned properly, making the floors appear to look dirty and dingy, not to mention poorly grouted with holes or gaps throughout. The drywall throughout the home, was poorly cut and installed leaving gaps of almost a 1/4" along ...

Next level terrible company and so funny that my first review was deemed inappropriate. No bad language, no threats, just the truth. Lennar is a morally bankrupt company that produces a sub par product. Just for good measure they make you take solar and reap the 26% tax benefit. I am not sure how anyone who works for this company can sleep at night.

We have had nothing but problems with Lennar. There's no quality, no customer service and no accountability. The closing was postponed six or seven times, our calls and emails were rarely answered, we've submitted warranty claims left and right and some are even repeat that they just can't get it done correct. Even during the construction phase, we apprised them of issues and even provided photos and all they said was “it’ll be addressed and we will do an exceptions list and take care of it.” Well, to date many issues have NOT been taken care of and some new ones have surfaced! It was a really bad experience buying and doing the walk through of the house . House was not properly finished. Still pending a lot of things to be complete. Never answer phone calls or emails. They are in the business of making money and they are rushing the process and cutting corners. Complicating and making it worse for the homeowners
