I will never ever go with Lennar again! If you’re looking for a home, don’t ever go with Lennar. Save yourself the hassle and certainly save your money invested somewhere else. once I started the process with them, we faced absolutely endless problems. Even after we moved in the house nothing but issues( leaking dishwasher, plumbing issues where they had to cut the drywall all over again, electricity issues, air-conditioning unit doesn’t work…..etc)

Lennar takes no pride in assuring craftsmanship in their home building. During my NHO walk through, in every room throughout the home, there was drywall, painting, and baseboards that were damaged, in need of repairs/repaint and/or replaced. Closet doors are stained with dirty hand prints from installers not wearing cloves or washing their hands. Floor grout was not cleaned properly, making the floors appear to look dirty and dingy, not to mention poorly grouted with holes or gaps throughout. The drywall throughout the home, was poorly cut and installed leaving gaps of almost a 1/4" along ...

Next level terrible company and so funny that my first review was deemed inappropriate. No bad language, no threats, just the truth. Lennar is a morally bankrupt company that produces a sub par product. Just for good measure they make you take solar and reap the 26% tax benefit. I am not sure how anyone who works for this company can sleep at night.

We have had nothing but problems with Lennar. There's no quality, no customer service and no accountability. The closing was postponed six or seven times, our calls and emails were rarely answered, we've submitted warranty claims left and right and some are even repeat that they just can't get it done correct. Even during the construction phase, we apprised them of issues and even provided photos and all they said was “it’ll be addressed and we will do an exceptions list and take care of it.” Well, to date many issues have NOT been taken care of and some new ones have surfaced! It was a really bad experience buying and doing the walk through of the house . House was not properly finished. Still pending a lot of things to be complete. Never answer phone calls or emails. They are in the business of making money and they are rushing the process and cutting corners. Complicating and making it worse for the homeowners

This was the worst experience in building a house I’ve ever had. Closed on my house at the end of July, it’s now September 14th and my house still isn’t finished. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Throughout the purchase process I was told things by the Lennar realtor that were later found out to be straight lies. They told me that all the supply’s were secured and the only issue would be labor. My house was then delayed for 10 months with no real explanation. But I’m pretty sure it was delayed to get smaller houses done to meet Lennar’s quota for their stock value. The walk thru got delayed until the day of close even though I was repeatedly told how detailed their quality checks were flawless nothing was addressed before closing. We went and looked at the exact home that we wanted, it looked wonderful. We were told that everything in that house is what we were getting. Wood-like tile, crown molding that you can actually see (we got molding that is about two inches thick, useless waste of money), etc. NOT what we got AT ALL. These is our second time buying a home and the experience with Lennar is awful. No one respond in a timely manner to any situation. Home was close with lots of open items that I need to follow up week and no one can confirm when they are going to get fix. The right hand does not know what the left hand does. I couldn't have had worst experience than buying a home from Lennar. I was deceived in signing the purchase of the wrong home. When I spoke to the Orlando sales consultant about his mistake he said he couldn’t change it. I ended up with a subpar home. This is our 2nd home that we purchased with Lennar the 1st one was in 2017 and it had way better quality. The price for this home is way higher but the materials are completely lower in quality Lennar keeps justifying that the inventory is low but it seems like it's actually just trying to get cheaper materials. We recognized Lennar for striving to deliver the best smart and best product in the market but in the market but it seems like it's not anymore. Sad.

The quality of materials and specially the workmanship is way below the minimum standards. If I went back, I would go with another company. Low value for what you pay and I almost feel like getting catfished with this house. The original construction manager and customer manager were rude and refused to address all the issues. If you are in the market for a new build PLEASE look at the reviews on line for Lennar and PLEASE consider other options.

It was only about the sale - this whole house buying experience was horrible. It was all about the sale and nothing more than that. I closed on a house and was told that I had homeowners insurance and was even given a policy just to find out that my insurance was canceled two days after purchasing. To this day no one has taken ownership of what went wrong no one has called to apologize and I only found out when I went to buy new homeowners insurance.
