Worst new home purchase ever

We signed our contract for a new home in 2/2019 and were told that we could expect closing to take place sometime around mid-November. When we received an email that our closing date had been pushed up to 10/1 we were thrilled. However in walking it privately we found several items that were incomplete, so we documented them with photographs and sent the information to our sales rep; upon review the closing was pushed back to 10/15, understandably. Disaster on Creekmore!

We cannot begin to describe how poorly our home is constructed and the very poor fit finish. Windows were now working. There were entire areas that were not painted. There were gaps in the cement block walls in the garage. The lawn was installed incorrectly. Closet doors were missing and one that was installed fell off. The property close was jammed down our throats by some VP who took advantage of the fact that we were not on-site to do a final inspection. 3 months after the close and there are still outstanding issues. We will NEVER, EVER buy another Lennar home!

Would not stand behind their workmanship. Carpet unraveled within 48 hours and they would not fix. Closet bars fell of the wall. Circuits trip all the time. Already filled out first survey to absolutely no response. Would never recommend.

The worst experience I had in my life.

I bought to houses with Lennar I still got damage in both.the do not fixed and managers and employees treat people like garbage.

Worst experience ever - would rate zero stars if I could

I WOULD NOT recommend Lennar. I can’t even count the number of things that went wrong which started with permitting the wrong elevation. We caught so many issues then were made to feel like we were being difficult when we’d bring them up to the builder. We were trying to have items corrected before it became too late to do so. Examples of what we caught were: house painted the incorrect color both inside and out, tile stopped and squared prior to where it should have been & had to be redone, floor plug placed in incorrect location (would have been in the walking path and not under ...

I give your company a zero, I have been in my home for 4 months still all the repairs are not finished. My first time buying a home and the whole process was frustrating, I will never purchase a Lennar home nor will I recommend you to anyone. For the price of my house it should be perfect!

We have built houses with five other builders and Lennnar was the worst experience. There is no consistency with work orders because the staff is constantly changing. The construction part was very sloppy and attention to detail. We didnt even get towel racks or toilet paper holders and we paid over 300k for this house. We were told this community would have walking trails, a playground, and a picnic area and none of that has been built. The pool is a joke! It's tiny for the size of our neighborhood and don't even have a lock on it so there are constantly trespassers there destroying what we ...
