Nice job good service

I love my new home

I have had a really good experience with Lennar being a first time home buyer. The worst thing about it was the closing which was done in a parking lot so i didn't get that "closing" experience I've always dreamed about at the t table signing papers but COVID is to blame for that, not Lennar...they are very responsive to any issues i have via the ticket process set in place.

I feel that service is good!

The team was great with answering questions and getting back to us on information. It was a great experience from signing the contract to doing are final walk through on our new home. Now if they can just help us unpack it would be a dream come true.

It was an excellent experience, the whole process was easy and smooth, everything was perfect at home. Anna did an excellent job.

From the first time we meet with a Lennar salesforce we were impressed. Listen to our desires and explained what they could provide. After our selection progress began and great care was given in every phase of the building. Our initial inspection was performed and was very informative, finding limited defects proved that care was always a top priority. Very happy in our new home.

Everything was done quick and with no problem at all.

During move in issues the team reacted and resolved very fast.

Our purchase went very smoothly and quickly. Lennar was involved with helping us to sell our old home through Opendoor to getting us a very attractive interest rate for our loan and a swift close. It honestly was as simple as trading in a car. The neighborhood has been great so far

Slow to complete the small things that were incomplete at the moving day. Please be ad vice that was promise at the walk true day. Has been 4 month that we moved in and still waiting for some things to be corrected. thank you !!!!!!

Overall I love our new home and everyone who helped in the process was amazing. Jeff was great to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and requests to view the home. I don't like the fact that the layout for the driveway was changed a few times from what I was told it would be. I know that Jeff did all he could do to help and that it was out of his control.

ON GENERAL THE PROCESS FOR BUY, THE VISITS BEFORE AND AFTER THE FINISH ALL GOOD. LENNAR IS EXCELLENT

My experience with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) has been FANTASTIC!! My FABULOUS real estate agent Donna C. Helped me find this property after looking at several properties prior, Rob D. Showing us the (MY) house who I will say is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and made me fall in love with the Aurora floor plan - such a fantastic sales consultant. Then my loan approval process with my loan officer, Miguel M. who was VERY helpful, informative and professional - such a AWESOME loan officer. All three helped make my dream of homeownership come true!!! Just a few little cosmetic issues I’ve had in my home, however, Lennar has resolved them. I was really skeptical about Lennar getting me into a quality home quickly and painlessly but working with them is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The process was manageable, the people were kind and attentive and within weeks I was handed the keys to a brand new home!

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

From the beginning to closing and move in, everything went through perfectly. Special thanks to Pedro, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person who always demonstrated that he cared about my peace of mind. And the rest of the team involved was very nice, thaks to all of them too. Regarding the quality and finishes on the property I must say that I found some minimal details that requires repair after I moved in which I did not catch during the walk through, I guess I can report it through the warranty portal they provided. The realtor was spectacular, the area and architecture beautiful. good after-sales service, the only problem was with the electricity outlets that we had to complain about for the tower washer and dryer.
