It seems that they were trying to get the work done to sell the house. The workman ship was very poor. We had to walk this home 3 time and items were not addressed as of our purchase date. Items still need to be addressed with us living here. The door opening from the outside and the hinges on the outside of the door is very unsafe as well. Someone could just knock the hinges off and come into the home.

ON GENERAL THE PROCESS FOR BUY, THE VISITS BEFORE AND AFTER THE FINISH ALL GOOD. LENNAR IS EXCELLENT

Our sales experience was really a horrid experience. We had originally walked away from everything as the lady we dealt with was unbelievably rude to our realtor and would get loud and talk over you CONSTANTLY. We loved the location of the home, floorplan and neighborhood and with the promos still decided to go with Lennar. The financing was pretty normal except for the fact that they don't like repeating themselves if you didn't understand something. At times our tenured realtor was confused... again they were annoyed if she asked questions to then translate to us. It ended up being ok, but wasn't as smooth as one would have hoped. Closing, Derik the contractor and the delivery team were the light at the end of the tunnel. They fixed all of our issues quickly and really made us feel appreciated. Up until then you just felt like a person at a factory and it was a "Well someone is behind you that will by that house kind of attitude". After move in there has been some construction complaints with flooring, drywall ect... just not the neatest job and hollow tiles. Overall the home was built well but the 3rd party finishing could have been a lot better especially for the price point! Love our home... but honestly Lennar... you can do better to improve the smoothness of the process and ensure your 3rd party is upholding to your standard. ... More

Salesperson Daniel and Sales Manager Chad both told us repeatedly that we can have a privacy fence. I advise that you request and read the HOA bylaws before purchase as it states we can only have a 4 foot aluminum picket fence. If this wasn’t our first home, and first HOA we would have known to check this beforehand. Leaving this review since I reached out to Daniel and it’s been radio silence. I asked if Lennar can make an exception as I asked about the privacy fence specifically over 5 times. He got the sale, good riddance to us! We love our home and were excited to buy ever since we first saw it. The design of the floor plan is awesome and the price is worth it. I will say that our grass was on the verge of dying ever since we bought. We were assured it would be okay with watering, but that hasn't been the case. There were also quite a few issues we had to have addressed after purchasing. Our master bath shower would not stay hot and we ended up having a leak from the shower enclosure. However, the repairs came pretty quickly so we were really appreciative to just how responsive Lennar was to issues. Will also note that none of our ceiling electrical boxes in the rooms seem to be rated for ceiling fans, which I find to be lesser quality given people tend to put up fans and not just light fixtures. This was second home-buying experience with Lennar and they are a well-run and professional home-builder. Their properties are well-built with quality materials. Their staff are very responsive and well-trained. I would purchase from Lennar again in the future

This was a nightmare! Save yourself and go elsewhere!!

My husband and I are very pleased with our new Lennar home. They worked with us until we found the exact model that suited our needs and explained every step along the way. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

My experience with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) has been FANTASTIC!! My FABULOUS real estate agent Donna C. Helped me find this property after looking at several properties prior, Rob D. Showing us the (MY) house who I will say is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and made me fall in love with the Aurora floor plan - such a fantastic sales consultant. Then my loan approval process with my loan officer, Miguel M. who was VERY helpful, informative and professional - such a AWESOME loan officer. All three helped make my dream of homeownership come true!!! Just a few little cosmetic issues I’ve had in my home, however, Lennar has resolved them. We closed the house on 8/29/2024, we had issues with the back door, did not lock; during the first walking there was no refrigerator and was brought in a week later, after hurricane Milton, the lanai roof soffits were gone and the ones left we found out they were stitched with plastic staples, poor quality of construction on a brand new home that the lanai back door roof did not held winds; resulting in the homebuyer fixing it, The bathroom door when I open the shower door it hits the countertop from the bathroom counters. Overall, with some many issues at least you should have added the blinds from the sliding doors or the washer and dryer. Don’t think I would recommend lennar. ... More

I was really skeptical about Lennar getting me into a quality home quickly and painlessly but working with them is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The process was manageable, the people were kind and attentive and within weeks I was handed the keys to a brand new home!

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

Very disappointed with the construction manager and their staff for failing to remove debris before the recent hurricane (Milton) hit the area. It forced me to leave my home for safety after concerns that concrete blocks would become projectiles. I asked repeatedly for this to occur and nothing was done. Even after they responded by telling me they would remove these items. I continued to message the construction manager directly and received no response. They simply didn’t care! I have photos and text messages saved for Lennar corporate, as they should investigate this further. The overall construction of my home was sloppy and when the house was given to me had multiple issues that I had to repeatedly ask to have fixed. Recently, my garage door random closed on my car! Another faulty issue. I’ve had multiple issues since buying this home. The driveway was even poured incorrect and cracked because of poorly installed irrigation piping below the concrete. From the beginning to closing and move in, everything went through perfectly. Special thanks to Pedro, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person who always demonstrated that he cared about my peace of mind. And the rest of the team involved was very nice, thaks to all of them too. Regarding the quality and finishes on the property I must say that I found some minimal details that requires repair after I moved in which I did not catch during the walk through, I guess I can report it through the warranty portal they provided. We never once met the construction:site manager and was never once asked if I’d like to visit the property during construction, so I just went myself many times on my own. Past homes we have always met and got to know the person responsible for our new home. Lennar- never. The sales associate was great but we had to ask her things that really were not her job because there was no other contact. For price paid more upgrades would have been good- no fridge freezer or washer dryer. After our inspection it took a few visits for them to fix some but not all. No body ever communicated to us about what would and wouldnt be repaired. More of a guessing game. Closing was not ready- house was not clean and doors not placed although we had noted these on walk through. Just seemed like we were unimportant. The fence policy was not given to us - this was a long fight to win. Positive- the house is nice and survived the hurricane without damage. ... More

We had quite few issues with our build, the workmanship was poor in several areas. . From Garage Flooring to Drywalls. The buying process was also bit clunky. Despite having the "high tech" communication tools, it was still not as smooth as it could have been. Overall. It has been average quality of build and process. Nothing really wow'ed or impressed us. This was our 4th time purchasing New Construction, so are familiar with process. So, our feedback is just "ok" could have been worse. But we have seen much better build and process as well. Beautiful house, everything was done very well

Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

Whole lennar team could have done a better job to make this buying experience memorable in a positive way, which obviously lacked.

My overall buying experience was great. What I would tell others to beware of is quality of workmanship. Higher your own inspector to come prior to closing to help catch any issues. I made the mistake of relying soly on Lennar and I sincerely regret not taking that step prior to closing. I have found several issues with the home. Lennar has came to fix those things which is good. My biggest issue is I have an AC issue and still not 100% fixed. At my walk thru and when I moved in the AC could cool to whatever temperature I set including 68 degrees in Summer. 2 weeks later the masterbedroom felt hot and system would not go below 74 degrees. They have found a few things. A leak in the air duct and had to recharge system with coolant, and an air flow balance issue. After more test and another air balance the air flow feels much better but system still doesnt cool under 72 degrees in Sept. They are coming to replace a duct to the masterbedroom but nothing else. This still leaves me w a brand new AC in a brand new home that was almost a half a million dollars and the system wont go under a certain temperature. Either its the AC system or the home instelf built with poor quality. They rush to get these homes to close and I dont think us home owners get Quality bc they focus on Quanity of homes to sale. ... Poor comms, workmanship, concierge (Nicole) argumentative 11 properties purchased to date; this was the worst experience.

We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue. This is my wife first time a brand new house with a lot of defects.. The first week we found a lot of insects in the house even our dog got bite with this insect…So dirty our front garage driveway till now… all our door frame was so much issue from the front to all bedrooms…No manager was try to tech us they keep saying make a work order which not even six months we been sending work orders. I didn’t not know we bought a lemon house…
