It seems that they were trying to get the work done to sell the house. The workman ship was very poor. We had to walk this home 3 time and items were not addressed as of our purchase date. Items still need to be addressed with us living here. The door opening from the outside and the hinges on the outside of the door is very unsafe as well. Someone could just knock the hinges off and come into the home.

Our sales experience was really a horrid experience. We had originally walked away from everything as the lady we dealt with was unbelievably rude to our realtor and would get loud and talk over you CONSTANTLY. We loved the location of the home, floorplan and neighborhood and with the promos still decided to go with Lennar. The financing was pretty normal except for the fact that they don't like repeating themselves if you didn't understand something. Salesperson Daniel and Sales Manager Chad both told us repeatedly that we can have a privacy fence. I advise that you request and read the HOA bylaws before purchase as it states we can only have a 4 foot aluminum picket fence. If this wasn’t our first home, and first HOA we would have known to check this beforehand. Leaving this review since I reached out to Daniel and it’s been radio silence. We love our home and were excited to buy ever since we first saw it. The design of the floor plan is awesome and the price is worth it. I will say that our grass was on the verge of dying ever since we bought. We were assured it would be okay with watering, but that hasn't been the case. There were also quite a few issues we had to have addressed after purchasing. Our master bath shower would not stay hot and we ended up having a leak from the shower enclosure. Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. Very disappointed with the construction manager and their staff for failing to remove debris before the recent hurricane (Milton) hit the area. It forced me to leave my home for safety after concerns that concrete blocks would become projectiles. I asked repeatedly for this to occur and nothing was done. We never once met the construction:site manager and was never once asked if I’d like to visit the property during construction, so I just went myself many times on my own. Past homes we have always met and got to know the person responsible for our new home. Lennar- never. The sales associate was great but we had to ask her things that really were not her job because there was no other contact. We had quite few issues with our build, the workmanship was poor in several areas. . From Garage Flooring to Drywalls. The buying process was also bit clunky. Despite having the "high tech" communication tools, it was still not as smooth as it could have been. Overall. It has been average quality of build and process. Nothing really wow'ed or impressed us. Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

My overall buying experience was great. What I would tell others to beware of is quality of workmanship. Higher your own inspector to come prior to closing to help catch any issues. I made the mistake of relying soly on Lennar and I sincerely regret not taking that step prior to closing. I have found several issues with the home. Lennar has came to fix those things which is good. My biggest issue is I have an AC issue and still not 100% fixed. We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue. This is my wife first time a brand new house with a lot of defects.. The first week we found a lot of insects in the house even our dog got bite with this insect…So dirty our front garage driveway till now… all our door frame was so much issue from the front to all bedrooms…No manager was try to tech us they keep saying make a work order which not even six months we been sending work orders.
