From the first time we meet with a Lennar salesforce we were impressed. Listen to our desires and explained what they could provide. After our selection progress began and great care was given in every phase of the building. Our initial inspection was performed and was very informative, finding limited defects proved that care was always a top priority. Very happy in our new home.

Everything was done quick and with no problem at all.

During move in issues the team reacted and resolved very fast.

Slow to complete the small things that were incomplete at the moving day. Please be ad vice that was promise at the walk true day. Has been 4 month that we moved in and still waiting for some things to be corrected. thank you !!!!!!

Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

Everything is well, i bought the house to rent

We have been in our new home for about six weeks. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people I know that have bought new construction with finding tons of shortcuts taken that caused issues or when finding a problem, having to fight to get the work done under warranty. Our house seems to be very well built. We found a small leak in the roof after about a week during a massive storm. We reported it and warranty support was amazing to deal with. We had everything taken care off very quickly and were kept informed on the process every step of the way. So far, I cannot find any real issues to complain about. Lennar is an excellent builder. They've built my house fast and steady. So far we only have 1,2 minor issues and they came to fix it right away.
