Love my new home! I don’t know where to start…I want to send a special thanks to Robyn, Brittany and the entire Lennar team for providing a smooth home buying process. Experienced excellent communication and superb concierge service/care from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the build and finishing. Concierge was extremely prompt with addressing the minor issues found. Overall, great experience!

The whole experience was stressful and not up to regular standards. I do not recommend anyone to deal with Lennar, Lennar Mortgage or Lennar Warranty nowadays

Very Bad Experience

My experience has been very bad, the customer service people are not responsible, the do not care about the client, they never fixed anything or to complement the commitments to fix the property, they make appointments and do not go they do not respect the client's lost time, they do not solve problems it really was one of my worst experiences buying this property, I would never recommend them.

The truth is that I felt cheated after moving to a new house and I started to discover that they used the worst possible finishes on the inside of the house, because I didn't inspect the outside. The paint on the inside is ridiculous, they used the worst quality paint. In short, everything they used on this house was the cheapest thing in construction. Now we have to live with this horrible thing here or spend a lot of money to improve it. I don't recommend anyone invest in these Lenar houses.

The house is not bad, but there was a lack of attention to many details, apart from an unjustified delay in its delivery. The best has been Mrs Maria Gonzalez in addressing questions and complaints. THANKS MRS MARIA!! It will be difficult for me to buy houses from Lennar again.

Overall, we were happy with the new home. We have had a few warranty items come up, but they were resolved quickly. Alexis has been great to work with on all those issues. A common theme we have experienced and heard other neighbors complaining about is how hot these houses are in the summer. Even though the air conditioning system is working as it’s supposed to, and the insulation is to spec, we found several air gaps in the attic (under the insulation). Company just wants a sale

Company reps had no concern about customers, only keeping on schedule and selling a house. Build quality was not very good. Final cleaning was non existent. Company did not respond to issues we brought up on our final walkthru, only their own. Would never recommend them to anyone else

I am surprised at how the quality of LENNAR has gone down, at the level of customer service it is a disaster and at the level of construction the people in charge seem not to be qualified for those job positions, such as the Construction manager, it is outrageous that a builder like Lennar is currently in such poor and disappointing circumstances.

Overall, my experience with Lennar was positive. I met some wonderful people throughout my house-buying journey. However, things took a turn about a month into the five-month process with my New Home Consultant, Steve R.. From the beginning, my realtor and I sensed that Steve was relatively new to the Lennar team, but we were patient and understanding. Unfortunately, communicating with him was challenging. Many questions about utilities, HOA, mail box Keys, missing door code access, rig door camera manual, services etc. was not provided. Even house keys were not ready to deliver at closing. They were to mail them to me. they were later found, I had to return after I had signed and left. A master bathroom clogging issue took 3 weeks to be resolved which delayed our move for nearly a month. Water heater and garage door broke withing first month. Two individuals from the final breakthrough actually help covering most of these issues as they took the above and beyond approach to help.

Great experience overall; I had a bad experience in the beginning with the home design; but the staff, construction team, and loan officer and processor was able to assist when needed and provide a great service. Overall I am very happy with my new home and the type of loan I was able to receive. Will definitively recommend it.

I think this builder doesn't pay enough attention to details. I've had far too many issues that indicate to me that the build was a rush job. Issues with the stove, dishwasher, cosmetic oversights, the almost dead sod/grass in my backyard, even down to the amount of studs in the wall that make it difficult to mount a TV in the living room. The design of the home is beautiful but it seems this builder has cut corners to save on costs. And these oversights have caused me to open a lot of service tickets for fixes when if they just took their time and reviewed their work, none of these ...

I love my new hose, but way too many issues before, during and after closing, the biggest one was I was offered a house next to an empty lot, mains reason I peak this house, right on the day after closing, Lennar start building a new house right there. Very tricky sales strategies. Disappointed as well with Lennar mortgage, waiting more than 3 hours on closing date, because paperwork wasn’t ready.

As a real estate investor, I am a 5x Lennar home investor. 4 of them are in FL. This 5th home at Glen Pine is the worst closing experience I have ever had. I will not buy another home from Lennar in FL anymore. The main issues are poor workmanship at and missing house keys. My closing was delayed 4 weeks because of these and other issues. But I will just focus on the 2 mentioned. The major issue I had was the many exterior walls were discolored. Miranda, Lennar customer rep, was at orientation and final appt. She brushed it off as sand, and did not remove it because it was not listed ...
