My experience with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) has been FANTASTIC!! My FABULOUS real estate agent Donna C. Helped me find this property after looking at several properties prior, Rob D. Showing us the (MY) house who I will say is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and made me fall in love with the Aurora floor plan - such a fantastic sales consultant. Then my loan approval process with my loan officer, Miguel M. who was VERY helpful, informative and professional - such a AWESOME loan officer. All three helped make my dream of homeownership come true!!! Just a few little cosmetic issues I’ve had in my home, however, Lennar has resolved them. I’m overall VERY HAPPY with my decision to purchase my dream home with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) as my neighborhood feels quaint and peaceful and just a 30 minute commute to my office in Orlando. From the beginning to closing and move in, everything went through perfectly. Special thanks to Pedro, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person who always demonstrated that he cared about my peace of mind. And the rest of the team involved was very nice, thaks to all of them too. Regarding the quality and finishes on the property I must say that I found some minimal details that requires repair after I moved in which I did not catch during the walk through, I guess I can report it through the warranty portal they provided. Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

Everything is well, i bought the house to rent

We have been in our new home for about six weeks. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people I know that have bought new construction with finding tons of shortcuts taken that caused issues or when finding a problem, having to fight to get the work done under warranty. Our house seems to be very well built. We found a small leak in the roof after about a week during a massive storm. We reported it and warranty support was amazing to deal with. We had everything taken care off very quickly and were kept informed on the process every step of the way. So far, I cannot find any real issues to complain about.
