The Lennar team lacked communication. Any time we had a question it seemed like no one made time to respond or help us out unless they needed something from us; like sign a document or process a payment. Everything felt rushed and they wouldn’t accommodate to simple request we had during the closing process. Very satisfied with the house I bought, just disappointed in some of the communication skills.

2 month to fix all the issues and poor materials

We have been dealing with all type of situations in this house. From poor materials to inefficient service to solve the issues. We have been calling and asking for the issues to be resolved over and over without any success. It’s been 2 month were the house can’t be rented and we are at revenue loss. Without counting the several expenses we have incur since we don’t live in USA.

My buying experience was very bad with Lennar, starting from salesperson to the entire sales team gave me hard time, poor communication while your home is getting built, they can lie about anything to just sell the home. I had a very good experience with Pulti homes, and they have excellent customer Servies, i will never ever buy a Lennar home again.

I dealt with the new home consultant directly to purchase the home at Lennar wellness way. However realized that having a realtor would have made much more sense closer to the closing. The final inspection was not done correctly and there were many items left out that needed fixing. For example, one of the cabinet doors was not even painted. Love the area, but from the start had a bad experience with Lennar. First, we asked for a different sales consultant which they provide a different one but the first was still involved with paperwork. Second, tried to screw me out of an interest rate lock which was already accepted. Builders did a poor job with material and not following design as they had to rebuild my island on move in day with it being to far over. Low quality. Not what you expect from a big company like Lennar. Poor finish. Low quality appliances. Do not give you choice of even the color if your own home, or the choice of type of tyles or their color. You dont get the value of your money

Aside from being bullied into purchasing a home that at the end of the day was built improperly. And I do not want. The walls are uneven. There's areas where the ceiling is lower on one side of a wall than the other. My glass door that should have been included in the house that I had to buy separately because they decided. We’ve had numerous issues, please keep your eyes peeled for lackluster workmanship. We have over 100 lose, broken, chipped tiles and have a damaged cabinets, doors & door frames. Do not allow the CRM rush you through the walk thru.

Never got my keys day of closing, lock was broken, it didn’t get fixed for weeks and keys never sent to me like I was told. I had to drive 2 hours to pick them up. Leaks in the house after day 3. No one likes to help, I had to call a lot of numbers to finally get a response. I had lots that needed to be fixed and it took over a month with lots of contractors coming almost daily. First, we do love the house. However, Lennar has been a nightmare to work with. Up until the middle of January, we were told our house would be ready at the end of April of 2024 which would have been perfect timing for us. On January 18th we were told that we would be closing 12 days later on January 30th, giving us almost no warning whatsoever. If we delayed closing at all they were going to charge us $300 per day (READ YOUR CONTRACT!) for the delay. So we said fine, let us get our inspector in, like we mentioned at the beginning. They told us "Well, you need 30 days notice before closing in ...

Briana was awful . She was not responsive to emails or phone calls. She didn’t know the answers to mortgage questions and told me inaccurate information. I had to get her boss involved because it was impossible to deal with her. She wanted me to sign documents that were inaccurate. Up to the day of closing, the down closing costs were still unsure. It was a nightmare from the time construction started

We identified several issues during construction and Lennar was largely non-responsive. We closed with a tear in the carpet of one bedroom. It took 7 weeks for them to correct the issue. Once they finally came to fix it!, It took approximately 2 hours. We had similar experience with other issues.

Builder steal/removed curtains from this model home. Sent refund check very late, with buyers and realtors total five payee name in a check, how can we cash this check? Took Lennar 2 months to correct purchase number in ALTA, two months add correct name to deed.

Had a really bad experience, the sales person lie to us, was misleading and overall the experience was awful. The materials are cheap and the work is fast done, the pain the workmanship is poorly done and fast way done, when you are paying almost a half of million for your home you expect to be done properly, just very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy

Random Fees start to show up at closing

Builders are charging a builders fee at closing which was supposed to be included in the original price . That’s another random $3,000 just inserted in there with no mention of it, very fraudulent. Not happy with Lennar at all.

The lack of a coordinated messaging for closing fate, initial purchase price fluctuations, nonresponsiveness from the NHC, numbers changing in estimate sheet the day before closing, etc etc pick an unpleasant moment and I experienced it! Now, the ladies at Lennar closing and Crystal from Inspections made up for the anxiety riddled moments! Oh, and the response for when you place a service request is stellar!
