It was a good experience

New construction, exciting but very stressful, from the Finance to the Home building experience. Lennar really works with you to try get you into a home.

I consider my Lennar home good value for money and very functional. I like the layout of the Bonita model and the location near Mt. Dora is real plus. The support personnel worked to resolve any final building issues, but too many individuals were involved in the process and the closing date kept changing making it difficult to plan.

Be sure to ask lots of questions. Make a list of items to be addressed. Be patient. Lots of paperwork.

we had a very good experience with all the Lennar team, from the downpayment to the sign at the closing, everybody, sales teams and lender team were very kind with us and always willing to helps us a find the best solutions to us.

Despite some delay (in COVID times), my experience with Lennar was good.

Be more informative with the client about overall information regarding the purchasing of a home.

Where to begin. Well, in many of the interior walls, the studs are not set at 16" on center, more like 22". The finished work leaves great deal to be desired. Much of the moldings are not set right and some just plain missing. The electrical work certainly wasn't up to code, since I had 3 bedrooms working off one light switch. I still have several screws that were not covered by whomever did drywall, Ans last major item was the leak under the sink. Now having said that, the service people who came to repair, complete or adjust items reported were outstanding. They were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The one person who stands out for exceptional service and reliability was Anellie, I'm sure I spelled her name incorrectly. She stayed on top off all the requested items until completed. She gets 6 stars out of 5. All in all, as I keep finding little things, I find it best to just remedy them myself, but I would still recommend Lennar to someone who is handy and want a good first-time starter home. ... More

Good house and team service are excellent

For the price I was expecting better appliances and ability to make changes, the guy who came to cut the grass which wasn’t cut ,never rings to let me know that he was here and did it a crappie job and the appliances guys had attitude, Overall I won’t recommend LENNAR to my family.

Choosing a home was a great experience! Angie did an Amazing job showing me and going over details and stayed in contact during the b built process. I would give a five Stars, however when it comes to the quality of the interior finish, I am a little disappointed. The paint is low quality and has a lot of off spots. When wiping down to move in the paint comes off completely. The home did not come with light fixtures in none of the rooms besides the kitchen and entry way which is a little disappointing and lastly the tile grout is filthy was never deep cleaned. When you purchase a new home you expect it move in ready, not expecting to drop a few hundred on buying fixtures and a floor cleaning company. It adds up quickly. Took a while to get everything completed correctly, but I attribute all of that to the lack of labor available in todays market. But in the end Lennar stood behind all that was needed to be done to our satisfaction as quickly as they could.

Very knowledgeable and professional

Overall is good, at the end there was a delay to finish the development which I understand, but it took more than a week to complete the last piece due to the mistake of supplier and the builder. It almost affected my loan (my locked rate was expiring at the day of the delayed closing date), to be honest I was not happy about it!

Completed on time as promised. Few minor corrections here and there. All isgood!

Had to accept the home as builder picked out, made the experience of buying a brand new home less magical. Thats why I gave 4 star overall, and 3 start for value for the price paid.

Well built home. Overall very pleased and glad to be living here. Some trouble with timely response and correction of several relatively minor but essential items that were not finished up to spec at closing. Lennar needs to replace the substandard sod contractor laying the grass for the yards.

It had to be done virtual, and it was way faster than what it was face to face in the past. I just wished the builder had cut more on closing costs like builder fees Gene at the mortgage department was great
