Well built home. Overall very pleased and glad to be living here. Some trouble with timely response and correction of several relatively minor but essential items that were not finished up to spec at closing. Lennar needs to replace the substandard sod contractor laying the grass for the yards.

One of our windows's glass is broken after 3 month purchase,the security system in the community can not figure out what happened.A little bit disappointed about what happened to our new home purchase.

It seems to take a lot longer than expected to get problems resolved. Every step takes another two weeks. so we are still fixing problems

They build great homes but i just would like to add that they need to let the workers know that the home they are working on is someone else's dream home so they should put more attention to details so home does not need to have corrections noted on the final walk trhrough

Tessa has been very responsive, but there were still a couple of issues that had to be suspended because of Covid 19. Hopefully as our community resumes every day life, they will get back with us to finish up.

Base in our contract you suppose to pay for my HOA for the next 3 years, being trying to get this done for the last 3 months, everybody in customer service all they do is keep my phone number and just say that will call me back and nothing. HOA keep calling and sending bill with late fees. Who suppose to take care of this??

Beautiful house, everything was done very well

Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

My experience with purchasing a home from Lennar was mixed, marked by both disappointment and satisfaction across two attempts. Initially, our enthusiasm was dampened when, due to an oversight in lot size calculations, we learned that our chosen design could not be constructed on our selected lot. Despite this setback, we decided to give Lennar another chance, drawn by their desirable locations. The second attempt was notably smoother, with the construction process concluding on schedule. However, the closing process was cumbersome, requiring constant vigilance on my part to ensure deadlines were met and essential inspections and walk-throughs were arranged. This experience underscored that prospective buyers should not expect a guided, hands-on approach from Lennar throughout the buying process. Post-move-in, several craftsmanship issues became apparent. These ranged from minor annoyances, like upside-down electrical outlets and inconsistent paint coverage, to more significant concerns. Notably, the conduit for internet cabling was obstructed, necessitating an unsightly workaround by our internet provider, and initial plumbing issues were discovered, including clogged shower drains and reduced water pressure on the second floor. Investigations revealed construction debris within the plumbing, suggesting a careless attitude toward construction best practices and environmental considerations. Additionally, the response from the plumbing contractor to our concerns was dismissively humorous, rather than professional or constructive. These experiences indicate a prioritization of speed over quality and attention to detail in Lennar's construction process. While I recognize the efficiency of their operations and the appeal of their locations, I advise potential buyers, particularly those without prior homebuying experience or a knowledgeable advisor, to proceed with caution. Engaging an independent inspector during the buying process could mitigate some risks and ensure a more satisfactory outcome. In conclusion, while Lennar successfully delivers on its promises of prime locations and timely construction, the post-purchase experience may fall short for those expecting thoroughness and quality craftsmanship. Nice house with great materials, however we missed in the living room one eletric spot instead of a sprinkle.

Leah was our sales rep and She was absolutely amazing! She always updated us with any new information and always answered any questions we had throughout the purchasing process. One of the negative things was that the closing kept getting delayed, but I understand its something that happens a lot in new construction and it’s something Leah warned us about. I would say that the main thing that I’m disappointed with is just getting items fixed in a timely manner with the builders warranty. Still waiting on several items that I submitted weeks ago. Good value compared to what else is out there. Surprisingly poor workmanship in certain areas. Some issues are taking a long time to resolve. Closing could have been better with funds owed due with wire transfer difference

Absolutely love the house, great layout, perfect size, great location! Some workmanship issues that are taking a significant amount of time to resolve. Seems like once closing is done, Lennar writes you off...takes an act of God to get anything repaired! I closed on 12/23 and STILL have items that aren’t fixed. Customer service is not responsive! To say the least.

Whilst we were generally happy with our purchase we found the process to have repairs and snagging dealt with somewhat difficult and the issues raised at closing were not dealt with for several months.

As if this moment in time , house is six months old, Lennar has been very responsive to our concerns. I have owned Lennar homes in the past, as long as you hire a home inspector at pre drywall and for the final walkthrough, Lennar has been cooperative in making any necessary repairs.

I believe all patios should have the screen offered/given unless refused by Tenants

Lennar is a big company and will push you around if you let them. Don’t let them. Workmanship is ok, it’s goibg to depend on the contractors they hire. Just make sure you keep track of things and don’t let them get away with poor workmanship. Full disclosure: Our house was prebuilt so we didn’t get that chance and your mileage may vary.
