Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding. This was our 3rd Lennar purchase!!!! You know the old saying 3rd time is a charm well it was exactly that!!! Fast and the least painful transaction I ever made because my wife had no idea it was a surprise she was in New York!!! She was very happy about it which was not a surprise, what’s not to love new house and 5 minute walk to our daughters house!!!

My experience with Lennar mortgage company was great. But I wish I had the opportunity to make some changes especially in the bathroom, I would have chosen different titles. It’s a beautiful home. I just wish I had a chance to add my own personal touch. I would recommend Lennar mortgage company to friends and family.

The whole process from looking at the home till the closing was great afterwards the technician that handles the issues has been unresponsive and unprofessional. He puts a bad light on the whole experience

Excellent sales experience with Agnes and very quick closing

The whole process was smooth. Wasn’t a hard pitch at all. Homes are made with the lowest grade quality though. Already need to do some basic renovations which is a disappointment. But other than that everyone is super nice and pretty responsive.
