I’ve come to realize that the overall build quality with Lennar has been very rough. As a first-time homebuyer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and, honestly, it will be my first and last Lennar home. Buying a home comes with so much excitement and sacrifice, and it’s disheartening to feel that future homeowners are not truly cared for. The work feels mediocre, and while this is my honest opinion, it gives the impression that the focus is more on volume and commodity than on the people who will actually live in these homes. For a new home, I found so many mistakes, it’s unbelievable. The washer area was flooded, the wall and floor were soaked and stained. They still haven’t fixed it yet. I am concerned there may be mold in the wall now. The wall is yellow with the water stains. The cabinets have small cracks in all of them. If they don’t fix them, I heard when it gets very hot, they will just open. The dishwasher is roasted in the outside, and a few other mistakes. I am so sorry for that review. I hope they fix those mistakes, so my review will be so much better next time.

Overall, the experience was not satisfactory. They are very rigid in their decisions, and nothing can be changed or modified before the closing, which is not acceptable. Even if you like a few items, there is a high chance you will not like others, yet you are forced to accept everything as it is. This makes the entire process feel like a waste of money. Additionally, they are not cooperative when it comes to correcting faulty work or mismatched items.

We were excited to purchase our new Lennar home, but a few issues made the experience far less smooth than expected. Just two days before our scheduled closing, Lennar informed us that the closing would need to be postponed for more than 30 days. This last-minute notice created a lot of stress and logistical problems that could have been avoided with proper communication. Less than one month after moving in, we experienced a flood on the first floor caused by Lennar’s workmanship. On top of that, we found a few cracks on the drywall throughout the house. While we understand that new construction can come with minor issues, the combination of these problems definitely impacted our overall experience. Some of my neighbors who signed the home around the date I signed got way better deals . I trusted sales person and thought they will do right. But I felt like I got cheated.

Lenner set up the buying process that made home buying very simple and easy.They did everything from starting to finish with no problem. The staff was very helpful and courteous during the process. When we moved in the house, we found few minor problems and they addressed them without delay. They are very responsive.

The entire process was very easy, my salesperson was very responsive and answered all my questions. I love the staff at Lennar they provide top Notch Customer Service. I especially enjoyed dealing with Frances, Juan, Judy and Alberto. They made my new home buying experience easy and as seamless as possible.

Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

It was very Thank You easy purchasing our new property. A few items would make the improve Lennar for buyers. Paint is relatively inexpensive but labor is expensive. Use a really good quality paint. The laundry room is a good size but my wife is 5’2 and she can’t reach the only shelve. If you had provided stackable full size set, we would have built a lot more cabinets. What is up with the baby size garage? You can’t open a door to get out of your car. Plumbers cheaped it on the connections. Why? Positives good quality appliances make me not want to replace. The buying experience was ok. However a lot of issues were found at the hike. Felt maybe the built was rushed. Had I known about issues of moving to Arden (new builds) address not uploaded, mails, having to call to have things fixed at the house. Internet issues. I would have gone somewhere else. Not happy. But making it work. My warranty for everything needs to be extended seriously.

The purchase process was straightforward, though it’s important to consider factors like discounts, add-ons, and more. The quality of the villa seems good, and the Arden community is beautiful with its impressive landscaping and amenities. The construction team provided a great experience; the salesperson was friendly and made sure all details were clarified. They kept their promises and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this construction company for their professionalism during negotiations.

Agnes was wonderfully helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She steered the home buying process with confidence and patience.

Sometimes there are things that change without a communication

I am really satisfied when I buy my new home from Lennar, homes trustfully and very carefully build every home. This is my second home. I am very happy to buy new home from Lennar Sales manager, Keibby and construction manager, Fernando they are both good men and women They help me out step-by-step for building new homes and give you the answers all the time. Thanks for them.

Beware buying a new Lennar Home and closing before you get the results of an independent home inspection as there is pressure to approve all conditions within a short period of time and barely obvious minor problems may be hidden.

Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding.
