The whole process was smooth. Wasn’t a hard pitch at all. Homes are made with the lowest grade quality though. Already need to do some basic renovations which is a disappointment. But other than that everyone is super nice and pretty responsive.

We have purchased many brand new built homes. We found very little pride in the workmanship of this house. Cheap fixtures, what little there were. My last home was half the cost of this one and had much better workmanship and quality of product. It was worse than pulling teeth getting our punch list resolved. The construction manager and supervisor did their very best to get issues resolved. They bent over backwards. to make sure we were satisfied. The problem had to be above their pay grade. Wasn’t expecting having drainage issues since day one in a brand new home

I have been living in my new house for 6 weeks and since day one I have seen a drainage issue in front of my house that I am concerned about. I am worry that it will affect the house or my driveway later on. I have seen that builders have done some repairs but it is not solving the cause of the problem. There is always an area that remains wet. This has been a headache since I wasn’t expecting to deal with this since day one in a new house. This was our 3rd Lennar purchase!!!! You know the old saying 3rd time is a charm well it was exactly that!!! Fast and the least painful transaction I ever made because my wife had no idea it was a surprise she was in New York!!! She was very happy about it which was not a surprise, what’s not to love new house and 5 minute walk to our daughters house!!!

My experience with Lennar mortgage company was great. But I wish I had the opportunity to make some changes especially in the bathroom, I would have chosen different titles. It’s a beautiful home. The home-buying process was generally good, except for issues with Lennar Mortgage and postal delivery. Leigh and Stella often asked for the same documents, redirected me to each other for questions, and everything felt like an urgent last-minute request. I have had an issue in my home since first walk thru and over two months later given constant run around. Still with no answers and it is delaying everything else that needs to happen in my home and my elderly mother has to delay moving in because of this issue and creating so much stress to my family. My husband ended up in the hospital with the added stress. Buying a new home should be happy and satisfying time not like this.

The house cost me nearly $1.1 million and has been nothing but problems. First, the closing was a nightmare due to multiple errors made by the builder whose closing department couldn't seem to find the correct corporate resolution showing that the subsidiary conveying title actually owned the property. Then about an hour or two after the closing ended and I had received the key, I received a phone call from the builder that said it can't confirm that it received the funds so I can't enter the house until after the weekend.
