It’s quick and easy

We hadn’t bought a new home in awhile and just stopped by to check it out, but the area, price and design were too good to pass up. Lennar is there with you every step before and after the sale- in person, email or phone! Lennar really wants to make sure you are happy!

We were very happy with our 4 bedroom Lennar home in Trail’s Edge. So far so good. The seller agent Shawn was great and the construction manager Ryan was very responsive. The punch list was short which was excellent. We are comfortable if something comes up, customer care will work with us to resolve it. Overall very happy.

We have enjoyed our experience with Lennar as positive and exceptional workmanship. Everyone we encountered has been pleasant and responsive.

When made are way to the sales office after our round. The salesman Brooks was friendly and full of information. He gave us a tour of their models and within a few days we were owners. Our experience working directly with Lennar was great from the start. Joseph, our sales rep, was helpful in guiding us to what model we went with, the bidding process, and keeping us updated throughout the process. Justin our construction manager was very thorough with the construction. I felt like it was very quality craftsmanship throughout the home! We haven’t had any major issues to work through and everything worked as expected. The smart home system can be a bit overwhelming but now that we are settled in, everything is working great! The community is unlike any other, amazing!

My husband is a builder but we were relocating from a different area so we had to get someone else to build our new home. We found a great neighborhood that fit all of our needs built be Lennar. We made an offer which was accepted and the process began. We didn’t really have high expectations since this is a track house and Lennar is a mass production builder but we were pleasantly surprised. During construction, we received update photos on the construction. My husband also had the opportunity to walk the job twice during construction (don’t think we were supposed to do that) and found nothing that alarmed him. The plan we purchased was well thought out and executed within the approximate time frame provided. We moved into our new home and we’re happy. Our home is well built.
