Worst construction Ive ever experienced and Ive had 11 homes. Lennar would not make any of the important items right. Fixed only the little things. The significant issues like Floors not *****, tile installation the worst (hollow and high lippage throughtout), countertops totally ruined from tools, and things being thrown on them with no covering first to protect them, uneven, unsealed epoxy garage floor which flaked apart in one month! And again Lennar denied correcting. Sales people embellish the truth and can be arrogant and condescending and appear "choosey" with who they will give extras to when meeting their quotas. Just wish Lennar would simply do the right thing and correct what should have been done right in the first place. Lennar Title and ***** departments were the best part of Lennar. The staff I worked with were exceptional. To summarize: You have to put "lipstick on a pig." Unfortunately I could have and should have walked away from closing but didnt. Shame on me. ... More

The interest rate on my documents differed from what was negotiated. The sales person knew about the change, never disclosed it, and basically admitted it when I raised it. Lennar then told me to proceed at a higher home price or walk away and forfeit my deposit. The home was also dirty on arrival, with wall mud haze all over the floors, and many walkthrough items were never addressed. Things that were repaired often resulted in damage to something else. Get every promise in writing and hire an independent inspector before closing.

Nice finished product, lots of extras included as standard ie appliances, blinds, garage door opener etc.

Our salesperson gave empty promises and even outright *****. We had to escalate WAY above her head just to get home ready to close.

We love living in Babcock.

Everything was so easy. I have ZERO regrets to my decision.

Failed to fix is*****s before closing and still haven’t been fixed. One thing after another with this cookie cutting build. Electrical is*****s through out the house.

The house pretty much sold itself as it had everything we were looking for. Unfortunately, there was a lot of pressure to get the contract signed. I’m one who reads everything that I’m asked to sign so this became an is***** for me.

Homebuyers on their own, no single point of contact, no coordinated assistance during contract closing, inspection services, multiple ***** offices. Sales agent left Lennar after contract signing. Dealing with Lennar is not for the weak. No one seems to care about the new homeowner. Will avoid Lennar if purchasing in the future.

Overall construction quality is ok, some attention to detail could improve. Warranty process has worked very well, each issue responded to in timely manner. Mariella has done a very good job responding and getting items taken care of through warranty process. Walk-through punch list issues have not been addressed well, it's a battle to get any attention on these issues, some stil not addressed 2 months after closing. That has been frustrating.

Make sure you fully understand the online process for your documents. It can be difficult if you are not computer literate. When Lennar says do not rely on verbal info that is an understatement. Verify everything you are told. Make sure you clarify everything on your walkthrough. Some Lennar people have been very helpful and others have not. On the positive side everyone has been friendly. We really like the Webbs Reserve development and our condo is great! There are a few minor suggestions I have for Lennar. Better lighting in the bathrooms and a couple of towel holders. Offer a reasonably priced reliable handyman service to help buyers complete after purchace decorative upgrades. ... More

It was great to work with Brian. The process was very smooth. Everyone with Lennar title were very helpful during the closing. Highly recommend.

After contract signing, communication with Lennar was non responsive. It would take numerous call, voicemails, and texts to get a response back. Plus we were promised regular updates from the Lennar throughout construction, which we never received. Lastly, you cannot believe what you are told during contract signing. We were told our house would not be starting construction for 8 months and it would not be ready for another 18 months. After signing, the house began construction less the 2 months later and was done a year early. During our recent trip to FL, we had not seriously considered buying a home at this time, however, we were interested in seeing what is available with the hope of purchasing possibly 2-3 years from now. We reached out to make an appointment with Lennar Builders in Babcock Ranch & Brianna answered our request promptly. We were very impressed with the quality of the homes & the features included without the need for upgrades. We toured other homes offered by builders other than Lennar within Babcock Ranch & outside of Babcock Ranch. In comparing the other homes available, we decided due to pricing of these quality homes which included all of the major appliances, upscale cabinets, quartz countertops, blinds & tile flooring, etc., now was the right time to buy. Make sure you get an inspection. Water leak in walls, they found mold in new home. The plumbing had water leak in wall. The need to slow down lots of short cuts Stone on front had to be redone, crack sink, cupboard Things not sealed. Patio door, foundation fill Lots of work orders. Slow down and do a quality job. Need to make sure supervisor follows up

Very cheap construction!!! Lied about getting approval for changes via ARC committee, Maira is worthless!!!! Closing seemed like there was no human contact, most things done on line. I would not buy or recommend a purchase with Lennar, again!!!!
