The quality of work was fair. The sales team was good.

Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

Lennar does build beautiful homes and condos and carriage houses to fulfill your desired comfort physically and financially. Their team of assistants ranging from the Realtors to construction and closing agents did an amazing job and they actually cared in helping and making sure everything progressed smoothly. I was very impressed by this overall experience and their communities are absolutely beautiful to enjoy for a lifetime.

Lennar not honoring there word on starting amenities.

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

Sales were great! Community Superintendent is very very good and attentive. However our punch list is very slow to get done. Part of that list is the pool company installing an old mainframe box while all other houses got the new ones. Handling the punch list with a purpose should be the priority.

I was told the Community Activities Center would be ready to open in late 2021 and would be like National, I now hear they may not be identical and the opening has now been moved to the 3rd quarter of 2022. That's a big miss

We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

Not real thrilled with the responsiveness of addressing issues that came up AFTER we closed. Still waiting on several items 6 weeks later…

How many calls you need to make to get a faucet fix in your NEW house? Mr CEO please answer.

More communication from realer and builder would be helpful

Finish work in the home was poor. Appliances damaged, drywall finish was terrible. Front door won’t close flush. House was very dirty soon arrival. Oil and paint on driveway, roof issues overall very disappointing.

Stay away if you are looking for quality

Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

All was very good except : The closing process was very disorganized they didn’t show up and many items were not completed. However after finally closing everything was rectified in a timely manner!!!

My biggest problem is with the shifting of closing costs to the buyer. As a real estate attorney in Illinois I am not used to everything being shifted to the buyer and so many "made up" costs like the builders' fee. Isn't the builders fee the price of the house?

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

Our customer service relationship manager has been outstanding. Everyone is responsive to our needs. As soon as we report an issue, they rectify it immediately. This is our second Lennar Home and would do it again. We love our home and the community.

Excited to be living in the Heritage Landing Community. It unfortunately took longer than anticipated as we waited 3 extra months to move into condo. I wish there was more communication from Lennar but we had to keep calling for any information which was frustrating. Once we closed on our home we did not receive any information on anything that came with home. There was no follow up on how we were doing or how they can help. I was very disappointed in their welcoming us to community of which there was none!! We had to go to sales office for keys and that was it! After settling in a bit there were a bunch of issues: dishwasher did not work, dryer vent was closed shut so dryer did not dry and a few other items. On a positive note the issues were handled very well. Warranty department contacted us almost immediately and issues have been taking care of quickly. ... More

LENNAR as a builder is a good value for the money

Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. Other issues include a four month construction delay and getting warranted items repaired in a reasonable time. Our pool skimmer was blocked with construction cement for a month before it was correctly cleared of the blockage. The pool timer panel was defective on install. The electrical panel was not replaced for three months. A defective drawer front took one month to be replaced. The homes are built well, but the maintenance is subpar. Before closing we went through the house with Wyatt. We had identified numerous items in need of repair. Upon moving in we noticed the blue tape marks were gone, but the repair was not completed. Most noticeable was the wall in the garage in need of a coat of paint. We are still waiting on a portion of the lanai cage to be tightened to prevent more turtles, frogs, snakes, bugs and geckos from entering caged area. Most of these issues could have been prevented if the inspector responsible for the final home Inspection of the property had thoroughly inspected the property and had paid more attention to detail. ... This is our second Lennar home and this experience was a nightmare. The salesman we had was the worst and I'm a Realtor and know what service is supposed to be. I love the community and the homes are lovely, but ours was not done and they did NOT have CO when we arrived. Lennar choose the closing date and we flew in to find a MESS. ow The warranty program works but our salesperson should be in the background, not working with the public. It's not just me that thinks that but our neighbors who also worked with him. KRISTAN is AWESOME though.....and the other guy in the office is great. I got tired of hearing "its not my job" or "Its my day off" OR "I don't know, I seldom get down that end of the road". We just wanted to know if the dock was in, if the kitchen was completed, were we closing on time........total unrepsonsive answers. Wyatt our construction manager was very good (he took over the mess from the guy that was fired). We like Wyatt a lot and he answered our questions and got the repairs done. MEL is AWESOME.....not our guy but very helpful. When I couldn't get an answer from our salesperson Phil, I would get the answer from Mel. We met him accidentally on site when we were there to view homes and I was able to contact him. THANK GOD! My husband had a heart attack the day after closing due to stress of the entire situation. ID LOVE TO SEND YOU THE PICTURES OF THE HOUSE AS WE ARRIVED TO CLOSE AND DO OUR WALK THROUGH. A picture speaks a thousand words. ... More
