Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. The guys seem to feel very stressed and pushed for production and there seems to be some missing quality care in that. We moved in and it wasn’t ready. I kept asking are we still closing end of May, is it done and was told yes and in fact it was not. We have been here since end of May and things still need done. They are getting down slowly. It would have saved a lot of headache for us, if it was done prior to move in. Fortunately, my husband works from home, so he can be here when people come to fix things. We paid almost a quarter of a million dollars for this brand new house and don’t feel we should be going thru this hastle.

Process prior to sale was great. Had settlement and house had numerous issues to be addressed. Clearly was not totally ready. Caused a delay for me to move in so items could be fixed. Have moved in and still have some open items. Promised amenities: pool and fitness area still not completed

Susan gets all the work done for us. She has been Great! Lennar constuction should have had all these issues done before we moved in. Been here 7 weeks and still getting problems resolved.

Production home with little to no attention to detail, By far the worst quality build in my 40 years and 8 new homes. Lennar is more interested in closing new homes than customer satisfaction. Beware of the closing process,

The quality of workmanship is a serious concern. Also the warranty work is not good either. I should have purchased from a better builder.

We really love the area that we are in. Sure we wish some of items of the community were different. The communication with the sales rep was ok. I never heard from him on the closing day or after. Not even a check in to make sure everything was good. The New Home Orientation seemed to be a pretty decent list before we closed on the house. It has been two and a half months since closing and we are still waiting on some of those items to be fixed.

Not built to the quality that they showcase in the model homes. The contractors that build for Lennar have no sense of ownership to maintain a quality product. So much money is wasted by senseless mistakes and timing of the building process.

Buying with Lennar Homes was a great experience. James was helpful the whole experience. And then Wyatt was very good walking me thru the walk thru for the closing. And Susan was very helpful in over seeing details that needed to be fixed after I moved in to my Villa! Lennar Homes is a great place to Live! Come see them today!

Not sure how this company can clear any letter of occupancy. The house is still incomplete. They FORCE you to close before the home is complete so they can hit their end of the quarter quota.

After a six month delay we are in. The excitement when we first signed contract was quickly diluted by the time we moved in. A lot of having to do things twice. Example, air conditioning vent was damaged yet they installed anyway. We pointed out Bathroom window installed crooked yet they continued to sheet rock and tile only to have to remove the tile and sheet rock to fix the window. We found busted roof tiles, our house had walls and trusses up. On both sides of our house lots were still dirt, yet those two houses were completed and sold before ours. Our construction manager was let go yet nobody told us so projected stood still for almost three weeks. The next construction manager made things happen. The home buying with Lennar was terrible!! Delay after delay with construction and the sales person trying to put a positive spin on poor management practices. Run away from Lennar builders!!!!! Tom

At times, the process seemed troublesome and concerning. This was mostly due to the difficult time we had communicating with our builder. Lennar could do more to better educate customers about the process to alleviate frustrations. I will say that the promises that Lennar made have been kept and they delivered a beautiful home. We were very fortunate to have a great salesman that helped with the communication concerns and offered very good advice when we were stressed. We also found the majority of Lennar construction managers very helpful and willing to offer advice. I do recommend Lennar and would advise anyone considering a new build to pack your patience and ask lots of questions during the process. Be sure to get a commitment from your salesman to be your advocate during the process or find a salesman that will. This is especially true if you are not located close enough to monitor progress. Very few hiccups but they were seen to on the spot so far. Staff great and very helpful.

My builder went above and beyond. Such a great experience. I am definitely going to recommend to everyone.

A handful of items were not complete at the time builder delivered the home, including the lanai being uninstalled. We brought up the issue a week before closing and nothing was done to address our concern. We were asked to close despite the home being incomplete at the time of delivery.

So far I have had no issues.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The craftsmanship and quality of work are subpar to say the least. External doors installed incorrectly, closet doors damaged or not even installed, bed and bath doors hung wrong. The drywall and paint were just slapped up with no attention to detail. Windows installed, but don't actually lock. The QC team marked things to be fixed, but they never were, nor was the house/floors cleaned prior to us closing. If we could give them 0 out of 5, we would.

Aside from Arthur R., our salesperson, who was wonderful to work with, the rest of the process of acquiring our veranda was not a pleasant experience. Shotty workmanship, rushing to get us closed when the condo was far from being ready, lack of communication, no followup with items needing attention, and more than anything, the mortgage process was so frustrating! even getting the closing paperwork by mail was a problem. Having been in real estate, buying and selling new homes as well as resale properties for more than 35 years, and helping folks with their mortgages, we must say that this transaction was not what we anticipated. Not real thrilled with the responsiveness of addressing issues that came up AFTER we closed. Still waiting on several items 6 weeks later…

As off today I haven’t gotten the respond to a damage tile. The unit was deliver dirty and with issues. Not happy at all horrible company

We were excited to move into our new home only to find several issues needing to be resolved. Although there has been response to issues there did not see to be a sense of urgency. It seemed to be more of a "we have more homes to build so we'll get to you". Recommend Lennar hire more help to oversee construction as it is happening and not subject homeowners to seek "after close" resolutions to issues that should have been corrected before closing. These are $500k plus properties and should be afforded better attention to detail.

My buying experience was horrible, from the moment I signed the contract and paid my down payment. My sales person did nothing to earn his fee. No one even met me at my home to hand me my keys. I was told they were in a drawer. When I arrived, the house was filthy; there was even a dishwasher in the great room. I have over 40 issues needing warranty work. The workmanship was deplorable. I am shocked that Lennar would let such a product carry its name. The mortgage company was also sub par. I couldn't get people to respond to me, and it took several attempts to get every issue resolved. The ONLY part of my buying experience that was of quality was the closing. My notary was excellent, and the closing was smooth (although, the title company had the incorrect closing date on several documents). Since my purchase, my warranty rep, Susan B., has been EXCELLENT. She is responsive, dependable, and takes pride in her work. ... More
