Terrible process. Rushed us into closing and had to postpone the closing 4 times because the house was not ready each time! Matter of fact.. even after postponing twice, we had our inspection done by an independent inspector and had over 140 items to be fixed/repaired or to be completed at that point! There were even trash and stuff everywhere in the house for the inspection! The layout of the house and the community plan attracted us there, but the construction experience was the worst we had in 40 years during which we built 3 other houses. Lennar needs to do what they agreed to do. Closed based on their word that things would be fixed right away. I bet two months post close and nothing is fixed

while we like the floorplan, the location of the development, and the view we have from our back lanai, the poor quality of construction, Lennar's slow response to issues and general poor attitude toward customers leaves a great deal to be desired. We cant in good conscious recommend Lennar, and sadly would suggest those looking, look elsewhere

Very Slow to Address Maintenance Issues .

During my final walk- through inspection, I noted several items that needed taken care of and informed the Lennar builder representative of these requests (kitchen cabinets missing shelves, sloppy sheetrock mud and exterior paint already starting to peeling to name a few.) After being assured that these items would be corrected, I proceeded to sign my closing documents. Lennar - Finnished home is nothing like the model homes, from staged lamps

Finnished home is nothing like the model homes, from staged lamps in living rooms with cords hidden under rugs were no outlets are provided, to trim tile in showers that isn’t put in actual homes. Overall quality is terrible, Door openings uneven, lights not centered, outlets in wrong places, internet wiring frayed in walls/connectors loose, appliances not correctly hooked up, light switches not working, yard with construction debris all over, landscaping a mess!

When evaluating purchase for Coach Home in Dec of 23 we were told completion would be in Q1 of 25. Contract stated that completion would be in Dec of 24. Actual completion was moved to Oct putting us under a financial strain to sell exit house in poor sales market of the summer and early fall months. We asked for help from Matt to move us to a later build in the schedule and that was met with cold indifference. HIs response was "you have to sell the house for loose your deposit." Buying a home from Lennar is like buying and RV. Once you buy it your salesperson drops you like a bad habit. Arthur our salesperson won't call or email you back and then when asked about he states he tried but I wouldn't return his call. which is a bold face lie. Chris the construction person was supposed to get back with me in a couple of day about an issue. It has been over two weeks. Service Dept Bailout

A 1500-unit development with no onsite sales manager. Sales department was not organized on what is going on with the development. Construction personal are drive by superintendents, that let the subcontractors do what they want without supervision or direction. Lennar's in field creed is to pass all mistakes onto the service department. Building wasn't finished during walk through or closing. Hats off to Maria Vasquaz of the service department to finish off the buildings and do it efficiently and make many homeowners happy.

7 Months delayed, no proper progress updates during this time, incomplete things, did not provide what they told\showed me. Very un-professional dis-organized procedure was not expected from Lennar. Still trying to get things done with no timely response.

Not sure how this company can clear any letter of occupancy. The house is still incomplete. They FORCE you to close before the home is complete so they can hit their end of the quarter quota.

House thrown together with the promise of....we will fix your issues within a year. We were really disappointed when we were forced to sign for closing. We were told sign or lose your 42,ooo. Cupboards all put together uneven, tile chipped, granite chipped, walls slapped together with oneven drywall, stucco missing on outside of house and more. We almost walked away. My husband has been fixing so much himself. All neighbors say that's how Lennar rolls. We bought this home because our friends said they bought one years ago and they were great....not anymore!!

We bought our house in end of August 2022, still some things are unfinished. Hard to reach general contractor, hard to reach association. We are really disappointed.

Paid cash. Money had to be paid prior to closing. Which was prior to walk through. On Walk through house had a ton of problems and issues and was not even completed. Never had a second walk through which in New York is unheard of to fix all the problems. Morning I closed not one issue on walk through list was addressed and the house still was not finished. Our salesperson was dishonest and unresponsive. He used high pressure tactics and forced us to close on an unfinished home (or lose our deposit). Workmanship for an executive home was abysmal. Follow up post sale was non existent with numerous unreturned calls. There has been a complete lack of coordination to get problems rectified. This company is all about moving units and quality is not even factored in.

Bad, start to finish...

To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The craftsmanship and quality of work are subpar to say the least. External doors installed incorrectly, closet doors damaged or not even installed, bed and bath doors hung wrong. The drywall and paint were just slapped up with no attention to detail. Windows installed, but don't actually lock. The QC team marked things to be fixed, but they never were, nor was the house/floors cleaned prior to us closing. If we could give them 0 out of 5, we would.
