This was my first experience purchasing a home with Lennar, and I was initially skeptical about coordinating everything remotely while based in Minnesota and buying a property in Florida. Nicole, the sales agent we worked with, was a thorough professional and made the process feel seamless from her end. Quite frankly, if not for Nicole, I would have withdrawn from the transaction altogether, as my experience with several other stakeholders in the process was subpar to poor. My experience with Lennar Mortgage, unfortunately, was the worst I have had in my last 15 years and across six mortgage transactions. The team lacked sufficient knowledge and was unable to answer many of my questions, which forced me to go back and forth between mortgage, contracts, and other entities to get basic clarity. If the mortgage team is responsible for providing quotes, pricing addendums, and final disclosures, they should be able to clearly and convincingly address customer questions, rather than simply stating, “this is the way it works.” The lack of clarity and ownership made the process unnecessarily painful. In addition, there were significant delays in receiving responses, often requiring multiple follow-ups. During inspection and at closing, several items were identified that needed to be addressed, and I had to follow up repeatedly to get them resolved. In fact, there are still open issues that remain outstanding. I have seen better fit and finish for certain. Overspray, runs in paint on nearly ever door, our banister stain is awful looking, one of our door thresholds had a 1/2" gap letting visible light through. Our pool cage doors both drag the block because you cant lower the sweep enough to seal as they are not level. And we have a massive issue with our pool cage gutter, requiring my complaints multiple times and now our fascia and flashing is visibly mangled and covered in excessive caulk creating an eyesore on our brand new home. For the sales side of the house, none of this applies. They conversely having nothing to do with these quality issues were top notch and we appreciate their attentiveness. ... More

So far I would have to say the house is ok - the workmanship and materials are definitely NOT the best whatsoever. When you move into a new construction you would think all the electrical would be working, perhaps there wouldn't be holes in the tilework in the bathroom shower area, or let's say the construction workers would have cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving all their crap in the garage or perhaps having better access to the people who can help with the issues would be novel... the frustration adds up quickly.

I purchased a Lennar home over the internet. I came how to look at it the day of the inspection. I found that the home was well represented and Lennar to be trustworthy. The process was quick and easy and we have had no problems with workmanship since moving in. The work on the amenities is going smoothly and as planned as far as I could tell.

Once we decided on the Almalfi, Ms Yockel provided info about the closing. Since we were paying cash, we needed a little extra time and Ms Yockel helped us set a closing date. A walk-thru with a construction expert occurred prior to close and any outstanding issues were resolved. We feel part of a community with families that we continue to meet!

Good experience. Nice home at a good price.

Plenty of short cuts, some of the workman ship pretty much money motivated, 3 max,for the price it's a decent deal, had to finish some of the issues by myself and not wait for the so called professional to respond, over all it wasn't as bad as someone else told me, good luck if you think it's nice in ready

So many choices of homes, found one with a great value whole Lennar team was wonderful from Mortgage Dept. (Kristin) to Sales rep. (Eric).

This has been the worst home purchase experience ever between the sales person telling you whatever you wanted to hear and lying about follow ups, along with misrepresentation of the property and what you can actually do and now an ongoing battle with the builder and the county regarding land rights And building issues. Do not ever buy from this builder!

Salesman was terrific. On site construction manager was terrific.

The Lennar Track document process is completely broken. I lost large amounts of my life with the IT Helpdesk trying to make it work. So much so that I memorized the tedious process required to allow me access. Multiple times I requested that no more documents be placed there and it was done anyway. Everyone is very nice but, they don’t listen. The excessive number of emails was inconceivable. There could easily have been a consolidation of these to less than half a dozen containing a number of tasks in one. Overall, Lennar’s processes make an otherwise straightforward series of tasks into a nightmare of bureaucracy. ... More

The home buying process was smooth. Nicole our loan officer was completely fantastic and communicated everything that was needed. Maranda at title was very helpful even after closing still helping us. Devin in construction worked on all items and Chad with warranty helped us as well. Thank you

Can’t get anything done always waiting

All was very good except : The closing process was very disorganized they didn’t show up and many items were not completed. However after finally closing everything was rectified in a timely manner!!!

The Lennar real estate agent I believe her name was Brittany told me information that was not correct, I’m still not getting the correct information for insurance, I am not getting any help for the repairs and things that are wrong, I was told my townhouse was $255,000 even though I showed them online it was offered for $250,000. I feel that I was ripped off $5000. Nobody seems to understand the insurance it’s supposed to be an HO6 but it’s not listed that way so I cannot get homeowners insurance..

We had a very good experience in our home purchase! Our salesperson, Tom Ferrigamo was awesome and still continues to be available after the purchase. The title company was very convenient and made the process stress free.

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we worked with. Purchased home, had the walk thru. Things were needing repairs before we moved in. Was told place would be cleaned and things fixed. 2 things still not done. A back screen door latch was damaged and repaired 2 times. I made the comment of replacing latch. Was not done. I have to pay with latch just to use it to exit lanai. One time I exited the lanai I had to go around to the house for to get in. The next item is I was told the place works be cleaned. It looked clean awe walked in. After cleaning floors myself the are staying on the tiles through out the condo. I still want that looked at.
