Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

I worked in the new home construction business all my adult life. I understand the levels of materials and service. Lennar does have the stuff together.

The sales person, Joseph, was so uninformed, deceptive and unreliable, I will never buy another Lennar property

Poor build quality, lack of communication and Lennar attempted to bait and switch a few items that where in the sample model.

I was disappointed with a few items that were not repaired or replaced prior to closing and it took too long after a warranty claim was submitted. Still waiting on 3 replacement doors.

Do not purchase a home in Babcock National due to the poor quality of materials and workmanship. Warranty work is very hard to get done once you have closed

Everyone involved in the process was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

You have to watch all the time about the building of their house. I was living just right around the corner from my house being built and it was very frustating

Should finish projects before closing!

You use by far the cheapest products from appliances to folding doors Worst of all is the exhaust vents on the roof. When the wind blows the flapper inside bangs and bangs. I’ve looked at a sample vent and it is cheap cheap cheap With no real fix Mgmt tells me to but my own and install it Wow I won’t recommend your product in the future

Entire process from purchase to final walk through & closing was well organized. We received what was promised, quality & value of our home is great.

Sales people were friendly. Pool issues took over a month after closing to resolve. Clubhouse and amenities were to be built by summer of 2021. They have yet to break ground. Response to punch list issues has been prompt. Typical production builder.

The process from beginning to 1 year after purchase is seamless! The smart Home pieces are awesome. We love our new home!

Better communication would go a long way in making satisfied customers. Our closing was delayed over 2 months with absolutely no communication from Lennar as to reason. House was still not ready / completed at walk through.

i'd like other home buyers to Lennar does not keep to their word. There is still no amenities and we have been told for almost a year they were about to start and now at the beginning of 2022, we still have no amenities.

Lennar rushed to close us despite not everything being finished. Last minute work was done and rushed to meet the Lennar business quarter close.

Erik was relaying all the required information. Will Moran at Lennar Eagle mortgage was excellent to work with again.

Lennar does build beautiful homes and condos and carriage houses to fulfill your desired comfort physically and financially. Their team of assistants ranging from the Realtors to construction and closing agents did an amazing job and they actually cared in helping and making sure everything progressed smoothly. I was very impressed by this overall experience and their communities are absolutely beautiful to enjoy for a lifetime.

Stay away if you are looking for quality

Pleased with initial buying process during construction. Frustrated with short notice to close (required to close prior to opportunity to view finished product). Final clean up and finishing touch-ups to complex seem to be ignored.
