No home is going to be without some craftsmanship issues after completing. We have been pleased with builder attention and response, and correction of same.

I was told the Community Activities Center would be ready to open in late 2021 and would be like National, I now hear they may not be identical and the opening has now been moved to the 3rd quarter of 2022. That's a big miss

Overall experience was great. This is a production home builder so do not expect the finished product to be perfect or at the level of a custom builder. That being said Lennar was great to work with and I would recommend them. Experience exceeded our expectations.

Lennar produced a quality product, in the timeframe they presented. They have been responsive through every step of the process. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another Lennar home in the future.

The home build was a long process during COVID and supply constraints. Our projected move in date was moved a few times due to issues with supplies and construction issues. Our sales rep Terrence was fantastic and once they got us our second contruction Project Manager things started to fall into place. We continue to work on issues to be fixed from our move in but Lennar has been really great to work with and responsive to our needs.

The first we moved in, the outlets in master’s bath did not work. The dishwasher did not work. I was told that we will get a new one, but we did not. The painting is below standard. Personally, I feel the windows in master bedroom is too small.

Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. Other issues include a four month construction delay and getting warranted items repaired in a reasonable time. Our pool skimmer was blocked with construction cement for a month before it was correctly cleared of the blockage. The pool timer panel was defective on install. The electrical panel was not replaced for three months. A defective drawer front took one month to be replaced. The homes are built well, but the maintenance is subpar. Before closing we went through the house with Wyatt. We had identified numerous items in need of repair. Upon moving in we noticed the blue tape marks were gone, but the repair was not completed. Most noticeable was the wall in the garage in need of a coat of paint. We are still waiting on a portion of the lanai cage to be tightened to prevent more turtles, frogs, snakes, bugs and geckos from entering caged area. Most of these issues could have been prevented if the inspector responsible for the final home Inspection of the property had thoroughly inspected the property and had paid more attention to detail. ... Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

We closed in march and still don't have punch list completed. We are in process of having a GC provide a quote and seek legal counsel to proceed.

Arthur Brown was us a great Salesman and immediately responded to any concerns.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Sales guy who originally sold us the home- fantastic! Everything else from there- terrible. Lennar lending is terrible I would not recommend them to my pets! Lots of shady backdoor stuff going on with them. The build of the house is ok, lots of little things they don't do which are basic things in my opinion- sealing granite and floors, just to name a few. Once home is purchased and need ur repairs done- ha! Good luck with that. Our building manager was NEVER anywhere to be found. Took 3 months to complete punch list... which by the way was supposed to be done BEFORE closing. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't look into a Lennar sorry. ... More

I purchased Lennar’s most prestigious home available in Babcock National. I got the same refrigerator and countertops that are in the condos that cost 1/3 of what my home cost. My upgraded cabinets have to be replaced because of a manufacturing defect. Quality of workmanship is extremely low because the contractors have to rush through every home. Think twice before buying from Lennar.

From our first visit to Babcock Ranch we were pleased with our Sales Consultant who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had decided on the Sylvester as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 3 Bath and no stairs. Going forward during building process our sales consultant was in touch with updates on the progress. When it was time for our walk thru we were very satisfied with the construction manager and felt he did a great job explaining everything about our new home. Both of these gentlemen were we believe why our experience was so good. Lastly the gentleman who came out after we had been in our home for a couple of months was again very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the warranties and answering all our questions. We realize that nothing is ever perfect, but when you have people such as who we were lucky enough to work with it makes moving to a new home and new place and state enjoyable. We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

Matt was excellent he walked us through the entire process and kept us informed along the way

Too many repairs or replacements, work was done poorly during building of house.

Working with Lennar mortgage was a nightmare, they continued to ask for the same information continuously from the time we applied until we actually closed, which was more than two weejks
