The entire process with Lennar was very poor. Minimal communication and unresponsive. The best part of the process was communication and follow through with Lennar Mortgage, Ali was outstanding!

Mixed experience on purchase of condo.

Sales/Purchase contract was very long (60 some pages). The sales rep expected our signature in a day or two. It was unrealistic to review the contract and many condo docs so promptly. Construction manage Devin was very responsive and summoned trade resources the same day as the walkthru.

Overall, the experience with Lennar went smooth and as advertised. Quality is average. Not much attention to details and craftsmanship. All items are "contractor grade" at best. Meaning better than junk, but no better than average. Think "value" line in whatever came with the unit. But, I did know this going in.

After a brief miscommunication regarding available units, the rest of the buying experience went very well. Our salesman Arthur and project manager Grant were very responsive to all of our concerns and warranty claims. The home is an unbelievable bargain compared to what can be purchases in the Northeast.

My house has no shutters on small windows like other houses that are the same model. I was told because my house has a right facing garage I didn’t get them. Houses on my block have them even though their garage faces right. Then I was told it was because of the altitude of my house was why I didn’t get them. Which is it? The outside agents I used were excellent! However my experience with Lennar wasn’t satisfactory! The day I was to move in was a nightmare! The elevator wasn’t working and my condo is on the 4th floor. In fact, the elevator wasn’t working and down for the next 3 days.. I lost money because the movers had to reschedule. If a part was missing, why was it not sent overnight courier? Nobody really seemed concerned. The management company especially didn’t seem to care whatsoever. I regret purchasing a home built by Lennar. From the start, the quality of work has been subpar—sloppy finishes, poorly installed fixtures, and noticeable shortcuts in construction. It’s clear that attention to detail was not a priority. Trying to get repairs done has been a nightmare. I’ve contacted their team multiple times, and either get no response or I’m passed from one person to another with no resolution. Misleading

The model being used was the same floorplan, but 180 square feet larger, so visually misleading. Changes were made to the floorplan on the website without notifying buyers. Lennar decided on a massive price reduction several months after we signed the purchase contract, so most neighbors paid substantially less than we did. We were unaware of the price reduction prior to closing in February.

Extremely disappoinred in the home rep assigned to me as well as the hoa management company. They are inattentive to home owners needs and basically useless. The project manager, Joe Cantore is wonderful and truly the only positive person I have met there. He is on a class above all others and should be commended for his fine work.

When my unit was being built, I saw waste everywhere. When the people were working there and they left, they left all the doors open the air conditioners running, and the raccoons were defecating all over the floors in my unit. That is very unacceptable.
