The home build was a long process during COVID and supply constraints. Our projected move in date was moved a few times due to issues with supplies and construction issues. Our sales rep Terrence was fantastic and once they got us our second contruction Project Manager things started to fall into place. We continue to work on issues to be fixed from our move in but Lennar has been really great to work with and responsive to our needs.

I love my new home, the little things that have gone wrong have been corrected quickly.

From our first visit to Babcock Ranch we were pleased with our Sales Consultant who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had decided on the Sylvester as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 3 Bath and no stairs. Going forward during building process our sales consultant was in touch with updates on the progress. When it was time for our walk thru we were very satisfied with the construction manager and felt he did a great job explaining everything about our new home. Both of these gentlemen were we believe why our experience was so good. Lastly the gentleman who came out after we had been in our home for a couple of months was again very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the warranties and answering all our questions. We realize that nothing is ever perfect, but when you have people such as who we were lucky enough to work with it makes moving to a new home and new place and state enjoyable. We were made to feel part of the Lennar family right away and they continue to address our questions and any issues. We have been so pleased we are referring family!

We were very pleased with our sales person who answered our questions very quickly. We were unable to come for a walk thru so it was virtual and we saw and had explained everything as if we were there. When we arrived 3 months later we received a refresher course. We needed no repairs or touch ups. We are very pleased.

I purchased a Lennar home over the internet. I came how to look at it the day of the inspection. I found that the home was well represented and Lennar to be trustworthy. The process was quick and easy and we have had no problems with workmanship since moving in. The work on the amenities is going smoothly and as planned as far as I could tell.

Kristen helped us move quickly to purchase our home. Most of our experience was positive.

Once we decided on the Almalfi, Ms Yockel provided info about the closing. Since we were paying cash, we needed a little extra time and Ms Yockel helped us set a closing date. A walk-thru with a construction expert occurred prior to close and any outstanding issues were resolved. We feel part of a community with families that we continue to meet!

We are more than happy with our new home. The entire community has so many amenities. Webb Reserve is the Perfect place to live. Thank you Lennar.

We had a very good experience in our home purchase! Our salesperson, Tom Ferrigamo was awesome and still continues to be available after the purchase. The title company was very convenient and made the process stress free.

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we worked with.
