No communication after sale. Was told items from punch list would be finished in one week still waiting on most. We are seasonal and have not been informed on many of these items. When we did look, they said they were complete and they weren’t.

We love our home and will ultimately make it ours. However, Lennar could add a few things that would make the buying experience better. For instance, towel bars in the bathrooms, cabinets in the laundry room and pull-out drawers in the kitchen would give the buyer a much better experience by meeting their basic needs. It would elevate Lennar's reputation as a builder. Otherwise, they have been great to work with.

Lennar was only interested in making the quarterly numbers NOT the satisfaction of the buyer. We had a terrible closing experience. We did not get thngs completed in a timely fashion and were pushed the entire time to "just close". I will NOT ever buy another home from Lennar!!!

Overall we are satisfied with our purchase but there have been some hiccups. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes so this is not a new experience for us. This has been one of the rougher experiences we’ve had with a builder. Pros: -Price: you do get a lot of house for the money. This is our first home here in SWFL and Lennar stood out as the builder who offered the most bang for the buck. There are a few things with our home that we do not like since we have lived in it for over two months now and that is the windows are complete garbage. Glass has bubbles in it and the panes are as thin or possibly thinner than a photo frame from a store. You would think a home in a coastal community would be required to have impact glass and better-quality windows but here we sit. It has been one headache after the next. I THOUGHT owning a new home would be a dream and maybe because we have never have owned a new home our expectations were set to High. Everything from broken door locks, marred closet doors, scratches on most of the windows, and a kitchen range that doesn't work. We do have a wonderful associate we deal with and she is wonderful. Keeps us informed and very knowledgeable on how to get things done. That being said the house shouldn't have been given to us in this condition.

Very deceiving sales tactics by our agent. Steered us away from the property we wanted by telling us there would be a bidding war for it. No bidding war happened as property is marked down now. Just would have liked to purchase what we wanted as we were first to buy.

The experience was unacceptable from the start. We were misinformed about multiple important issues by the salesperson. The homeowner orientation was a joke. Noting was explained to us . When we asked about operating the pool we were told I don’t know I’m not a pool guy. We were given no information about how r trash was handled. Essentially nothing was explained to us.

After the contract is signed and the first deposit is made Lennar's customer relations is poor. Every question was basically answered with the same response, "You signed the contract and there are absolutely no changes allowed by Lennar." For over 1 month I visited the construction site weekly and little of nothing was done. Materials sat in the home and yard but little work was accomplished. The experience in buying was easy. The construction manager assigned to show us our home and go over systems should have stayed home that day. It was non existent. Nothing they told us was completed until we had others involved. The care team is terrific. They respond immediately to any needs.

House wasn’t ready for the walkthrough. Quality of the workmanship was not what I expected out of Lennar and with the price of the home. With a lot of community things got resolved. After the closing the whole process of getting house keys, mailbox keys, gate pass and getting everything changed into our names and learning all the process and multiple sites has been stressful. I feel things could be streamlined so the whole process is not so stressful with closing and moving.

We love Webbs Reserve. Closing did not go smoothly and the lack of communication from Lennar was disappointing. They have been responsive to requests for service since we closed. Make sure to go through the fine details of the contract to look for additional “hidden” charges.

I was unable to close on the home I originally had built due to the home not being completed on time and several building issues including but not limited to water damage in every room and a large crack in the foundation that extended across the garage floor. I had to closed on a different home which I am now finding issues with.

The purchase experience itself was good (sales and title), but the overall experience was marred by many poor quality control issues on the finishes. Some examples include: - Cracked grout in both bathrooms, chipped countertops, cabinet handles that aren’t aligned properly, appliances not leveled, poor interior paint job, unlevel floor tiles, etc. We gave them a two-page punch list prior to closing and now it’s two months later and only about 4 of the 20 items have been fixed. Lennar profits depend on mass production of homes. Improvement can be made by staffing the on site construction mgr. positions. This will ensure a higher quality product (home) with less issues that homeowners request to fix in the first year. Labor contractors standards of quality are much lower than what the Lennar executives expect.
