Despite hurricane Ian and the delays it caused, the quality of the new home is really solid. I’d recommend Lennar to all my friends.

Joe C was incredibly responsive and professional. He took every concern seriously and kept us informed of all progress, or lack thereof. Our home is all we hoped it would be. That being said, it took way to long for the cabinet folks to fix a smashed cabinet. We are still waiting for the window people to fix two windows, and poorly operating sliding doors.

Our experience with Lennar home builders was excellent. Our salesman Nate has gone over and above expectations with keeping us informed of the process, sending us progress pictures throughout the building process, and even though we've closed on the home, continues to help us get settled in to our new home. We love the Venice model home we bought, and even though there are a few minor issues to resolve yet, the warranty department (Matthew) has been excellent - he jumped into action immediately when our thermostat / A.C. quit working (our own fault lol) to get a service tech out to the house within 6 hours! Even the other sales people (Christine) working in the office at Biscayne Landing have been so very helpful to us, getting our gate sensors and answering questions! Closing process is amazingly easy. 4 stars on value only because of the bidding process. Lennar tries to suck every last penny out of the buyer. They know know what a fair profit margin, to remain profitable is and should price their homes accordingly… With that being said the staff from sales to construction are amazing

Everything went as planned and i was happy with the total experience. While a home can't be perfect all of the Lennar team did their best. Overall was a good experience. This is my 6th Lennar home in SW Fl.

After a brief miscommunication regarding available units, the rest of the buying experience went very well. Our salesman Arthur and project manager Grant were very responsive to all of our concerns and warranty claims. The home is an unbelievable bargain compared to what can be purchases in the Northeast.

Be sure the models you go into are the same "generation" as you are buying.. Room sizes and fixtures may vary. Just be aware.

This is our first home here in SWFL and Lennar stood out as the builder who offered the most bang for the buck. There are a few things with our home that we do not like since we have lived in it for over two months now and that is the windows are complete garbage. Glass has bubbles in it and the panes are as thin or possibly thinner than a photo frame from a store. You would think a home in a coastal community would be required to have impact glass and better-quality windows but here we sit. I am pretty sure these windows will be destroyed even with the hurricane shutters up. Our electrician must have been having a bad day also because we have switches for our ceiling fan rough ins that do not work and basically control nothing. We have numerous plugs and switches that do not work or do not control anything. I am working on a warranty ticket as we speak so as long as we get that all squared away, then we will be better off. All and all the home is great. Our construction team was really detail oriented and overall (other than the windows) the home seems pretty solid. Future buyers: ask to upgrade the windows and keep an eye on the electrical work... ... More

On site sales - Ben - consistently followed up to win the business. Lennar offers a complete package, soup to nuts, of home buying. Highly recommend.

The experience in buying was easy. The construction manager assigned to show us our home and go over systems should have stayed home that day. It was non existent. Nothing they told us was completed until we had others involved. The care team is terrific. They respond immediately to any needs.

Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

We have bought and sold multiple homes and this has been the best experience. From the sales office to titling and documentation, to closing and after sales service. The minor issues we had after move in were fixed very quickly with excellent communication. We love our new home.
