The concierge in charge of our home was fabulous. The selling agent was bad and unresponsive. He never returned phone calls, emails or texts. The overall set up of all the different HOA is needlessly complex and never explained eell. The quality of the plug points throughout the house is low. There were several large dry wall holes that were not fixed prior to the final walk through. Roof tiles were missing but the house was deemed all done and it was difficult to get the construction manager to check it and make sure it was done. Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

This breaks my heart to even right because we have dreamed of moving to Babcock for years, but what was supposed to be one of the most exciting times in our lives quickly became a nightmare. Despite promises and numerous requests, only a few photos were taken during construction. The final inspection was a disaster. The sales person was not present at the final inspection, nor was the construction supervisor (we were informed he had several inspections that were scheduled for the same date/time). This truly hasn’t been a wonderful experience. Thank goodness we got a home inspection. We highly recommend that anyone interest in buying a Lennar home do the same. Thank goodness for Susan, she has been a very helpful through this ordeal.

I have had to live in a construction zone from day one. Could not even get to the elevator as workers were blocking the walkway on my floor cutting materials, carpet, etc. My very cheap dishwasher did not work and was not taken care of for 7 days. Poor quality work.all of the the bi-fold doors (6) looked like they were scraped through gravel at the bottom. The solution was to paint them, still frayed at bottom. I would highly recommend personally monitoring the entire build process. If you personally can not then get a trust worthy buyer agent that has sold homes in a Lennar community in the past. Lennar sales reps are only focused on net new sales after P&S is signed (selling is their main job). They do not have the bandwidth to support your home build. That said, great properties, great homes, great value compared to other builders. Just pay attention and ask questions, trust but verify everything. Get to know your construction manager. They run the show as best as they can. Good luck.

Mediocre workmanship, fast finish to meet their deadline, which meant even more corners were cut. Painting over light switches, bad wood stain on the railings. Overall pretty cheap looking. Plus the closing experience with Lennar Mortgage was a disaster. I would not buy another Lennar home.

Terrible process. Rushed us into closing and had to postpone the closing 4 times because the house was not ready each time! Matter of fact.. even after postponing twice, we had our inspection done by an independent inspector and had over 140 items to be fixed/repaired or to be completed at that point! There were even trash and stuff everywhere in the house for the inspection! The only real issue I had was that I didn't want to use their pool vendor because of previous experience I had with then at Babcock National, I kept reminding them of that I was going to use my own pool contractor but they still put 3 large trees in the area for my Lanai and did did landscaping where pool would be built. I now have to move all that landscaping when they could have done the landscaping for a pool installation which they have.
