When we first arrived at our vacation home the Lennar team was very responsive to resolving any immediate issues. We still have issues pending that they tell us are in the works. We trust that when we return many of these issues will be resolved. So far we have been extremely happy with the process, It is a breath of fresh air to purchase a new home that when you move in all the landscaping and appliances are already in place.

There were some minor issues at closing, no Wi-Fi for 10 days and we still don't have any handles on any of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, the guest bathroom does not have and drawers on the vanity sink cabinet. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we are happy with our purchase of a Lennar Condo.

Lennar dedicated team has been responsive to any issues, and are quick to support them. Lennar salespeople are very nice, approachable, and very helpful.

Closing process is amazingly easy. 4 stars on value only because of the bidding process. Lennar tries to suck every last penny out of the buyer. They know know what a fair profit margin, to remain profitable is and should price their homes accordingly… With that being said the staff from sales to construction are amazing

Condo has been everything as expected!

Sales associate was great! Overall, the experience has been positive. I am disappointed in the cheap model dishwasher. The other appliances are quality. The warranty service has been very responsive.

Tony was very helpful throughout our buying process. He was always quick to answer any of our questions.

My only complaint has to do with the way HOA fees are collected. The homeowner should only have to pay one fee, Lennar can then take the total amount paid and distribute it to the different, golf membership, grounds maintenance etc. I don’t like having to pay four different fees, it’s a pain.

KD was always available to answer questions via phone call, email and text. My wife and I have invested in three homes in the past few years and this has clearly the best experience we've had!

Our construction manager for trails edge in Babcock ranch was awesome . His name is Cannon and her was super responsive and followed up quickly on all of our issues. He should be used as a role model to all other managers under Lennar,s leadership. We heard so many horror stories from other buyers. But during our closing process Cannon, Joseph- salesman and Dana - Home loan manager also made us feel at ease. Thank You

Everything went as planned and i was happy with the total experience. While a home can't be perfect all of the Lennar team did their best. Overall was a good experience. This is my 6th Lennar home in SW Fl.

Overall experience was great. This is a production home builder so do not expect the finished product to be perfect or at the level of a custom builder. That being said Lennar was great to work with and I would recommend them. Experience exceeded our expectations.

Working with Lennar mortgage was a nightmare, they continued to ask for the same information continuously from the time we applied until we actually closed, which was more than two weejks
