Second time home builder, first with Lennar. We knew we were going to be limited with the ‘upgrades’ with our new Lennar home, so we presumed it would help simplify and enhance the quality of the build all that goes with it. Unfortunately that was not the case, Inspection processes and procedures were not good. I mentioned we’ve build a home before, however with our build with Lennar, I was repeatedly told that issues identified on the “punch-lists” were being addressed… only to find out they were not! Lennar needs to do what they agreed to do. Closed based on their word that things would be fixed right away. I bet two months post close and nothing is fixed

Sales process was most disapointing

When evaluating purchase for Coach Home in Dec of 23 we were told completion would be in Q1 of 25. Contract stated that completion would be in Dec of 24. Actual completion was moved to Oct putting us under a financial strain to sell exit house in poor sales market of the summer and early fall months. We asked for help from Matt to move us to a later build in the schedule and that was met with cold indifference. HIs response was "you have to sell the house for loose your deposit." Financing options with Lennar were quite suspect. Offer of reduced closing costs were tied to using Lennar ...

We hadn’t bought a new home in awhile and just stopped by to check it out, but the area, price and design were too good to pass up. Lennar is there with you every step before and after the sale- in person, email or phone! Lennar really wants to make sure you are happy!

Overall bang for buck not bad, but you need to know what you are buying. Quality of trades, materials and craftsmanship is not good. Construction management is non existent.

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

Issues with the condo as soon as I moved in. Whoever does the final walk through missed numerous obvious issues. They use very low grade contractor grade doors and counter tops. The sheetrock and paint work was very poor. Issue with bathroom vent spent the first month trying to get that fixed. The Hvac company not very knowledgeable at there job. Oscar air

We have bought and sold multiple homes and this has been the best experience. From the sales office to titling and documentation, to closing and after sales service. The minor issues we had after move in were fixed very quickly with excellent communication. We love our new home.

Terrible is all I can say. Being lied to is another reason not to buy a new home from Lennar.

Our home was completed on time. It had only a few items on the punch list, most of them were taken care of prior to closing. The rest were added to our warranty list. This list was made up of items we identified, mostly cosmetic, and were addressed and resolved quickly.

I have to say that I had a very wonderful experience with my sales person, Matt when I decided to look for a second home. He was very knowledgeable and easily reached when ever I had and questions or needed assistance with my purchase. The walk thru process was wonderful and Danny was able to assist us with information about all aspects of our unit. The only issue I felt needed to be improved upon was the closing. I think that if anyone like myself who is not computer savvy would be a little unsettled with this process of Doc U sign.

The Condo kitchen vent is not taking cooking smoks out, this is an big issue for Asian families, I have been trying to point this issue from the very begining when I started this purchase deal. The Condo management - Tropical Asles' person who is responsible for Condo structural changes is very non responsive to my request, if I don't get its approval to install a vent to take cooking smoke out, I might consider selling it as this condo is not suitable for Asian cooking style. Secondly, there is a negative side by not installing a fresh air intake in the condo which makes indoor air quality ...

Very unsettling not getting towel bar in the bathrooms. Thermostat was not compatible with WiFi when we were told many times it was we had to dog it with the Ac company to get it resolved ( had to change thermostat)?Chris did help us reimbursed. The soil has many rocks and construction materials in the soil. No light in the pantry. No support with smart appliances, door and ring setups. The dinning room light outlet box was not center to the room we had to pay to have it corrected. All and all it was a frustrating experience.

while we like the floorplan, the location of the development, and the view we have from our back lanai, the poor quality of construction, Lennar's slow response to issues and general poor attitude toward customers leaves a great deal to be desired. We cant in good conscious recommend Lennar, and sadly would suggest those looking, look elsewhere
