Eric my realtor was awesome and helpful, Nathan was awesome but has since left Nick has been helpful so far i did fill out a repair order but Lennar has asked for a virtual review and we are only there intermittently and couldnt set up a time so i will have to set up again but need Nick to come and meet my contact.

home completed on time not many issues so far.hopefully pool and other amenities will be completed soon

Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

We love our neighborhood and those that live near us. It's quiet and quite lovely.

Love the condo. Lennar should notify buyers they took away the crown molding, the shower bars, less ceiling lights. Communication on cut backs should be communicated.

Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. The guys seem to feel very stressed and pushed for production and there seems to be some missing quality care in that. We were excited to move into our new home only to find several issues needing to be resolved. Although there has been response to issues there did not see to be a sense of urgency. It seemed to be more of a "we have more homes to build so we'll get to you". Recommend Lennar hire more help to oversee construction as it is happening and not subject homeowners to seek "after close" resolutions to issues that should have been corrected before closing. These are $500k plus properties and should be afforded better attention to detail.

Title people were amazing

House was not totally complete for closing. It has been two months and we are still trying to get uncomplete items taken care of. These are not warranty issues these are items that were not completed during construction.

Overall good experience …..there are parts I would most certainly change and now that I moved in I am getting more information then was shared with me. Still waiting for repairs to be made

Lennar does build beautiful homes and condos and carriage houses to fulfill your desired comfort physically and financially. Their team of assistants ranging from the Realtors to construction and closing agents did an amazing job and they actually cared in helping and making sure everything progressed smoothly. I was very impressed by this overall experience and their communities are absolutely beautiful to enjoy for a lifetime.

We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

We love our new home & it is great for the price oaid; however, we had lots of issues due to poor workmanship by subcontractors & everything being so rushed. We were also lied to about a few issues. Make sure anything promises that is important to you (green space behind home, etc.) is in writing, not just shown to you on a map.

The concierge in charge of our home was fabulous. The selling agent was bad and unresponsive. He never returned phone calls, emails or texts. The overall set up of all the different HOA is needlessly complex and never explained eell. The quality of the plug points throughout the house is low. There were several large dry wall holes that were not fixed prior to the final walk through. Roof tiles were missing but the house was deemed all done and it was difficult to get the construction manager to check it and make sure it was done. The refrigerator water line was not connected. Sales process, mortgage process, and closing timeline were all a good experience. Final delivery of home was rushed, and several loose ends. Probably needed another 2 weeks to fix the final details in the home before walk thru and closing. Took me approximately 1 month to work thru all the fixes required and still fine tuning the details that were left incomplete or needed attention. Final end result will be very nice. Ticketing system and warranty on the work are very good.

We felt a lot of pressure to close our home even though it wasn't ready. We should have been able to wait to inspect the home then have another week before closing for items to be repaired. We were promised items on our punch list would be completed prior to our arrival a month after closing but they were not done.

Nothing to say that is real positive.

Shawn with Lennar Backbock Ranch was terrific. We did feel a b it pressured to close when there were numerous items in the home that were not comnplete. 6 weeks later we are still trying to get this done.

The quality of work was fair. The sales team was good.

not completely happy with the house cheap cabinets noisy appliance all construction work done fast to get it done with very little regard to building a mid price home

Lennar not honoring there word on starting amenities.

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Sales were great! Community Superintendent is very very good and attentive. However our punch list is very slow to get done. Part of that list is the pool company installing an old mainframe box while all other houses got the new ones. Handling the punch list with a purpose should be the priority.
