Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Sales were great! Community Superintendent is very very good and attentive. However our punch list is very slow to get done. Part of that list is the pool company installing an old mainframe box while all other houses got the new ones. Handling the punch list with a purpose should be the priority.

I was told the Community Activities Center would be ready to open in late 2021 and would be like National, I now hear they may not be identical and the opening has now been moved to the 3rd quarter of 2022. That's a big miss

The overall experience went well but BEWARE when doing your pre close walk through. You will be promised that your list of things will all be taken care of. Well, eight weeks AFTER our walk through we still have numerous issues that have not been addressed (a few that are pretty major). You must stay on top of the complaint department but they are terrible at following up with you and keeping you updated. Very frustrating.

The overall “buying experience” was quick and easy, but the problems began as we neared our closing date. We purchased our home remotely, so we did not have the luxury of being on-site during the construction process. As the closing date neared, we soon realized the finish quality was extremely poor (after flying down for our walk-thru). It was clear the trim was installed before the tile floors, so it left 1/4” gaps in some places. The mitre cuts looked as if they were made by a “do-it-yourselfer”. And everything was resolved “the Lennar way” with tubes and tubes of white caulking. The ...

Cannot opt out of very cheap appliances. Had to get rid of appliances before installing up graded appliances. Can’t make any changes, not even to add an electrical outlet.

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

Disappointed after traveling all night from out of state Supposedly the house was move in ready. When we arrived at 430 AM …..the house we walked into was filthy! Slept in the garage… in the car. Brought it to the project manager’s attention and he had a cleaning crew come in that morning.

Lennar has been great to work with so far. Dana has been awesome supporting our punchiest issues. GC has not been back to finish punch list issues after several calls and text. Dana is working on it. Kitchen countertop has pits and Cloudy spots that will not come out. I know several owners have replaced counter and carpet already. Lennar needs to look into supplier and quality going into condos.

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.
