Finish work in the home was poor. Appliances damaged, drywall finish was terrible. Front door won’t close flush. House was very dirty soon arrival. Oil and paint on driveway, roof issues overall very disappointing.

Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

Our customer service relationship manager has been outstanding. Everyone is responsive to our needs. As soon as we report an issue, they rectify it immediately. This is our second Lennar Home and would do it again. We love our home and the community.

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

Excited to be living in the Heritage Landing Community. It unfortunately took longer than anticipated as we waited 3 extra months to move into condo. I wish there was more communication from Lennar but we had to keep calling for any information which was frustrating. Once we closed on our home we did not receive any information on anything that came with home. There was no follow up on how we were doing or how they can help. I was very disappointed in their welcoming us to community of which there was none!! We had to go to sales office for keys and that was it! After settling in a bit ...

Home Completion and Warrantee Repair Delays
- Lori F.

Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. Other issues include a four month construction delay and getting warranted items repaired in a reasonable time. Our pool skimmer was blocked with construction cement for a month before it was ...

The conodition of our home on move in day was TERRIBLE....no sod, dirt everywhere, microwave with spilled food, damaged hurricane slider..... A MESS

This is our second Lennar home and this experience was a nightmare. The salesman we had was the worst and I'm a Realtor and know what service is supposed to be. I love the community and the homes are lovely, but ours was not done and they did NOT have CO when we arrived. Lennar choose the closing date and we flew in to find a MESS. ow The warranty program works but our salesperson should be in the background, not working with the public. It's not just me that thinks that but our neighbors who also worked with him. KRISTAN is AWESOME though.....and the other guy in the office is great. ...

Issues with the condo as soon as I moved in. Whoever does the final walk through missed numerous obvious issues. They use very low grade contractor grade doors and counter tops. The sheetrock and paint work was very poor. Issue with bathroom vent spent the first month trying to get that fixed. The Hvac company not very knowledgeable at there job. Oscar air

The quality is okay. It’s what you expect from a large national builder. If they didn’t rush and paid attention to the construction up front, they could reduce or eliminate their warranty costs. There have been a lot of warranty work on our unit.

We purchased for our elderly parents so they could be close to a pool and work out area. From what i understand, the pool area will never be complete. How could you sell these condos to people expecting a life style they cannot live. Especially the elderly. The ring had to be replaced and now we find the back door does not lock so they leave it open. i am sure this will not get published.

While we are mostly happy with the finished product, our buying experience has, at times, been a struggle. The estimated closing date was off by almost 4 months. Fortunately we were not selling a house, so this was only a disappointment. We have learned that others that did sell had to scramble for temporary housing. In addition, a number of basic items (mirrors, shower enclosures, vanity lighting, closet shelving, etc) was not installed / fully completed on our settlement date. We waited multiple weeks to have these things addressed. And lastly, our building does not yet have rain ...

Our sales rep Tony was awesome to deal with. Even though the closing date kept getting pushed out our sales rep kept us up to date and we totally understood the delays due to COVID related impacts of materials and labor. We were super excited to get our new condo to enjoy with our family for vacation purposes. The community had every amenity we wanted ; gated, golf course, fitness center, various pools. However, the closing left a bad taste in our mouth about Lennar. The work crews were pressured to finish the building by end of the month, which also happened to be Lennar's quarter, When we ...

(2) Disappointing Surprises: A) Master Bath Vanity: Master Bath in the Model had 4 drawers; whereas our Vanity only has 2 drawers...increasing dead space on either side of the sink .We were never appraised of this change. When approaching Lennar, no one could identify a solution (sales, operations, construction)..."this not my responsibility" was response received. B) Location of Outdoor Covered Parking Spot: We purchased our Unit on the Top floor of our building ($)... with the expectation our spot would be somewhere in the 1st row nearest the building. We are in Bldg #5...all the other 4 ...

Pleased with initial buying process during construction. Frustrated with short notice to close (required to close prior to opportunity to view finished product). Final clean up and finishing touch-ups to complex seem to be ignored.

Builder is pushing out the work without any quality control. Sub contractors do poor work then they have to come back and repair causing more problems

I would not transfer any funds into escrow account until all the punch list is done. Once you transfer funds they will close on the property, by transferring funds you give them the right to close read your contract closely. there only goal is to meet the closing dates. Then anything that needs to be done goes into warranty work. They have been moving along on the list of things that need to be done most of that is from poor sub contractor work.
