Lennar has been great to work with so far. Dana has been awesome supporting our punchiest issues. GC has not been back to finish punch list issues after several calls and text. Dana is working on it. Kitchen countertop has pits and Cloudy spots that will not come out. I know several owners have replaced counter and carpet already. Lennar needs to look into supplier and quality going into condos.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

Not real thrilled with the responsiveness of addressing issues that came up AFTER we closed. Still waiting on several items 6 weeks later…

How many calls you need to make to get a faucet fix in your NEW house? Mr CEO please answer.

More communication from realer and builder would be helpful

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

Stay away if you are looking for quality

Finish work in the home was poor. Appliances damaged, drywall finish was terrible. Front door won’t close flush. House was very dirty soon arrival. Oil and paint on driveway, roof issues overall very disappointing.

Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

LENNAR as a builder is a good value for the money

Our customer service relationship manager has been outstanding. Everyone is responsive to our needs. As soon as we report an issue, they rectify it immediately. This is our second Lennar Home and would do it again. We love our home and the community.

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

Excited to be living in the Heritage Landing Community. It unfortunately took longer than anticipated as we waited 3 extra months to move into condo. I wish there was more communication from Lennar but we had to keep calling for any information which was frustrating. Once we closed on our home we did not receive any information on anything that came with home. There was no follow up on how we were doing or how they can help. I was very disappointed in their welcoming us to community of which there was none!! We had to go to sales office for keys and that was it! After settling in a bit there were a bunch of issues: dishwasher did not work, dryer vent was closed shut so dryer did not dry and a few other items. Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. Other issues include a four month construction delay and getting warranted items repaired in a reasonable time. Our pool skimmer was blocked with construction cement for a month before it was correctly cleared of the blockage. The pool timer panel was defective on install. The electrical panel was not replaced for three months. A defective drawer front took one month to be replaced. The homes are built well, but the maintenance is subpar. Before closing we went through the house with Wyatt. We had identified numerous items in need of repair. Upon moving in we noticed the blue tape marks were gone, but the repair was not completed. Most noticeable was the wall in the garage in need of a coat of paint. We are still waiting on a portion of the lanai cage to be tightened to prevent more turtles, frogs, snakes, bugs and geckos from entering caged area. Most of these issues could have been prevented if the inspector responsible for the final home Inspection of the property had thoroughly inspected the property and had paid more attention to detail. ... This is our second Lennar home and this experience was a nightmare. The salesman we had was the worst and I'm a Realtor and know what service is supposed to be. I love the community and the homes are lovely, but ours was not done and they did NOT have CO when we arrived. Lennar choose the closing date and we flew in to find a MESS. ow The warranty program works but our salesperson should be in the background, not working with the public. It's not just me that thinks that but our neighbors who also worked with him. KRISTAN is AWESOME though.....and the other guy in the office is great. I got tired of hearing "its not my job" or "Its my day off" OR "I don't know, I seldom get down that end of the road". We just wanted to know if the dock was in, if the kitchen was completed, were we closing on time........total unrepsonsive answers. Wyatt our construction manager was very good (he took over the mess from the guy that was fired). We like Wyatt a lot and he answered our questions and got the repairs done. MEL is AWESOME.....not our guy but very helpful. When I couldn't get an answer from our salesperson Phil, I would get the answer from Mel. We met him accidentally on site when we were there to view homes and I was able to contact him. THANK GOD! My husband had a heart attack the day after closing due to stress of the entire situation. Issues with the condo as soon as I moved in. Whoever does the final walk through missed numerous obvious issues. They use very low grade contractor grade doors and counter tops. The sheetrock and paint work was very poor. Issue with bathroom vent spent the first month trying to get that fixed. The Hvac company not very knowledgeable at there job. Oscar air

We had to wait 3 months to received the new house

I was disappointed in mortgage! Many issues still remain unresolved like no payment of home insurance resulting in cancellation of policy!

All finishing are basic, and kitchen cabinets are to basic.

Lennar forced us to close during a hurricane. The home wasn’t finished and their own punch lists were not completed. Rush rush rush to meet theor month end quota.

The quality is okay. It’s what you expect from a large national builder. If they didn’t rush and paid attention to the construction up front, they could reduce or eliminate their warranty costs. There have been a lot of warranty work on our unit.

Very few hiccups but they were seen to on the spot so far. Staff great and very helpful.

We purchased for our elderly parents so they could be close to a pool and work out area. From what i understand, the pool area will never be complete. How could you sell these condos to people expecting a life style they cannot live. Especially the elderly. The ring had to be replaced and now we find the back door does not lock so they leave it open. i am sure this will not get published.

This structure withstood a Hurricane with almost no damage. The bid process and buying experience was miserable, but we are happy with our decision.

While we are mostly happy with the finished product, our buying experience has, at times, been a struggle. The estimated closing date was off by almost 4 months. Fortunately we were not selling a house, so this was only a disappointment. We have learned that others that did sell had to scramble for temporary housing. In addition, a number of basic items (mirrors, shower enclosures, vanity lighting, closet shelving, etc) was not installed / fully completed on our settlement date. We waited multiple weeks to have these things addressed. And lastly, our building does not yet have rain gutters. Every time it rains the roof runoff causes the mulch to wash all over the walkway. The most troubling thing about this is that 2 buildings completed well AFTER our building have rain downspouts already installed. While our experience with Lennar’s warranty team has been satisfying, one should not have to go through “warranty” to have incomplete items addressed that should have been, but were never, complete at closing. You get the impression that Lennar’s attention focuses more on getting their pre-settlement units completed / closed versus completing work on their post-settlement units. ... More
