Overall the buy experience was very good with Lennar however there are a couple areas for improvement. 1. I closed on 7/28/26 but still have not received mailbox keys. Today is September 14, 2026! Also, 2. I have not received my $2000 from a previous purchase attempt with Lanner for a bigger home. 3. I was unpleasantly surprised and quite disappointed that the Prosperity Amenities club was not part of the package and have to pay a monthly charge to access the pool, gym and clubhouse. This detail was never mentioned and would've swerved me to continue to look to see if other communities with amenities followed suit. This is Florida and it is very HOT here at it boggles my mind that there is an actual fee to access a pool. I could see charging for the clubhouse and gym but not the pool. The process was good, People are great, Appliances are extremely low grade. Probably would recommend purchasing your own. Specially see once you close you are stuck with the MFG ( ***** is horrible). Dryer hasn't work right from day one and they are waiting on parts that are back ordered. Bodwell (***** service)order the part then canceled the part and now are having me deal with customer service who is trying not to replace it. 2nd my water heater keeps tripping the circuit when it rains heavy. The fix has been to tape the heater. The local repair guy claims that the ***** said that's the fix. ... More

We did not have a good experience with our sales person. He did not show up for our walk through or closing and left us in the dark.

Lennar process for purchasing home all online on a daily basis. Buyer wakes up to an online request daily to login for signatures or provide information. They need a title agent on property for ease and communication.

Our experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the expectations that come with purchasing a brand-new home. Several issues were identified and brought to their attention months before closing, including sod that was already dead and needed to be replaced. We were repeatedly assured that these items would be addressed, yet we are now well past closing and the sod still has not been replaced. The exterior of the home also needs painting and touch-ups that were supposed to be completed, along with several other outstanding items. Unfortunately, we have reached the point where we have essentially given up on some of them—not because they were resolved, but because of the constant lack of follow-through. The most frustrating part has been the inability to get anyone to commit to a schedule and actually show up. We have rearranged our own schedules and made ourselves available multiple times, only to have appointments rescheduled or no one arrive at all. Communication without action eventually becomes meaningless. Buying a new home should be an exciting experience, and we certainly did not expect perfection. What we did expect was accountability, communication, and for commitments made before and after closing to be honored. At this point, we feel completely stuck. The home has closed, the builder has been paid, but several promised items remain unfinished with no clear timeline for completion. We sincerely hope management takes notice and makes this right. Val was excellent and very informative. Showed us several home buying options

We are still waiting on punch list and free upgrades. We are being told it will be completed in 2 weeks repeatedly. We have been closed for months. We know 2 other people who bought with ***** and their attention to repairs are done as requested with an accurate time line followed.

Lending process the worst of anything I have experienced in buying homes over the past 50years. My son lives in the house so he would have the other rating categories.

Poor communication and return contact . Lack of options in selecting such things as counter top options, colors, low grade ( builders grade ) interior items such as light switches , cabinets, appliances etc. cheep bathroom vanities ( no side drawers, )

Sales person was great, as was the jobsite foreman. Any time I had to deal with the 'home buyer conceirge' it was nothing but attitude, trouble, and inflexiblity. Someone needs to remind him of what customer service is and that his ***** was to attend to our needs, not be a jerk. This overshadowed everything nice I had to say about the builder.

Great service, professional and easy process.

Unfortunately, sales people that tell you what you want to hear and nothing in writing. Builder is building so fast but poor attention to detail. Misguided and poor landscaping and pool work by the builder. Descent follow-up but everything is a process and takes time. Very little satisfaction from most of the homeowners at this point.

One price when you look at the home but when you agree to buy it, the price is different and you'll never see that price again

things still did not get fixed from walk thru, paying someone else to do it, electrical switches, etc.,,, missing blinds, missing entry door pieces ( resolved), tile floor had a substance on it - paid a company to clean it, inside walls not straight, the job just looked hurried even the painting- just sloppy, like thrown together to move to the next one. the way we were forced to sign off ahead of what was agreed to, hoa attitude, nobody communicates to each other, could go on and on, please dont do this to future buyers. ps your people know most of this and some did apologize

Our closing experience was handled with care and the construction manager Chris made himself available to answer questions or help out with items needing attention. Overall, expect Lennar to build a quality home at an affordable price. Very Happy to be a Lennar Home Owner.

First, I would highlight Trista (Lennar Mortgage) and Mina (construction--I'm not sure what his title is) as being amazing to work with. They were helpful, kind, responsive--everything you would hope for when spending this much money. We worked with many other people who provided good service (and only one who really didn't), but those two deserve special recognition in my opinion. Second, one can find horror stories online about build quality issues with new construction. We have had none of that. We had a private home inspection company out and they said something along the lines of "you got a good one." After living here for a month, everything has functioned normally with one exception. The second day after we moved in, the AC could not keep up with the set temperature. I texted Mina to ask if this was normal, his immediate response (at after 6 PM, incidentally) was no, and he called someone out to fix the problem. Within an hour or two everything was fixed and working, and it's been fine ever since. The quality of the home is what we expected from a builder-grade spec home. That means we are free to make the upgrades we want without spending money up front for things we don't care about. We love the floor plan, the location is where we were looking, and we can add things (custom closet, our choice of kitchen backsplash, the style of ceiling fans we want, architectural surround sound speakers, etc.) as time and budget permit. We couldn't have afforded this house if it came with big upgrade packages. Every house will have little idiosyncrasies, but we have had no real surprises--the build seems solid. Issues with internet and mail. Service office was not helpful in any way. Everything was a hassle after I signed for the home.

Had a few issues Lennar Customer Care took care of in timely manner. The onsite building mgr was fantastic !

Everyone we dealt with at Lennar (and their associated companies - Lennar Insurance, Lennar Mortgage, etc.) were very easy to deal with. Their sales people were not pushy, and everyone was responsive to any little is*****s that came up.

I had no intention of purchasing another home until I saw what was available by Lennar. The floor plan, the tranquil views, the affordability convinced me that this was the place for our second home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and interact. They were pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process.

The Construction Manager was excellent and quite helpful. Product was more polished and clean than the first Lennar condo we purchased. Mortgage process is trying.
