My sales person was very professional and super helpful it made buying process easy and enjoyable!!!

Quality was lagging as was completion date. A bit unfortunate but felt Lennar Corp was more concerned with getting our building closed out before the end of their fiscal year, vs. the quality of the product. That said, we knew coming in that quality was not what Lennar is known for so didn’t expect a custom/quality job to begin with. I feel most bad for folks like Arthur and Ron who are just executing the direction they are provided, often with limited control of the process.

We’ve bought 5/6 homes from lennar we have always had a great experience with them I must say this time the Quality is just not what it use 2 b.

We were excited to move in to our new home (which was delayed nearly 4 months) in early December. When we arrived we found the home not "ready" for occupancy. The tile floor was dirty and paint spattered. There was much "blue tape" that still remained in areas identified in previous walk-throughs...far too many to mention here. The lanais were dirty (still are) and in need of a wash down. Our "punch-list" is still very lengthy. I will give kudos to Butch Ogden our sales rep as he was accessible and helped as much as he could to try and resolve some of our problems. Unfortunately there was only so much he could do. MANY kudos go to Brianna Provino, Customer Care rep. who has been very attentive to our home's many issues. She continues to be very accessible and has helped to resolve several deficiencies.. ... Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

First of all, we we were on a waiting list for our home. Then, out of the blue, we had to endure a lengthy wait with stressful bidding...raising the price over 100k than original list price! Upon moving in, we found the the quality of trade workmanship sorely lacking. There were way too many issues on the punchlist and afterwards for any of the Lennar staff to reasonably complete in the 60 day period. We still have many issues to resolve...and a tilted ceiling that cannot be reasonably addressed. Love the place...just wish we had a much better experience. Very Bad. experience. Terrible craftsmanship.

Great value and very responsive to any issues.

Finance and sales team were awesome. Lots of small blemishes that need to be fixed, scratched front door, over painting, missing CAT5 jacks, chipped tile on pool, terrible seams/drywall finishing. That being said, the team that fixes those issues are easy to connect with.

Per Title comments above - very disappointing when multiple missing and damage items are not covered.

Promises made on closing day we’re not kept

Recognize they are a production builder and volume is key, not workmanship or quality of finishes.

Terrible. Lots of confusion. Aggressive sales tactics. Lieing. Etc. consider my options due to gathere evidence.

You have no options or upgrades, just a cookie cutter builder for low to middle class. Poor quality workmanship and rushes through buildings just to sell. After closing almost two months ago I am still waiting for repairs to be done.

built to fast home was not ready to be moved into

After less than a month of moving in a flood occurred in my home, flooding 2/3 of the interior of my newly built home. The drain lines to the washing machine was not connected. I also experienced another flood in a former LENNAR home I had moved from-a Coach home- After just 3 days a sewage backup breached my master bath. Numerous experiences brought to one main conclusion with Lennar employees: incompetence. ALL laborers at LENNAR: No one spoke the English language, making it difficult to communicate my issues. I have purchased to date 4 Lennar homes. 2 of those homes had countless issues/defects/poor construction, etc. VERY UNHAPPY/dissatisfied with Lennar-the entire organization. ... More

The overall experience was good. The main main structure and overall detail of the townhouse is great. However the finishing touches extremely sloppy. We felt very rushed to close and it was obvious the workers were rushed as well. The first day of our walk thru was a disaster. It wasn’t even close to being completely and we were supposed to have a walk thru?? Townhome was never thoroughly cleaned liked it should’ve been. One window sill was cut way too short so instead of cutting a new piece they installed it and put a bunch of caulk at each end. The hole for the medicine cabinet for the second bathroom was cut wrong so they just installed the cabinet and left a 1 inch gap at the top. Texture that was sprayed on the walls is dripped on the base floor molding. Tiles around the tub in the second bathroom were not cut smooth. They left jagged edges and covered it with grout. ... It's a crazy time in real estate but Lennar has made the best of it. Our home was on-time, done with quality workmanship and Lennar has continued to be responsive to our requests.

Overall very happy with Lennar. Would buy again

It says a lot when you speak to neighbors and they all share the same problems and frustration with the builder as you do. I dread the problems I might come across 5 years from now.

Attempting to obtain a mortgage for the property was torture. I finally paid cash just to get it over and done with.

As I have reported before, No one showed up for our scheduled walk through after it had been delayed because the Townhome was not ready. Our new closing date was scheduled but was not completed as scheduled because the townhome was not ready. No one helped us try to reschedule the closing or complete items on our punch list. Lennar forced us to close before the home was finished, We received a call around 7 pm with no previous notice on the last day of the month from a remote notary to close on the home. I was very disappointed with the sales staff in particular.

The unit is amazing and well built
