The material used are of poor quality and the work delivered was questionable. I'm not sure how this could pass inspections with so many major faults.

Ensure you get your independent inspection along the way and have Lennar fix it prior to closing. Post closing resolution is incredibly slow. I'm still waiting for things to be fixed that were identified at closing and 4months later still waiting.

Very disappointed

Lennare has repeatedly dropped the ball. They have not done anything that told us they would do when we bought. We closed in good faith, because they agreed to to fix avery long list of problems with our home. They have made excusses, take short cuts, tried to misslead us. Overall I have no trust or confidence that they do business with honor. I would never recomend them to anyone!

I would never buy another Lennar home. I have owned in communities. But this experience has been unimaginably horrible. I have a serious constructionissue with the house. I’m getting the runaround. The solution has been approved three separate times but the materials never get ordered so I have to keep starting over. Horrible customer service with zero help.

Lennar mortgage is the worst. I have been an owner for 2 months. I sent my 1st payment as instructed and they have sent me 2 late notices. Although they cashed my check 10 days before the due date. 3 times I called to get verification and acknowlement. Waiting for a call back from a "supervisor ". Waiting over 40 minutes each time on hold Waiting for a reply. They were disorganized from the start. Nonody at their company wants to talk via the phone. They sold my loan already and still can't get answers from either company. They have made my brand new purchase a disappointing experience.

Purchased two townhomes in Lakewood Ranch. (Lorraine Lakes) Sales Rep for Lennar was completely unprofessional in his approach. Craftsmanship and customer services has gone by the wayside. Their a production builder and apparently hire anybody.

Do not close on your property until you are happy with the job, the punchlist does not necessarily matter after you close. We are presently 7 weeks after closing and still do not have a functional pool. Lennar was in a rush to close for their fiscal monthly/quarterly numbers. New home consultant disappeared after closing with no replacement figure given. No messages answered or returned after closing, although project manager Trevor has been very helpful. Lack of quality of workmanship. Sub contractors are sub standard. Construction manager was either fired or quit. Lennar needs to care about the customer.

Make sure you get a home inspection. Do not close until the cleaning company does a satisfactory job. Subcontractors need to take pride in their work.

Worst experience ever buying a brand new home

My experience with Lennar has been awful. I was given misinformation from my Lennar mortgage representative on several occasions making the process a nightmare. Then I was promised that a list of items would be completed by the builder prior to my virtual walk-through. They were not, but promised to be done prior to closing. It's now been six weeks since I closed and I'm still waiting for many things to be fixed. I'm frustrated and very unhappy with Lennar.

The house was not ready on closing date. There were multiple walls left with holes that the builder did not tell the buyer. First week in the house already had a water leak and we are still waiting for some repairs to be done.

Shocking from start to finish

Poor from the moment we closed So many issues. Such poor finishing. Such a slow unprofessional service getting the house as it should have been. Even untidy, broken tiles everywhere, pool green etc etc Couldn’t have been worse

The quality of materials and workmanship is sub-standard at best. Lennar houses are slapped together in an assembly line manner. There are no changes allowed of any sort. Our salesman flat out lied throughout the process. Once we got close to closing we finally were able to meet the construction manager. She has no knowledge of construction. She just knows what she's told by her bosses. There are so many issues to be fixed of which they rely on the warranty dept. So far the warranty dept has been good but it's alot of emails and scheduling for people to be in our house. I highly recommend ...

This was our first new build experience with Lennar and will probably be our last. 1) The salesperson, while initially helpful, friendly, and professional during the sales process, was not very helpful after we were pressured to close before the house was finished. He made a LOT of promises to follow up on punch list items immediately within two weeks during the final walk-through and then essentially washed his hands after we closed on November 30th. All the response to questions never happened, we still have a lot of blue tape all over. They painted over the gouge on the bug built in dispenser outside. We had to go to far up the Corporate ladder to get things done.

The house stood thru the hurricane. The quality of work is terrible. The reason the walls are textured is to hide imperfections and not mud and sand. There are dips and ruts. I like the neighbors and surroundings. Lennar does not look at the home form the inside as a home owner and how things work. The driveway has no sub barrier so grass continuously grows thru. There was so much blue tape warranty said this is construction things not post close warranty.

Extremely disappointed with the whole process. Our sales agent was NOT responsive - it would take days and multiple outreach for them to respond. And my house was not finished and had many things wrong with it when we closed. Now I’m dealing with all the work orders and it’s very inconvenient to juggle as we work full time. Would not buy from LENNAR again.

It has been one thing after another We had a leak in our wall our tile and baseboard is ruined I had to fight with them for a mold inspection our vanity in that bathroom is cracked and they don’t want to replace it but fix it. The home was given to me in a complete mess. Now, Lennar expects me to be available all the time to schedule appointments with each individual company for the many issues that the house has. This is a full time job for which I don’t have the time as I work full time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase of a house.

I am having a very bad experience with getting issues corrected on a home I closed on Nov. 30th and paid way over asking price. The electrical company is yet to show up to install electrical fixtures, havent showed up 2 times already. Cabinet doors not set correctly, installed the wrong closet doors, grout in tile has all damages and dirt imbedded in it. Closet shelves are all crooked. I am very disappointed with what I am dealing with!!

Every step of the way, we encountered issues. From the sales process, to the mortgage, to title listing the wrong fees on our CD, to having closing delayed two and a half months, no communication, they had the wrong carpet installed during our walkthrough, items listed to be fixed before closing were not, and now dealing with major issues post-closing and contractors show up whenever they want and just leave without finishing the work. Poor communication, lack of workmanship, no real customer service. They just want to move fast and get your money.

As I have reported before, No one showed up for our scheduled walk through after it had been delayed because the Townhome was not ready. Our new closing date was scheduled but was not completed as scheduled because the townhome was not ready. No one helped us try to reschedule the closing or complete items on our punch list. Lennar forced us to close before the home was finished, We received a call around 7 pm with no previous notice on the last day of the month from a remote notary to close on the home. I was very disappointed with the sales staff in particular.
