Very disappointed with craftsmanship & quality of materials. Very sloppy & dirty outside. Dirty elevator & stairs.

I had money coming back that I desperately needed instead im in my new home struggling. I was told up to the day I closed I was getting money back...instead I had tor fork out money. IT is sad that I had fork out money after being told I was fine and that I would get My deposit at closing....now I'm behind on everything and just moving in. I barely got my lights on in my name. I'm still very sad and disappointed this situation has really put me into a bind. I now may be late on my 1st House pmt due to this set back caused by YOU guys. My closing was moved 4 times extended by you guys because you all did not want to do a dry closing. The money was there but you guys continued to charge me daily despite being told it would be taken care of by the seller. well it wasn't and it caused me to suffer a hardship at the closing table, and it's causing me to still struggle to get that money back, I now have no money for emergencies. I wanted to close the LANIA area in like all of my neighbors have now I can't I missed the special. I am now doing a 2 hr commute and questioning was all of this even worth it and starting to have regrets. No one cares or watched out for the little man..I was a victim because I had to wait on the DP assistance and then penalized for it after being told that I was fine. please audit my account Thanks ... This is the second home I have bought from this builder. I am very satisfied with the home and quality of it.

Ted was great very responsive. Noah was also great and so helpful. JJ chef at tiki bar is a gem.

The process was smooth and easy from start to closing. Price was right and everything has gone great.

Watch out for a salesman showing up right after your closing and trying to sell you a water treatment system. I paid $2500 more than my neighbor and was charged too much on the interest. Don't fall for the story he has.

We closed on our Lennar house on July 10, 2025. Our Lennar sales guy was great! We feel like we got a good house with a great view for a great price!…..however, after closing, we noticed many shortcomings in the quality of our home. All the walls were painted with a cheap commercial grade paint, so plan on painting ALL your walls. Lennar doesn’t furnish toilet paper holders, towel bars etc! They also don’t install gutters along the back or sides of your house, only the front! Within 6 weeks of closing, we’ve already have a roof leak. At least Lennar is sending a roofer right away, but we feel the quality of workmanship is subpar! Also, when you belong to an HOA, you have to abide by THEIR rules. This can be a good thing, however, if you want to change your front door color to a different color than what’s provided, you have to pick something in the Associations color scheme and get it approved. Driving down our street, and thru new home buildings, can be tricky, as there are many trucks, supplies & garbage to navigate around. But hopefully this will be gone in a couple of months. Very disappointed in our new build. Cheap construction & quality. They used the cheapest appliances they could find. The 1st 2 builds in our community have double pane windows, ours are single pane & the condensation every day is crazy. They just threw the houses together as quickly as possible with multiple issues for the homeowners to handle. Our floors ate uneven, our garage wasn't working correctly, the refrigerator & dishwasher were so cheap we have already replaced them. We regret buying a new build right now.

The house was not ready on closing date. There were multiple walls left with holes that the builder did not tell the buyer. First week in the house already had a water leak and we are still waiting for some repairs to be done.

We closed remotely and everything went very smooth, the minor repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. Minor blemishes in workmanship, but very satisfied overall.

As a former general contractor, I feel that these houses are probably better built than any other builder out here . They do need to pay a little more attention to final details like grout and caulking I will also add that the electrical switches. Need to be changed. They’re very difficult to operate. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the unit. One other thing is they could’ve used a 3 1/2 ton AC unit instead of a 3 ton this is right on the borderline and gives you no room for growth.

Home is beautiful Everyone is helpful and nice

I received excellent support from the initial showing through the purchase process and continue today though the excellent warranty process. No house is perfect but Lennar’s willingness to make me happy has been amazing!

Lennar Mortgage is great Melissa and Jodi were amazing with the process!! As far as Lennar Sales Office, very dishonest, the quality of the home and quality of materials used, attention to detail is horrible.

Our new home consultant James was great and responsive.

Our entire experience with Lennar has been EXCELLENT. From the 1st time we walked into the sales office thru the closing and then onto warranty work has been top notch. Our salesman, Bill, was very professional, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us. He never “pressured “ us, he devoted a lot of his time with us and answered all our questions. Matt helped with our 90 day warranty items. He was thorough to ensure all our concerns were resolved. What we found very impressive, is he kept us informed every step, he returned our calls in a very timely manner and was professional and friendly. Zero response to warranty issues

When we applied we didn’t know what we were going to be living. Lennar Mortgage is the WORST! They make you think you can get a home and a few days before your closing date they will find something to not approve your or request things they were supposed to have from the beginning.They lack communication skills and their process is horrible because they don’t follow guidelines. They make you lose time. We closed on a home because we used another lender but since the beginning Lennar knew we didn’t qualify with them (they have a lot of requirements) If we didn’t have urgency we would have gone to a different lender and property, but we were on Airbnbs and spending a lot of money so we had to move fast because we came from another State. Value of the house was great responsiveness of the team was good

great value for money. builder wont cover cosmetic after closing even though home never moved into for a while after closing (and before move in). So be careful in documenting exhaustively all issues.

Good customer service fast response

Everything from start to finish was terrible including the real estate agent. I put my unit up for sale the day after I closed and cant wait to get rid of it.

So many issues and lazy work that led to dozens of warranty claims in the first month. We were unable to move in as scheduled due to the volume. Was a shame to have so many issues including construction debris clogging pipes, electrical work not done correctly, etc.

The construction manager for this development either doesn’t know what he’s doing or he doesn’t care!! We have caught him in falsehoods (many). We had are home inspected and the multiple things that were bad were not addressed (yet) and we were told that they were amazingly well had our inspector take a second look and it wasn’t addressed on our home and sadly the construction manager still has a job. I would say it’s a fluke but we purchased a villa in this same neighborhood and same experience with the same construction manager

I purchased my Villa virtually. I was being treated for cancer in Philly and the sales associate Sonia was very accommodating taking me on virtual tours from my hospital bed to see properties. Also Connie in the Title Department was so nice and accompanying for my closing. Thank you both. I sincerely appreciate the two of you and what you did to make my experience easier.
