The Lennar warranty team was really responsive and great at communicating progress. I would recommend a professional cleaning prior to closing as their floors had several adhesive marks that took multiple cleanings to remove.

Working in the new construction industry can give some anxiety to buying new construction. Lennar Tampa was so easy to work with from sales all the way through to warranty! Our sales associate Brittney was so kind and genuine, our construction manager Mina has been fantastic and did an excellent job managing the build process ensuring things were caught and addressed way before closing, the warranty team has been amazing and really responsive to answer questions and do their part to help and follow up after service!

The main loan person, Jon was wonderful! He was always available to help with questions and paperwork concerns throughout my buying experience! The walk through is too fast but Dan was great! I am still concerned about the lack of undermounts or at least epoxy under the sinks! The dishwasher is terrible and there is no insulation to protect the countertop. I struggled for a month to get a mailbox and mail keys, but it was finally resolved. I feel like the purchase went well but felt dropped by Lennar after moving in with no real guidance on how to proceed with how and whom to contact with ...

When I request anything from Lennar, they are very responsive. When requesting something from third parties, like Edmonson, they are not as responsive. This was a first time contacting Edmonson, so they get a mulligan. But when you leave a message and a call back number, and no one calls back, that's a problem.

The title company was not very organized The warranty department is extremely slow in responding to issues with our home I’ve been waiting over three weeks for them to get back to me with a date that they will be here to fix my issue Our sales person was nice It’s been very disappointing

Once our home/care was turned over to Matt to help with any warranty issues, he was most attentive in getting the necessary people in to correct any issues we had. While I have to say, however, it should be more important that the subs Lennar uses could be more careful during the construction to avoid having any issues that need correcting to begin with. Is it perfect? No. But overall, we are quite happy. Overall construction seems decent. We’ve built 5 homes before so this new construction isn’t a first experience for us.

Our construction supervisor Chase is awesome! We had a couple of minor issues after purchase and he jumped all over it immediately. Our sales person "T" and both Homebuyer Concierges (Patricia and Misty) are also very responsive, professional and "get things done." Would rec Lennar to anyone

I want to say they lied to us but, they stretched the truth!!!!

Everything we were told was not actually true! They stretched the truth about all costs & bills, including insurance. Flood insurance & work that needed to be done before closing! We spent over $1,000 just to fly down for walk through which they said all work would be done before we move it & it was a waste of our time & money!!! Nothing was fixed before we moved in!!!

Happy with purchase. Not happy with Mortgage and Title

I am pleased with the quality of the home for the price I paid. I have had a few issues and they have been quick to respond. However, Lennar mortgage and Lennar title were awful! Mortgage company messed up loan, blamed me, threatened me and delayed closing. Cost me extra to close. The title company did not send the homeowner's insurance payment (which I paid to them in closing) to the insurance company for over a month. I had to pay the insurance company and wait for them to receive payment before I got reimbursed.

If I can give zero stars I would. This is the first time buying a house and I’ll never buy a house with lennar again.

Buying and financing was great. We have numerous problems since moving in. The biggest issue i have is the QA inspections. It was obvious that we were lied to by chris. Our dryer could not have ever been checked, because it was not connected to the breaker box correctly. We were told it passed 2 inspections. HOW. All of our issues have been corrected to date. This was our first new home purchased. I guess our expectations were too high. Lennar boasts all inclusive, yes. But all appliances are low end.

We had quite a few issues after moving into our new home. The majority of these were cosmetic. Lennar has been fabulous on addressing every issue we have raised. That has been very appreciated. We are having an issue with our sidewalk being stained that is still being discussed but other than that all issues have been addressed timely.
