Buying and financing was great. We have numerous problems since moving in. The biggest issue i have is the QA inspections. It was obvious that we were lied to by chris. Our dryer could not have ever been checked, because it was not connected to the breaker box correctly. We were told it passed 2 inspections. HOW. All of our issues have been corrected to date. This was our first new home purchased. I guess our expectations were too high. Lennar boasts all inclusive, yes. But all appliances are low end.

I’m truly very satisfied with my home buying experience. Rich, the sales agent, was always attentive, quick to respond, and made sure all my questions were answered throughout the process. During the inspection, Eric was extremely patient and explained every detail about how the house works , he’s even helped me with some concerns after moving in, which I really appreciate. David, the lender, was also incredibly helpful and attentive from the very beginning. As a Realtor myself, I’m used to navigating complicated transactions, but this one, despite a tense moment toward the end of the loan process—was handled smoothly and professionally. We had quite a few issues after moving into our new home. The majority of these were cosmetic. Lennar has been fabulous on addressing every issue we have raised. That has been very appreciated. We are having an issue with our sidewalk being stained that is still being discussed but other than that all issues have been addressed timely.

We bought a new home from Lennar and we got a great deal. Our home has many upgrades compared to the other builders. Easy financing with lowest rate . We had a couple of small warranty issues that were handled with ease and quickly .

Really impressed with the thoroughness of the buying experience, especially the representative Phil and also the fast response on a few items that needed to be done.Real happy with the quality and the professionalism and comfort that Lennar provided

Poor redponse time and act to completion

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new home with Lennar, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received throughout the entire process. The purchasing process went as smooth as butter. What can be better than that?

I would never buy another Lennar home. I have owned in communities. But this experience has been unimaginably horrible. I have a serious constructionissue with the house. I’m getting the runaround. The solution has been approved three separate times but the materials never get ordered so I have to keep starting over. They just close tickets out if they don’t feel like addressing them the warranty person is the most horrible, rude nasty Power crazy person he lets you know. He’s in control of what can get done at your house, they don’t stand behind the product they act like they’re doing you a favor if they’re fixing something that should’ve been right to begin with never never never do this. Do not deal with this Builder. We’re trying very hard to get our house sold I don’t wanna live in this community. You have very little recourse. we are trying to find attorney. ... More

I am very pleased. Yes, I would build another home from Lennar. We will have to showcase mine first. Everything between trades was very well organized professional. I would to somehow post pictures on what I duplicated/made my own; if anyone is interested.

House is great, dealing with their mortgage people was not enjoyable. You can buy better homes, better quality, but the closest thing that Del Webb had to offer was way more than 100k higher in price. I have no regrets, this is my 2nd Lennar home in 6 years.

Lennar mortgage is the worst. I have been an owner for 2 months. I sent my 1st payment as instructed and they have sent me 2 late notices. Although they cashed my check 10 days before the due date. 3 times I called to get verification and acknowlement. Waiting for a call back from a "supervisor ". Waiting over 40 minutes each time on hold Waiting for a reply. They were disorganized from the start. Nonody at their company wants to talk via the phone. They sold my loan already and still can't get answers from either company. They have made my brand new purchase a disappointing experience.

Great experience, very easy process with paperwork. Only critique is appliances seemed cheap.

Have contractors take their time and put out a better finished product

Very pleased with the Lennar experience with one exception. Too many cooks so to speak. We were supposed to have one person help coordinate everything but instead we ended up having to deal with at least 5 different people/departments. Coordination would have been appreciated.

The buying experience was easy. We got the floorplan we wanted at a great price. We found issues, but our customer rep handled everything and all were resolved. The biggest issue is the shoddy work by the electrical contractor. Boxes are poorly fitted in the walls, plugs wont fit in switches, and they stick out from the sheetrock at angles so the plates stick out from the walls. We have been trying to adjust them as we paint.

The house was built with high quality, and the warrantee service team provides excellent service to take care of even every small issues.

It has been a very good experience purchasing from Lennar in Wellen Golf and Country Club and working with the various groups under the Lennar name (Sales, Title, Insurance, etc). The home we purchased closed on the original date provided to us. We have worked extensively with the Warranty and Service team and they have been responsive, punctual and efficient. The various trades have done a great job of managing any issues that have arisen. Overall, great value in our home and property and a wonderful community and neighbours to date.

Great service, answered all questions within a reasonable time. dealt with one person as the process continued. One thing I would recommend is that Lennar would be mindful that most clients work a regular 9 to 5, and it may be difficult to take calls.

When I 1st started looking for homes in Feb '24 the 1st 2 sales rep's could not answer any of my question about Prosperity Lakes. Then when I asked other sales rep's in the office "you need to ask you sales agent". I was on my way out to go home when I meet Kevin in the driveway. I asked him if he could help me and answer some questions. He was Fantastic and answered all my questions that the other did not know or would not answer. Then the following week we went to see him with more questions, he was no longer working in Prosperity Lakes - transferred out. I took a chance and asked the sale that told Kevin was no longer there to help us. Her name was Kimberly V and she was willing to help us with getting a house for us. She is why we are here in Prosperity Lake today. She is "FANTASTIC" in her job; knows all the answers to your questions; great follow up on a weekly bases or if something new opens up and great personally. Thanks to her working with us for 11 months we were able to obtain this new home that we are in now. We are so happy with Kimberly V that we recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Prosperity Lakes you with not be sorry. We paid for a 3rd party inspection report which was sent to the construction manager to take care of prior to our closing the day of our final walkthrough half of the items weren’t taken care of and he promised he would take care of them if we signed off on the home. The biggest item that I am still upset about is our driveway which was not properly leveled prior to laying the pavers and it has dips throughout. I have copies of written communication from Chase our construction manager saying it will be taken care of both prior to our closing and after and that “the price has been approved” but here we are 3 months after our closing with no resolution. This whole experience confirms to me that our satisfaction as buyers was totally set aside just so Lennar could squeeze another home closing in at the end of November at fiscal year end. ... More

Scott was very helpful during the purchase. He always answered my questions quickly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Chuck made sure that the house was ready to move in when I closed. Overall, it was a smooth process.

Got this home for my mom to retire in, great price built, sturdy hurricane resistant I have no complaints. Warranty team responds quickly. Communication with everyone was very efficient..

only person worth mentioning is eric W. the supervisor. Could not have had a better person. his care is incredible. Other than that, house is built very cheaply, and has many imperfections in terms of paint, finishes, etc.
