Dylan, our sales representative, has been a huge failure since sales contract was signed. Either does not reply to our text messages regarding questions or concerns or responds days later. Ray, the construction manager present at our second walkthrough since our first walkthrough was a major waste of time, failed to address many issues identified again and the ones that were addressed, especially as it relates to painting, he allowed poor quality work to continue. Sometimes I have to remember that I’m buying a track home and not a custom home. It’s a one size fits all types of situation when buying a house from Lennar so the custom touches are not there and yes, you do get items that don’t meet your expectations, but that’s what you’re buying also as far as warranty issues I could not be happier with Gabe from the #Warranty department. There is way too much to type but the overall process was awful. I am very disappointed in the entire process with Lennar and would not recommend to anyone honestly. I still have on going issues

The buying process was very good. The communication via email and texts became a little confusing and overwhelming. Easy to miss things. Pre-close walkthru went well. Most items were addressed prior to close date but some still needed attention. Getting multiple emails and texts and phone calls for warranty repairs became very confusing and tough to schedule or remember. It would help to have interactions regarding these repairs via one mode only (email, text, phone, etc.). And via one representative. (Streamlining this process would be helpful). Our Lennar Realtor Rep. Richard was fantastic. So glad we got him. He was super knowledgeable, very supportive through the process, and even after the sale. You need to keep a very close eye on details at the walk thru and after. The workmanship in general was good. Mostly just cosmetic flaws to fix. However, there were additional items we found after moving in and a few from the walk through punch list that were not fixed. Take your time and thoroughly review inside and out. Overall pleased with the experience and closing on time, actually a week early. Believe we have excellent value for our purchase price even though our buy was near peak of market. Lennar construction rep, Dalton, was great in showing us use of home and maintenance rewuirements at closing. Only down side has been A) a few quality/workmanship issues which they have begun fixing buy ideally should have been corrected before closing, and B) many of the amenities that were supposed to be open prior to Christmas are still a couple months away.

LENNAR is the worst for customer service. This was my first time buying a home and they made my life difficult for a whole year. There is NO communication at all. When I finally did my final walk through of the house things still weren’t finished, I was told by the construction manager that he would take care of it but don’t tell them that he was doing that but he never did now I have to go through home warrant which is another hassle.

The overall experience was good as compared to the cost - you get what you pay for. Lennar needs to pay attention to detail and not expect the homeowner to bring issue forward. The lot we wanted wasn't released but after we chose another lot, the original became available. Closing date was moved up by 6 wks from original estimate, had to jump through hoops. For us, the actual purchase/closing experience was the worst part of owning at Prosperity Lakes. When we purchased in August, we were told that our closing was in 30 days; two - three weeks later it was changed to mid-October. Then it was changed two more times. To say this caused us incredible stress is an understatement (among other things) BUT I made contact with one of Lennar's Presidents and explained our situation. Better than expected for a production build

This is our second production home purchase in the past four years. The other was from Taylor Morrison. Lennar provided a better overall experience than did Taylor Morrison. The home purchase process was relatively uneventful. All promises from the builder were kept. The home was not ready to close on the estimated date. Disappointing Communication and Invasive Finance Process

Briefly, Communication throughout the loan, construction and closing process was poor - in some cases, non-existent. But Lennar will hold you to their dates with threats of penalties ... but when they miss a date, that's just how it is ... even if you had travel planned on those dates. The loan process was invasive as any process I've ever experienced; they should make the customer aware that an asset-based loan (which they don't offer with their promotions) would work for many customers vs. an income-based loan.

The buying experience was very simple and efficient. The quality of some of the subs was underwhelming. Painters were horrible. Runs, peeled paint on the doors. Plumbers didn’t hook up the garbage disposal correctly. Had a small rip in the lanai screen. I will say the web page to have things repaired worked very well and fixes were timely.

We had a virtual closing which went fine and final walk through had to be done by a friend that lives in Florida as we closed between the two hurricanes and couldn’t get there. I was very disappointed with the amount of paint splattered on floors and caulking smeared on bathroom floors. It wasn’t as clean as the Lennar house I purchased in 2016. Our house was good and our salesperson was great. They responded to our needs but we found two things wrong after closing that we missed in walkthrough and we were told by warranty people they don't fix those under warranty. I think that was awful and you would want to make your new people happy. I voiced my displeasure with the warranty people.
